My order no[protected] has not been delivered .it was due on 24th.despite arriving at the final delivery station, they did not even attempt delivery and stated delay in delivery due to external factors.the item was by cloudtail via amazon.there is no cancel option available on amazon and neither is customer service present on amazon's end despite a 10 day return policy

It's been 4days since the status is showing pick up, there is no change whatsoever in status, I have contacted the seller they already shipped.
It's really urgent, I m in need of it, kindly see to it, don't be like post offices, from next time on I won't recommend my sellers to choose delhivery as courier service if I have to go through hassle like this in order to get my package....

My product ordered through amazon is not getting delivered by the delivery agent. I had ordered a referigerator from Amazon and the delivery agent is delhivery.

I order since 14th Oct and it has reach at 22nd Oct but from delhivery they aren't text me nor call. Since parcel has reach 3 days ago I went to office also but they said until I won't recieve a message I won't get a parcel they said and they don't even delivering since 3 days and even many people are complaining about their service . Also they aren't attempt for delivery and returning the parcel without attempting to deliver. Even DC of (west Garo hills) also warn them for their services which they are not delivering the parcel to customers and returning to the seller.

The tracking of the consignment shows "the delivery is attempted and rescheduled" but in reality, no one tried the delivery. I have been waiting in the home for 4 days for the parcel to be delivered, as it showed "the package is out for delivery". Now they keep on rescheduling the next delivery date.

It's been 3 days since the product has reached my city yet the delivery people are rescheduling without consulting me. They are giving missed calls and not picking up when I call them back. I had to find out from other third-party apps that the call was from Delhivery guy. I am sure this is some cheap strategy to delay the product delivery. I don't know why these people are delaying.

They are nit delivering my parcel since 5 days even it is in nearest hub. They are just saying iut for delivery but nit delivering it

The shipment shows delivered on the website but I haven’t received it. I asked for proof of delivery on whatsapp and tried mailing as well. No response whatsoever. This was a prepaid shipment and I’m unable to reach anyone for the refund as well.

No update about my this two shipment, no one is Responding, on email they are just delaying it dont know what to do. It's been more than 15 days, and two parcel weight is appox 95 -100 kg

My delivery which was to be delivered to me with shippment no[protected] is showing in tracking that it got delivered whereas it has not been delivered at my address.

As per your online status regarding my package, I have contacted your local agent in my Area i.e., Ranikhet Ph No of the person contacted is : [protected]. But when I have contacted the person while mentioning that on the message it shows that your man is out for delivery but I haven't received the package.
So he said they don't care about that message till the time they don't deliver it doesn't matter & on the top the person was very rude & when I have told him that I will complain to the higher authorities than his answer to me was complain to who so ever I want to complain he doesn't bother.
It's very hard to hear from the person who's representing such a big company & indirectly he have damaged the company name & reputation. I hope you will look into the matter very seriously & do the needful ASAP.

Hi, I am extremely feeling unsatisfied and annoyed as whenever my courier is sent to me through Delhivery, no once trying to deliver the production and returning the same without delivery even without contacting me. There no option to connect to the delivery agent nor the customer care number is getting through mentioned on the website. I am facing this issue for all the 10 orders which i made through Amazon/some other websites. For this order i have received a call from delivery hub sating your area is not covered by us and will be deliver it by tomorrow if you come to a place, though i agreed to come, they have retuned my order. I am continuously facing such issue specially by this courier and not by any other courier partner. This is the 10th time this issue occurred hence opted this site to raise my complain to take appropriate action against them. AWB No[protected].

I ordered a bulky product of 20kgs from Amazon and it was sent thru Delhivery, their driver refund a doorstep delivery which they always do and asked my brother to pick up the item far 2kms away from.
This is becoming a regular issue whenever Amazon sends packages with delhivery, their drivers are unprofessional and abusive and still delhivery customer support hasn't taken any actions on the driver.

I order a phone from a person, he tell me send me 499 for courier charge, i send him 499, he deliver a phine on my address, and when i receive i get another product .and delivery boy tke 7999rs to me. I want to return my product and i want my money, please help me.

This is to bring your attention that my product was returned to sender[protected] without my consent..delhivery staff neither tried to deliver my product.i received a call from coureir services and i told them that i will pick up from their offices bt when i went the other day my product was returned and the staffs were dare to talk to me.i waitd at office nearly half an hour

Regarding product return from costomer city without even call to. costomer that their products is package delay due to political distrubance ???? whats the hell is this

Delhivery courier has not delivered my product since 1 month of dispatch. when i tried to contact customer support team, they told me that they have lost my parcel and trying to resolve issue.And now the Delhivery team is not even answering my mails.

I had Booked My Shipment Wide Consingmrnt No :[protected] Dated 18/09/2020.

The consignment had reached to Destination Point in 3 Days, My customer had wait for 10 days but no Courier Person has even called him and no One from Delhivery.

I had Made My Complaint to Delivery Client Service Akshay On very 4 the day
But he responded once and then-No response.

I had requested to Mr. ARUN Also... But They also not replied

At Destination, They are only Making us Fool by quoting that ... customer Not available customer Denied to take Package ...like that...

and after that, They Returned My Package by no Information to me at my Desk. and Deduct the amount from my account.
