    My medicines were sent from an ayurvedic pharmacy in Mumbai. It was expected to be delivered by 25th sept 2020 and i received a code to share with the delivery boy. But on 23rd September i received a message from company that my parcel was delivered on 25th sept. There was no call or msg for code and still they marked my parcel as delivered. When my husband checked with the nearest warehouse of delhivery they said 'you can consider the parcel as lost because the warehouse which was responsible for your area got permanently closed on 23rd sept.' Since then i have been trying to get my parcel delivered and have been continuously mailing the delhivery team but i have not received any solid response from them. And now they have stopped replying my mails.
    Due to lack of medicines i suffered a lot and now i have to see local doctors for the treatment. So far i am still struggling with my health and have seen 3 doctors so far in past 2 months.

          I have been shipping with delivery for the past 3 months in a B2B relationship, and in these months I was sure of one thing that their ground teams hold no respect for the company policies and everyone act as individual owners, and I have to spend many hours of my day in the pursuit of emailing them about their errors rather than focusing it on my business to promote growth but now they are not even replying to my mail and not even picking up my shipments which to be done on time is the most crucial thing in my business. They have ignored my pickup request for 2 days straight after a holiday of 2 days which concludes 4 days of no business and only accumulating daily fixed expenditure

          Guys, I have frozen the growth of my business by choosing them but do not repeat the same

              I have placed an order in Healthmug and paid the money Rs. 1311 via debit card. The parcel has been dispatched and expected delivery was on Nov 13. I didn't receive the parcel but the status shows that the product has been delivered (AWB[protected]. Deliver my product coz i have already paid for it and waited two days already post the expected delivery date.

              The complaint has been resolved and I got my product delivered.the company's representative mailed me ([email protected].) that they had asked to cross check the order and delivery details. And in a maximum of 4 working days, the problem got solved.

                    Complaint About Pickup Guy

                    Hello,

                    I have placed my order thru SHIPROCKET selecting your service from options and that is my mistake i think.

                    Your guy today called me and i was in bathroom so i missed his called and in under 2mins i recalled him and he said that now i can not come to pickup the parcel as i have gone from that place as you have not received my call.

                    I argued with him regarding how far he can go within 2 mins...

                    Shipment from Decathlon opened before delivery in the transit. AWB 15919369290

                    Shipment from Decathalon received today 13, Nov, 202010:50AM, the cardboard box was opened from below side. I was unable to notice while receiving it. But when i tried to open it, the tape was already removed and box was torn from below side. The original packing of clothes was not found inside.

                      I had to order a product four times because of delivery not complete by DELIVERY BOY and TUNDLA delivery office even then they could not deliver this. they always returned my order without contacting to me. On same address I have received many deliveries till now so there is no problem to find the address even if it is so then your DELIVERY BOY can contact to me on my phone number which is given in address details but delivery boy does not do so.

                      1--The product with tracking id[protected] was marked as DELIVERED without completing delivery by delivery boy. I didn't receive the product.

                      2-- The product with tracking id[protected] was not cancelled from my side as delivery boy marked. He didn't contact to customer and didn't reach to the address to complete the order delivery and cancelled the delivery by his own choice.

                      3-- The product with tracking id[protected] is stucked on your delivery office since 8 November 2020 even then the product is not OUT OF DELIVERY since three days. But your team did not deliver the product to customer and returned it to seller on 12 November 2020.

                      4-- I have only order number not noted tracking id and now it is not shown.

                      I hape you to solve my problem and not to face again in future.

                        The consignment was sent on October 28 and its not yet delivered. It reached my nearest hub on November 3rd and no further movement. Everyday they extent the estimated date of delivery one by one. No proper updates, it is showing that " destination is unable to receive ". Recently i had a consignment from flipkart and i got it in 3 days and no delay, why delhivery is taking this time, its been 16...

                        The delivery agent is denying me home delivery. He is calling me to other town (54 KM away) to collect the parcel.

                        He is threatening me that he will cancel my order if i don't go and collect. He has also given fake review to company by saying that my address is incorrect.

                        I am extremely disappointed in your services and the rude behavior of your staff. Hope you can resolve this issue

                              My Item received a vijaywada doneatkuru hub on Oct 22nd and expected delivery date is Oct 22.

                              After a raised complaint of delay delivery of item .The intermediate hub done 2 unexpected scans and kept on rescheduled of delivery date till now today Nov 6th .

                              Finally told item was lost on November 1st .Even after raising complaint they had kept on asking me to wait again and again for 2 more days.

                              Please find the lost item and get delivered it to me.

                                Delhivery The Wishmaster is not picking up the product

                                My order[protected] was accepted return from seller as well as flipkart and the return was pickuped by yesterday 1.30 pm by delhivery execute after that execute enter the wrong serial number while return process after that they call back and said your return was not accepting and ask to call flipkart what will i do they made a mistake pickup status also closed because delhivery opponent the person who don't even know where is serial number...
