I recently ordered a cloth dye with prepaid...in the meantime they showed a status that it's already delivered...but I haven't got the product, even I didn't get a single call also...the same kind of problem happened with me before...it's a kind of thing they do with most of the prepaid orders

I on 27th February, was expecting a delivery by your company. I made payment through upi, unfortunately my payment has been deducted twice. The transaction showed it failed but money has been deducted from my account twice. Kindly refund.

My home is barely 10mtrs away from the National Highway 44. The agent refused to come for the big pickup. He wanted me to come to the highway then show it to him and then he'll accept. When i said this isn't the way home delivery and pickup works and will complaint against him. He laughed and say complaints don't work in our company so go ahead. This isn't the way.

Delhivery office in Mannarkkad, Kerala do not deliver product to shipping address, not even inform the customer if the corier arrived and tell customer to collect it from their office. They do not deliver corier even the customer call them.

This is a fake product to send me the id is ntw[protected] tracking id is [protected] plz return as well as soon possible

Apke courier boy ne 1250 rs extra loye hai...costumer ko idea nhi tha product charge ka...glt product de kr 1250 le gya

We didn't received the order but it is showing as delivered . Customer care people sent proof of delivery that is also fake . Here is my AWB no:AWB: [protected]. Please investigate properly to get the parcel. How can i pay the money without receiving my order?

Tracking information shows delivered but my parcel was not received

I have received an cash on delivery order worth rupees 970/- which is fully damaged and used saree. My concern is that i haven't order any kind of this product, here my contact detail and delivery address is been misused for fraud purpose. I want to return this product AWB[protected]... Please provide me how can I deal with this issue!!

One of my orders with tracking ID [protected] was delivered to the wrong address and is lost now. The shipping address is completely different from the address on the tracking page as can be seen in the screenshots. The vendor also tried to place a return order for the package, still no success. This is very frustrating. Delhivery tracking page even shows call was placed to the consignee and no call was received by me. It was...

I placed order from nutrabay on February 13, 2021 Order #6472352 with total amount of ₹5, 925 for 4 items. The Item was shipped through Delhivery Surface on February 14, 2021. Since yesterday I was notified via text messages that the package has moved out to deliver with the PIN, I got couple of those messages, also nutrabay emailed me couple of time that the package is out to be delivered. Today again in the morning I received same text message with the same PIN, and in today evening at 8:11 pm Nutrabay messaged me the package has been delivered, I never received a single call from any of the delivery executive, nor anyone verified my personal identification(aadhar or PAN) and PIN that was sent to me. I emailed the Delhivery customer support and they are too saying hey have my signature on the proof of delivery without verifying the PIN. I have asked it to be sent it to me but I have no email response yet.
I have attached below the messages I received from Delhivery and Nutrabay(PIN not disclosed) Also attached are the emails I have shared with Both companies.

Also, they don't provide the contact number of the agents too. when the product is out for delivery now, then why they are saying that it will dliver on 20 feb. I mean what the heck with you guys, I am living in the heart of city likewise in the main city and you are making fool o[censored]s, this is not the first time, I need my parcel today itself anyhow. Like this fraud activity our neighbours also experience a lot of times.
