I am Mayank Khairwar. 26 Aug 2020. I booked one parcel from agartala to indore delivery from Delhivery. After 10days I recive our half parcel and half is losted by delhivery. Right now delhivery not help me to find my parcel no customer services available and not any one is come in my contact after complaints my complaint Ref nu is 8013156...

My product reached on friday. But since then they ever call me and told that they are going to deliver my product. For that i stay at home but they didn't attempt and postponed for saturday. Again on saturday they didn't deliver my product and when i tried to call them then they not even raise my call. Saturday i stopped my work and stay at home to handover it. But didn't came. Again today i. E sunday, they called me again in the aftrnoon...

My package arrived at the nearest facility on the morning of 4th september. From then onwards the tracking says that the product is undelivered and "your order could not be delivered". I have gone to the office only to find that the office is moved. I don't have any contact with them. Last thing i want is for them to not find my address and sent the package to origin without calling me....

I have deposited my percel 2nd sept morning at santipur delivery courier. They cofirm me that percel will reach from santipur to kolkata in 2days, i. e 4th sept, 2020 but today still now(5th sept)my percel has not reach in destination. Then i have call my courier saervice at Santipur, but he has rude behave to us. So kindly notice this problem and get the solution as early as possible....

My order was supposed to be shipped today. It reached my city about an hour back at 6:21 AM and the was marked out for delivery followed by undelivered by 6:30 AM. I do not understand, but this does not seem right.

Why the hell u r delivery boy of malkangiri range pincode-764048 delivering on pincode-764051 are charging for prepaid forcefully .this should not be tolerated solve this asap....

The package was to be delivered on 31/08, which was mentioned at the time of booking. However, today morning it showed out for delivery and now it says it could not be delivered. Please confirm what is the issue. This is extremely bad service where I can not speak to anyone and know what the real issue is. Please note this is to be urgently delivered to my senior citizen parents. It has critical stuff in it....

Purchased product Rangriti Navy Cotton Woven Pattern A Line Kurta from order no[protected] was not delivered at my door step inspite of prepaid delivery from Tata cliq. Your delivery boy refused to deliver items to my door step inspite insisting him. Thus your employees are very lazy and cause lot of discomfort to the customers even after being charged for the home delivery....

I would like to file a complaint against amazon india and delhivery who are logistics partner of amazon india for their extremely pathetic service delivery is providing to its customers. I had placed an order (Sleeping mattress) worth rs 7000 through amazon on 6th aug which is stuck at the same location since 22nd aug. Emi will be deducted from 5th of september but the product has not yet been delivered to me.

I sent a parcel from pune to mumbai. The parcel contained 3 items. Even while scheduling the shipment i have mentioned there are 3 items. Today buyer received only one item from package, another 2 items are not received and are missing. Awb number is[protected]. I have ordered a dining table from flipkart. The delivery is taking place with delhivery, awb:[protected].
Now it is picked on august 13. And current in my home town - destination city kolkata. It is here for past 5 days. And still it is not delivered. Everyday it is just getting delayed by one day.
Disgusting service. Every other parcel is coming except this one....

I have shipped my house hold items through a movers and packer and they are registered their firm with Delhivery. The Mover and packer promised me to deliver the shipment at my doorstep. I payed full amount of the shipment i advance due to part load.

Delhivery was supposed to deliver my order on 21st August 2020. I didn't received any call from the delivery man on 21st august. Next day I tracked my order on the official site if delhivery. It showed that my order has been successfully delivered.

"package not picked/received by client" as per delhivery courier system.
Please resolve it fast and ship my product to me this week latest on priority....

Awb[protected], from bengaluru (560093) to tiruvallur (600062). Consignment was prepaid & booked on 11/8 from bangalore and picked up from bangalore on 12/8 and reached chennai warehouse on 16/8 but not delivered till date. Past emails from delhivery customer support on 17/8, 19/8, 24/8 & 27/8 states that shipment will be delivered within 24-48 hours but it never happens this delivery remains an enigma...
