Sir, I bought a product from Sim Sim. I had put it on the return as well but the delivery courier did not get my pick up. the wishmaster pick up is canceling me again and again. Did not even call me. Did not even call and did not contact me and by putting fake reason repeatedly canceling my parcel of mine।
I also spoke to the simsim company and the company said yes to my pick up and they put the pick up on their side and the pick up master, they are not picking me up.
I am sharing everything so seeing you is done with me।

Sir Same having a problem. Sir does not even pickup and deliver.
See, how many days have gone by, my product has not been delivered. Later this product would be sent directly to the saller.

    Sir the courier does not come to pick up and fakes remarks and says that I did not give the pick up, but I do not come to pick up and sir I called very often. Those people but also disconnect the phone and say that sir, we will not be able to pick up. Cancel my pickup everyday.I also contacted him and I also have a call recording of him, but those people are not picking me up.
    I have also contacted the company but the company is not giving any response

    It has been happening multiple times, the seller is requesting for pickup and your wishmaster is not accepting the same even my status of return is showing in their pickup request. They closes the pickup request without seeing the reason for return.

    courier is canceling my return by putting a lot of fake reason.
    I spoke to the company. I also talked to Sim Sim and they listened to me and they put on returns. The delivery couriers cancel my returns.

      The delivery agent did not attempt to deliver my package to the given address, he simply return to the seller, such a lazy person.

              Being a courier/ logistical support service company, they should have factored in the need for a dedicated helpline number which is pivotal for competing in the industry they part of.
              Either they should not expand beyong their reach to take in massive corporate shipments valued well beyond their service expertise, or they should pull up thier socks and deliver.
              They have no clear or direct means of communication with human touch, as the only way to follow up is through their silly automated whatsapp chat, which shows how careless they are in reaching out to their target audience.
              The estimated delivery time is unreliable and keeps changing to suit Delhivery's laidback attitude and goals.

                  I have serious data privacy issue related to your first mile delhivery portal i.e fm.delhivery.com. If I login to fm.delhivery.com as client I could see other seller's details like personal address, phone numbers everything. That means my details also exposed to other sellers as well. My Personal data should not be exposed to others sellers. I should see my data only. Kindly take serious necessary action as early as possible without fail. This is a big concern of Data Privacy. In their privacy policy no where it is mentioned that one seller can see other seller’s details. I have already sent an email to them they have not taken any action. They are saying it is not a privacy concern.

                      My package is not delivered but status is marked as delivered

                      AWB[protected] is tracking number. Though package is not delivered I received a message that its delivered on 11th Dec. I've raised query using customer care immediately but there is no response till now....

                        ON 8 of Dec. my parcel has been reached at nearest hub location and then delivery agent ( DEEPAK ) called me and said that we will not deliver your parcel at your exact location as company does not give us sufficient money to deliver the parcel at your location and you have to collect your parcel only from office.( PAPROLA, HIMCHAL PRADESH, 176115). I raised a complaint against them its been 4 days ago but no action taken against them and today when delhivery service mail me and in mail the delhivery service wrote that your parcel will be delivered today but when i called that delivery agent (DEEPAK) he said we will not deliver your parcel at your location and we will return back it to the seller and also said that we have already talked regarding this issue with the company which i think that they bluffed me. Everyday they show the activity or upload the status that the parcel has been gone for delivery but they never ever contact me regarding the parcel. I want help sir.
                        SHOULD I EXPECT SOMETHING FROM YOUR SIDE.
                        LAST THING IS THAT I RECORDED EACH AND EVERYTHING HE SAID TO ME . PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION AGIANTS THE, ITS A REQUEST.

                            In their website, it is a complete useless option to have schedule a delivery time; while on my shipment delivery date; there is no response regarding package delivery and package status is "not yet out for delivery"; in WhatsApp tracking it says " package shall be delivered on my scheduled date and time, which is a day before no idea what is the use of that WhatsApp package tracking function also. And in support email "we will contact you shortly". Honestly it will no use of delivering that package any more. My occasion is already over and my gift package is staying in their nearest delivery station for almost 3 days as per their website. It is my very worst experience.
