    Pl. Refer to my AWB#[protected] which was received on 06/04/2021 against COD of Rs 1070/-. This is to keep inform you that I had received wrong and fake product so you are requested to block the payment to the Concern Seller.
    I also open a ticket#16438807 on dated 06/04/2021 but did not any update .

      Delivery boy cancelled pickup of the product without my consent. I described it to Delhivery authority thorough mail. They made me assure that product will be pick next day but neither they picked up the product nor give any reply after that.

        The parcel was out for delivery at 4 pm April 6, 2021.
        The delivery agent called after 4 hours at around 8:15 pm and made an excuse of not delivering in my area.
        The name of the delivery person, as appears on the screen, is Sourav Das.

        I am disappointed with this kind of attitude. First making an excuse of late hours and then denying to deliver by saying that he does not deliver in this area.

        Please do not continue to do this kind of service. This kind of problem has happened with me earlier too. Please look into the delivery service.

          I ordered few dresses from Stylish outfit insta handle and made the payment of 3400 rs
          Products was supposed to be delivered today but neither call nor any notifications from delhivery services later by noon my status showing delivered!! And there is no customer care no nothing to contact !! I want my money back or products delivered

            My order is stuck at a delhivery warehouse in ludhiana from last 20 days they don not seems to deliver it and i called them they don’t pick up the phone and I’ve sent mails and every time they reply me that please allow us three days and your parcel will be delivered but no luck now its been 20 days fed up with i want the parcel its urgent but they don not seems to help their customers

              I had paid for an order 749 thrice out of which only one payment which i made to the delivery agent was successful rest 2 payment which I made from my bank were not successful. They have refunded for 1 payment but still they have to refund me for the second order. But after raising a complaint showing them all the possible proofs all they say is give is 2 day or give us 3 day we will update u. And all that's been happening for 1 month.. this is really crazy. After all that time they come back to me saying we have received the money just once.. how's that possible I have clear snapshots.. I will be lodging a complaint about u guys as I have all the details of how u have been harassing me for my refund... this is the ticket number [protected]

                AWB No. is [protected] today i.e. 2nd April, 21. I got a security code that share it with your delivery partner, later on by 3pm i got message from delhivery that your order is successfully delivered, How can they deliver a product to anyone without calling, I haven;t received a call from their side, and just a message that your product is delivered, i want my product else give my money back, I am trying to reach them they are not responding to my mails nor giving me reply, none of their support number is reachable.

                      I have ordered a product from oneplus store on march 14 with order no. M[protected] and it was delivered through the logistic company DELHIVERY with AWB No.[protected]. Without asking otp from me and without delivering the product, they marked it as delivered. the delivery boy was saying that we have lost your product bymistake, and unless we not get mail from our seniors, we will not refund the money, it has been 19 days since i have ordered the product. please help me quickly

                        AWB NO.[protected] Reached at dadri on 30.03.21, and delhivery executive can on my address on 30.03.21 but when he searched his bag my parcel was missing, than he promised me to deliver it by tomorrow, but from that day everyday I am receiving message from your Side that "we could not deliver your parcel due to address difficulty"
                        Please look in the matter as soon as possible and make sure to deliver my parcel by Tomorrow.
