I purchased a saree worth ₹2900 (Prepaid order) from an online retailer www.raisfashions.com
Delhivery was supposed to deliver the item (Awb:[protected] and i received sms saying the order was delivered, but i didn’t receive any package.

Tried to connect with their support and customer care number (Which never rings). Very frustrated with the whole event. I need my money back or the original item i had ordered.

The online retailer contacted Delhivery support team and they gave a vague proof of delivery (a signature that doesn’t look like a signature) and said that the package was received by someone and signed.
This is ridiculous since I didn’t sign that and this is clearly a case of fraud. I demand an immediate response on this case. I have uploaded the bogus proof of delivery that they provided to the online retailer for everyone’s reference.

Adding Text messages snapshot that I received from Delhivery and ship rocket. I had received an OTP from Delhivery to validate delivery, I fail to understand why the OTP was never validated with the person that they claim has received the package on my behalf.

Received my package today without any intimation from the delivery person. I don’t understand why Delhivery would mark my package as delivered before I receive it. Very bad experience and I will not recommend this courier service to anyone

    Why my order is showing in transit for return

    I have ordered a product and till 5/10/2020 there was no problem but today morning I saw that my product is in transit for return. Why???? I have neither returned it nor cancelled it. And also the delivery date was 29/10/2020 but it is delayed.
    That's not much problem but why it is returned even I have not done anything...

    Delivering fake products and cheating customers

    B S Enterprises (Sagar enterprises) contacted via Olx for iPhone purchase. and they told the first price of 20K after a discount of 17K. but have to courier charge 500rs. I paid and they delivered on the same day via DELHIVERY COURIER SERVICE. tracking no[protected]. but this shipment hold at delhi DELHIVERY COURIER SERVICE end for 4 days. inbetween the sender called and told. it is returned. so pay again 500 for the new courier. I denied...

    Hello.
    This is regarding a shipment ordered from Urbanic.com which was supposed to be delivered by Delhivery. The order status shows that it was delivered on 3rd October, 2020 at 12.49 pm. However, I fail to understand how it could be handed over to just anyone when the delivery was password protected because I had received on OTP on my registered mobile number. The AWB no is[protected]. No number of the delivery agent is provided which makes it all the more difficult to handle the issue on our own, because the support system is really very slow.

      The item worth rs 3000 was never delivered by delhivery courier services, shows delivered with tracking number, I tried contacting the delivery customer support they said they will share POD what would I do of POD when i stay alone who ll sign for me and it was a day off in lieu of october 2 i was at home entire day
      Please help my hard earned money will be wasted

        no updates in shipping/tracking status on website/delay in delivery

        My name is abhishek kumar, and i had ordered a book 'the stand by stephen king mass market paperback', worth rs. 941, on amazon on thursday, 24th august 2020. The book was purchased from seller bookswagon. It was shipped using delhivery on saturday, 26th august 2020 with tracking id/awb no.[protected].
        As per delhivery website, the package is estimated to be delivered by thursday, 1st october. However, the tracking status shows...

        packet return

        Address: Plot 5, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana - 122002

        2 packets where pickup by same executive at same time. 1 is deliver 2 week back and other is now showing "in transit for return". The tracking id of order is[protected]. I mail to customer care regarding delay in delivery is inform me that packet will deliver by 22 september but now today is 24th september and my packet get return. I want the packet to be deliver without returning it as soon as possible....

        I have purchased an item from Flipkart which is prepaid, with order id[protected]. and the same item is shipped by delhivery courier partner. when I try track the details The status shows "Your order was delivered on Sep 9, 2020" but the order didn't receive yet. The order is linked with 94******32 mobile number, but due to the sim damage number is switched off. already I have discussed this issue with delhivery support team through mail but from the last 6 days, they only give a reply that we will resolve your issue in 24 to 48 hours but not resolved yet.

          My awb number is[protected]. My order was to be delivered yesterday but i got a message in evening that it has been delivered but i haven't got my parcel and not even got any call from delivery assosiate. I asked for proof of delivery i found that some fake signature was at the place where i should have signed. This means the courier person may have forged signature.

            Delivery not attempted

            From 4 days it was showing out for delivery. On the very first day i received the call from delivery person and he said that i am somewhere else will call you later. After that he never called to ask anything. And now my package is being returned to seller. This is such a poor service and irresponsible behaviour of the delivery person. Awb no[protected]. Kindly look into the matter. And get my order delivered as soon as possible....

            I have account with delhivery by name "nardev fashion dfs".
            From last 15 days my poc (Point of contact) was changed.
            Previous poc was very good and solved our all tickets/complaints over email and call.

            New poc now harrassing us from very first day.
            He is closing tickets without solution.
            We open ticket again from client panel but they again closed it without solution and without informing us.

