As i order portable hard disk on amazon, the Delhivery boy come and give me a courier and take COD as per details, as soon i open the box there was deo bottle in-spite of hard disk, i suddenly contact the courier boy, he cut my phone and make my mobile on his block list, so that no contact will happen with him, his number [protected], please resolve my issue and share the delivery boy details who deliver me the courier and also provide me the product which i order.

My shipment was supposed to deliver on 8th March and I was not available on that day.
So I requested team to deliver the same on next day, same I confirmed over IVR as well.
Instead of delivering it to me, they returned it back.
Delhivery team bahadurgarh office Employee named Amrita showed an irresponsible way of working caused my courier return. I requested her to arrange my delivery back. She dropped the call and left a poor and irresponsible impression of whole delhivery team

I request management to arrange my
courier deliver back to me and take suitable action on such irresponsible employees.

Delivery boy not calling the customer and giving wrong updates that customer cancelled order and tell consignee tell for open delivery
this all are issues please solve this and tell all delivery boys to call the consignee first

I booked two shipments using shiprocket service to send the boxes to Tamil Nadu. The courier used was Delhivery.

The boxes are from ikea which are the strongest boxes used for packing. The product cost of the shelf sent is Rs 9290.

After receiving the product from ikea I packed it again with clean wrap and placed several fragile stickers.

Shivam courier guy bringing parcel from nykaa at 12:20 pm. Upon telling him to cancel my order, he said to aapke aane wale sare courier cancel krne hai? Kyunki aapke cancel hoye hai to layu hi ni. Tu fazool baten mat kr. This is how we train people to talk to d places dey r going fr delivery. Today he has guts to talk like this, tomrw he can rob n do watever because he knows company won't do anything. I need you to take strict action against him
