The delivery guy who called me was not ready to come to the exact address. Even after telling him to the exact address, he is not ready to deliver there. I told him to wait for 5 minutes to go to him and collect, but unfortunately he was not ready for that. He itself cancelled my delivery, stating that I refused the order. Worst ever service seen from courier services. None of the delivery boys are honest to their duty.

The product is stuck in forward, We already have rised an escalation on Nimbus post . but no updates, we need to get it delivered as soon as possible

Kindly take a strict action against a cluster Manager who is posted in Ranchi since he seems to be involved in illegal activities if detail enquiries would have been established he might fall in integrity issue and will be behind bars...

If action would not be initiated from your end then this matter will escalate to another level and do make note of that

Hi, We ordered a product online. It was dispatched but the tracking details was not updated properly online. But suddenly when we check the status was returned. There is no contact details or working customer care no(even mentioned in this site also not working). So we travelled more than 30 kms and found the parcel in delhivery courier office. But they resisted to give the parcel since the status is returned.

Now our supplier is asking for the return charges and shipping charge to dispatch again which costs around 400 rupees.

Very worst service I found till date.

Sent mail to all the available delhivery mail ids, contacted nearest branch but we are not able to get the parcel. After 2 days till now status also not updated online. So we dont know where is the parcel now.

My shipment had reached my city over 5 days ago and has still not been out of delivery. My city has no such lockdown restrictions or anything. I have emailed them and used their WhatsApp support, but have received no response.

This is to highlight one of the spam cases of AWB[protected] order delivered at my home today i.e[protected].

I was expecting an order of Rs.2500/- to be delivered via COD from one of the retail websites, but instead, I got this order from delivery AWB[protected], which was not placed by me, and I'm not sure whether it was sent via the website with leaked data on purpose or by mistake. This order was received from a family member without knowing it the wrong delivery / not ordered from my end.

Please return this order to the shipment/merchant where the order was placed and refund my money. I don't have any information about the merchant who sent this parcel because I haven't placed any such order. I tried calling the delivery man, but he didn't answer and later his phone number was continuously buzy. The merchant number on the receipt is switched Off.

Why the parcel receipt tag mentions NLJ CREATION's contact name and phone number and not INNOVATIONMAKER SURFACE. How do I contact them if you mention the wrong contact details on the parcel and later ask the customer to check online for contact details?

Request to help me get the money refunded.

I have not received my courir and is very importany as bank cheque book is in it waiting from last 10 days . tracking shows client opened and refused to colect the same but no one arrived my doorstep for the delivary . parcel no :[protected]

I was checking the tracking in the website, it says that Returned - Consignee Unavailable (Establishment Closed). However, I did not receive any call from any delivery partner. Also, this is an apartment. It will NEVER close. Today, the item was scheduled to be returned but it never came.

This same thing happened when the item is being delivered to the buyer. I sent the item to the buyer but before the scheduled delivery date, the item was marked "RTO Initiated". The reason being? "Client asked to return the item". TAKE NOTE, the buyer never received a call from the delivery partner neither the driver went to their house.

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT YOU GUYS LOST THE ITEM?

I received a parcel from Delhivery on 7 April 2021 of worth Rs.950 which I was ordered from Meesho.When I open the packaging I saw that this is not the product which I was ordered. They delivered waste clothes to me.
Then I contact to the Meesho they said that our Delivery boy is not delivered this to you so contact to the delivery boy who delivered wrong product to you and take your money

Please help me to refund my money

The material was delivered.but it is noticed that HEALTH BRACELET is supplied instead of 32000mAh Power Bank with Free i7 Wireless Headset.

It is requested to supply correct material as per order at the earliest.

My package with tracking no. :[protected] has reached the destination on 9th April 2021but they arent delivering it. This problem is from the couriers side. Kindly solve the issue and deliver my product by tomorrow.
