kindy change poc on urgent basis.
I raised 4 tickets for different issue. And poc has closed it without responding.

I raised 2 times tickets to change poc. That ticket also closed by poc without any solution.

I dont want such bad poc who are not interested to solve our query.

I request you to change poc on urgent basis.

I never expect such bad support from delhiivery team.

Need action immediately on poc.

I scheduled a shipment through delivery on 21 Jan 2021 and by mistake, I pasted the previous order slip(which was already shipped 2-3 days back) on the packet, and immediately after pickup, i raised a complaint against this. Till then I have mailed them lots of times but they not neither giving my packet back nor the money.

Please look into this matter.

Delivery Executive Denied Doorstep Delivery and Said that it's my choice to ship it at home or not. And said I will not ship this item to your . Do what can you do and misbehaved with us. So it's all on you now. Either you ship my item at my home or I will use my consumer rights. I'm a man of honor I will go to edge on different conditions.

I have ordered medicines through netmeds on 7th may..it's been 11 days and they didn't deliver it till now..
My grandma has to use these medicines without missing even a single time, which will make her lose her eye sight if she misses her eye drops..
Because of both the netmeds and delhivery negligence my grandma is suffering..We are struggling to get the medicine in this pandemic situation..
This is why we trusted this website and ordered medicine.
They have handed it to" delhivery"courier.
The person in courier never called us on never tried to get the medicine.
He stated false and wrong information in the system saying that " we the customer will collect directly from their office", which is a big fake lie.
They never called us and we mever said him..

Inspire of this is, I tried reaching both netmeds and delhivery to make the package deliver to us..

But they simply stated today tomorrow etc and they delayed the delivery and had put the issue on us..
Because of their negligence my grandma is suffering without the medicine..
I want to sue them..if this was the case in abroad customers are treated like God and here in india customers are treated like garbage..
I want the medicine and with proper compensation for what my grandma is facing without the drops.

Hi,

Delhivery has delivered a men's shirt instead of a blue cotton dress which I had packed for pickup and sent back as return to the merchant. I am apalled at the deliberate mixup of this courier service. I want a refund of 3090Rs which I paid for the dress.
