A package was booked on 09-Apr-2021 but didn't receive the package till now. Tracking says its delivered on 11 Apr-2021 which is Sunday. On Sundays the given address will be shut and nobody has called in this regard. On 19-Apr-2021 Contacted Delhivery customer care for proof of delivery which is also not available till now.

Please return my delivary the product is very bad plase refund my money and return my order rs1090. 00

Hi, it has been a horrible experience with the Delhivery.com courier service and specially the office at Hoskote where the shipment has been stuck since the last 18days.

i have been calling up these guys Pradeep and Rakesh the office representative every day they tell me that we are searching your package but with no result. My question to the management is dont you guys have a proper organised way to handle and despatch the goods.

Brands like DTDC and FedEx operations are so efficient and when we try out your service its pathetic.
Can you please escalate this and have some one called me directly.

There is a pickup for my noise tune active neckband for the replacement. The date of pick up was 9May 2021. But no one come to pickup the product. Please pick my product asap.

Delhivery delivered wrong delivery with to pay basis to me.
i thought i received order and i cllected by paying 727/-.
But it is wrong delivery.

i tried to contact this Delhivery to get to know who sent this courier. No updated and no answer from them.

I lost 727/- Rupees.

Kindly resolve my issue urgently.

My order Id [protected] had reached imphal on 20th April. Today in morning they call up to come and collect the product with cash only, by 2.30 pm they say it has been return to the seller. What is this???
What they where doing for last 20 days?
The last 7/8 days of April, there was do lockdown in Imphal. They didn't delivered at that time. And only today in morning they call up me and ask to come and pick up from there office during curfew, see the attitude.

Till date my shipment did not receive. My AWB no.[protected]

Person not at called and raising his voice against costumer.
He is rude in call and shouting about false calling.

It's a shame for a delivery firm like yours.Today I have experienced something very bad from your delivery boy.I had ordered a spectacle from lenskart which was to be delivered from your firm, honestly it is a shame for you for what happened next. I have ordered it by paying an amount as delivery charge, during this pandemic period it must be made sure that the product must be delivered at my doorstep in this pandemic crisis but he refused to do it and responded very bad to us it's a case of complete disrespect and unsuitable behaviour from your firm Must take actions against it or else I will move up with suitable measures if you fail so.Take suitable actions against that bloody filthy creature appeared here for delivery and make sure you deliver my other items in my doorstep itself

I have book a courier by flipcart no[protected]. from today 13 days over package display same location but didn't deliver to me when i talked to Manager of pokhrayan branch nitin sharma ( he told me name) mobile no [protected] he said the courier has been returned reason he don't know.i have many examples but this is live you can track it
Every time courier has been delayed by pokhrayan branch for more than 1 week
I just want to know at this type of coustomer service how can you maintain coustomer faith.

I don't want cancel or return please provide same product.

We received a unorder parcel. We are not ordered that parcel but we received that and delivery boy collected the money of 575 rs. So please the return that parcel and refund the money..

My father had booked a box of home utensils and personal equipments asking with a cycle from Nabadwip, West Bengal to Assam (to me) on 17th August, 2020. After repeated requests they delivered my cycle but not the box. I insisted them to deliver it at earliest, but they did not pay heed to. After almost 2.5 months I physically visited their warehouse and after 3-4 hours of searching I came back empty handed. 2 days later they told me that my box has gone missing. I asked for compensation. But, they told me that they won't compensate for household items.
My concern is that they acknowledged their fault but refused to compensate. How could it be so. Even I received a call from Delhivery after acknowledgement of missing items about the approximate cost of those missing items.
If you could help me to solve the matter it would be a very much help to me to solve this riddle.

I have attached photos of taking delivery of my cycle, a photo of the person came to deliver my cycle and a photo I sent a personnel there (delhivery warehouse) showing my box(which they never delivered).

Who tf asked you to reschedule my delvery? Its been 11 days and still not delivered.Package is in my city since a week.It barely takes 20 minutes to deliver the package.

Local delhivery office is not responding, also nobody is picking up call. We have raised our query to client service as well, But still no satisfactory response is there.

I had placed a shipping request from Shiprocket.in.
The Shipping company selected was Delhivery Surface.
Now Delhivery has LOST my shipment in transit.

There was an important piece of sample in the shipment.

I request an inspection of the lost package as it was an important package as soon as possible.

I placed an order on lenovo.com on 21st April. Delhivery is the shipping partner. As per the updates, they were supposed to deliver the item on 28th April. After repeated follow-ups via twitter and emails, there was no positive response or proper update from them. AWB number[protected]

This is regards with my shipment #[protected] with Delhivery service the parcel need to delivery on 21st but till now i have not received the parcel on 21 the deluvery boy called me and aske me to come and collect parcel near kamatchi hospital pallikaranai i told the delivery address is madipakkam why i need come and pick in pallikaranai that too in the middle of the road then he said i will return parcel saying incorrect address if you wont come and collect and behaved very roude and cut the call till my my product was not delivered

My registered complaint no.17323300 and my order id is[protected].It was schedule delivered on 26th april and next they have scheduled on 27th april but now again they scheduled on 28th april but yet now they have not delivered my parcel.What a bad service of delhivery courier.Can you tell me how long I am waiting for my urgent parcel?

The delivery guy who called me was not ready to come to the exact address. Even after telling him to the exact address, he is not ready to deliver there. I told him to wait for 5 minutes to go to him and collect, but unfortunately he was not ready for that. He itself cancelled my delivery, stating that I refused the order. Worst ever service seen from courier services. None of the delivery boys are honest to their duty.
