Sir, my order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] is delayed at transit since 2 days... So, kindly speed up my shipment and deliver my package as soon as possible, and also update the status of my shipment

My tracking ID is[protected]. Delivery guy never comes but company sends message that I cancelled the order which I never did. It's been weeks. I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible!!!

Hi this is to say the experience of getting a product from your assistance
Today I had a call from the delhivery agent regarding the product from Flipkart is ready for delivery and said that it is not possible to deliver at door step and asked me to come 1 km away from the respective address .
I refused him as I was busy with my online classes
I contacted flipkart team and they replied not to collect as the product...

Hello I am Rahul from hisar, haryana working as a online reseller. My product is booked for okhla new Delhi. Customer has received otp but product never got delivered. I contacted the company several times. They are saying it's delivered through otp.

Delhivery is really a pathetic company. They are running a syndicate with the help of fraud vendors. One seller had booked a product for me to Bangalore.

Earlier seller zoomshop had provided the fake courier number which was not available in India Post. After the escalation with Bank, they had sent us a product via Delhivery and show to HDFC bank the courier had reached at Bangalore, now you can reopen our account, and on another side, they had sent a letter to the Delhivery team to refund that product.

I suggest you, please do not use Delhivery because Sahil Barua is aware to all and entire team are responsible for my loss.

Accidentally used the same label for two different packages. & now no one is Responding to us either on Mail nor call pathetic service by Delhivery Courier

TRN ID[protected], for the mentioned TRN ID we have accidentally shipped 02 shipments on Different Date (One which was picked Up on 14th Jan 2021 Traces can be found on Panel & another was Picked on 15th Jan 2021). The traces of the 02nd shipment that we handed Over to the Pickup boy cannot be seen on Shiplyte Panel as its a Duplicate shipment that has been sent under One TRN ID).

What we need right now is to kindly get in touch as soon as possible to the Operations team of Delhivery Shipping Partners & Locate the Duplicate shipment also cross verify with them that on which HUB address currently the Shipment has been located right now, basically we need the exact location or update on the Duplicate shipment that has been sent.

The Pickup Boy that came to pick Our Parcel was Vijay Jhadav[protected]

This is a Pure Error on Side of the Delhivery Shipping Partners that they are not scanning the Parcels Properly & just processing them to the another HUB - we need a Strict action to be taken against the Delhivery Pick Up Boy Vijay Jhadav[protected] for this Error

I ordered a food item to be eaten during pongal. The estimated delivery date was 12/01/2021. But every day the delivery date they showing in their order tracking is increasing by one day. Their is no customer support, I tried to call customer care but all the numbers are showing switched off. Every time a am putting a query mail, a auto-reply mail is coming that they will look into the matter, nothing has happened till now as I have neither...

Sometimes delhivery show the date of parcel return in your online protal :[protected] Then another date:[protected], then the third date:[protected], what a joke.
Our vendor hub is 7 km away from your Delhivery hub. And this parcel has been in your hub for 7 days.

Even after complaining to delhivery, no problem is being resolved.

Hello we live in Dwarka Sector 7 ramphal chowk area in B block in our lane there is one Delhivery courier warehouse. They open there shop at 5.30 am and start making noises. thier tempos come into the lane in every 5 min frequency through which they occupy whole lane to load unload their packages. it makes us difficult to move or vehicles as the lane blocks usually they occupy near to 50 bikes parking space. In the evening they drink openly there and make noise and abuse each other loudly. they have filled the drain with there litter and have blocked it completly and in covid times also there were more than 20-25 boys come here roam without masks and gather and make the place unhabitable. its a residential locality and such warehouses are not allowed here please take action asap. the whole lane is disturbed by them and want them to relocate their shop somewhere else.
