The delivery agent did not attempt to deliver my package to the given address, he simply return to the seller, such a lazy person....

but item still not yet delivered.
track id website is mentioned the fake updates....

My parcel misrouted to wrong destination...and no tracking available now...showing last tracking 16 dec only..
No updates after this

Ordered a pant and prepaid the payment and got an old pant now delhivery is saying that they are not responsible for this and told me to contact ajio ... They misbehaved me for that pant... This is so ridiculous...

Being a courier/ logistical support service company, they should have factored in the need for a dedicated helpline number which is pivotal for competing in the industry they part of.
Either they should not expand beyong their reach to take in massive corporate shipments valued well beyond their service expertise, or they should pull up thier socks and deliver.
They have no clear or direct means of communication with human touch,...

I have serious data privacy issue related to your first mile delhivery portal i.e fm.delhivery.com. If I login to fm.delhivery.com as client I could see other seller's details like personal address, phone numbers everything. That means my details also exposed to other sellers as well. My Personal data should not be exposed to others sellers. I should see my data only. Kindly take serious necessary action as early as possible without fail....

A parcel was booked for me by Ms. Baidyanath of Calcutta vide tracking no.[protected]. On tracking it shows that the shipmnent is deamaged. I wrote to Delhivery and they have asked me to contact you.
Kindly let me know when I can expecet delivery.

AWB[protected] is tracking number. Though package is not delivered I received a message that its delivered on 11th Dec. I've raised query using customer care immediately but there is no response till now....

Product tracking id[protected] party name bhavar singh . Corier will be delivered to 11 december party also call about 20 times . I have already call 20 times corierboy. Product till not delivered. I have already complain my complain id 11825116. I have very disappointed your service....

I have still not gotten my order. Every day the ETA shifts to the next day.. it has been almost a month now..this is really not done...

ON 8 of Dec. my parcel has been reached at nearest hub location and then delivery agent ( DEEPAK ) called me and said that we will not deliver your parcel at your exact location as company does not give us sufficient money to deliver the parcel at your location and you have to collect your parcel only from office.( PAPROLA, HIMCHAL PRADESH, 176115). I raised a complaint against them its been 4 days ago but no action taken against them and...

In their website, it is a complete useless option to have schedule a delivery time; while on my shipment delivery date; there is no response regarding package delivery and package status is "not yet out for delivery"; in WhatsApp tracking it says " package shall be delivered on my scheduled date and time, which is a day before no idea what is the use of that WhatsApp package tracking function also. And in support email "we will contact you...

The boy resheduled my parcel without telling me also missbehave with me...

I book a pick up request on delhivery LTL Pannel on 23/09/2020 vide way bill no[protected] but my shipments lost by delhivery and not delivered
After many time talk to delhivery person but problem not solved due to which big loss done by delhivery to me...

I have create forward shipment with cod but this have error in service while preapaid service confirm...

My courier from patna to Seoni M. P is Not Delivered From 15 days Its a Custom Courier parcel contain perosnal Information Delhivery does not Giving any Information of my parcel No tracking id no Order id Or Not Link My Mobile Number Its clear Fraud 😡
Or i will take Strict action...

My item was picked up from my place last week however the delivery agent refused to give any acknowledgment slip and took my item.Till date i have not received any update or refund of my money.The merchant here is Ajio and delivery partner is Delhivery.The courier person who took my item was - [protected] his Name is Birachi Bhoi....