            I had contact my first and second point of contact (Digvijay. [protected]@delhivery.com) and (Prashant. [protected]@delhivery.com)

            But they two also not responding..

            Due to non resolutions of all tickets, my shipment is getting returned... And i loss in many aspect with money and reputation to deliver shipment to my client...

            I prefer not to use delhivery because they not responding properly...

            I realy mentally harrased by my poc and delhivery...

            I first time experience such mental harrassment by delhivery.

              I had returned two products ordered from ajio.com to delhivery courier guy on 09.09.2020 with return ids RT21725551 and RT21740890. These items were picked by the courier guy and he said he will give me the slip later. But the slips have not been provided yet and the items are being showed on ajio's website that they are yet to be picked up.
              The pincode of my area is 803213. The delivery guy name is Prince and the manager's name is Raghavendra.
              I want the return slips if they have really shipped by material back to ajio or else I want the items money from delhivery.

                Delhivery complaint number
                Delhivery india pvt. Ltd. Charges random prices by their third party franchises and giving me the incorrect, fake invoice from the name of dtdc.
                Also back tracing dates on invoice. My parcel got sipped on 20 aug 2020 and the invoice back dated to 31 jul 2020. After complaint for 12 working days, there has been no response from delhivery on submitting me the right invoice for the package. Awb #[protected]

                Delhivery has the audacity to give me an invoice from dtdc. With of course my name edited as the font is different with a small size. Heights of illegally editing an invoice which is a proof of business. Also the invoice is for 31st July 2020, whereas my parcel was shipped on 20th Aug 2020. This is illegal and harassment. Pls look into this seriously as it has been more than 12 days and delhivery has no one in the entire company to redress this complaint. I've been emailing and 10 different individual identities through email but nobody in the entire company wants to even take ownership to understand the problem.

                It's been 13 days and Delhivery has not responded at all. In all the emails and tweet, they have kept saying that the issue has been escalated to the concerned team but nobody in the entire company has the guts to even address the customer complaint. Highly irresponsible company with fraud people working for them.

                You guys are shameless to conduct a redressal on phone/email. And now you are sending people to my home for random things while not keeping in mind of the current pandemic. WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO?

                The parcel is less than 1.3 kg while Delhivery vendors are charging me for 4.5 kg. This is illegal. This is wrong and This is UNETHICAL.

                YOU HAVE LITERAL BUTTONS IT SEEMS!!

                    I honestly never saw a shameless company like delhivery. They’ make me feel sick and awful. How worst can a delhivery company be? My item was picked up on 29th july and today it’s 15th september.
                    Once they picked it up, after a month they’re updating me that it’s going to be returned, and it’s 25 days more again, they haven’t returned it back to me. I feel so sad i had to bear a loss. And the customer care service, they’re so shameless, and illeterate and unprofessional to every core. Don’t use this # company if that parcel is important to you.

                      I booked my package with awb number[protected] with 4 items which was shipped from delhi to imphal on 26/06/2020 and delivered on 17/07/2020. And i was delivered with only 2 package in it. I tried to complain for the same and they said will resolve the matter, and now they don't reply my mails and also said they won't take any responsibility.

                      And recently again with awb[protected], a total of 27kg (2boxes), only 1 box is delivered and the other missing.

                      I am assuming there is some sort of lagging in their services afterall i presume the courier although they offer good service, a theft of customer goods is present

                        I have ordered an product on amazon with tracking id
                        [protected] and[protected] but this is third time issue with from your side that your courier partner not delivered my product mark false review in system and today my product is return to amazon just because of your worst service before this i already lodged an complaint in 10 june 2020 but still no action has been taken on courier partner of jalgaon jamod. On that time i already mailed an call recording in which courier delivery boy directly told that he is not delivering my product just because of his personal issue..

                        It is continousaly happenig that just because of his personal issue he was not delivered product in my area if you didnot need custmer then close your service in my area because your just waisting time...
                        They did not contact me if i contact then black list my number

                        This is last humble request kindly do needful action and give me proper resolution because after 3 month you did not take any action and not provided any resolution against my complaint.
                        I hope this time i get proper resolution from yo

                          Order not delivered

                          The product sent through delhivery with awb no.[protected] has not been delivered since 20 days. The product arrived at mysore on 25th august 2020 and it is still not delivered. The customer executives parrot the same answer every time i mail them....

                          why delhivery is going down very bad.
                          HELLO DELHIVERY,
                          NO ONE IS CONNECTING WITH ME FROM LAST 15 DAYS.
                          AND DELHIVERY SERVICE IS NOW GOING TO BE WORST FOR ITS REAL CUSTOMERS.
                          I AM 5 YEARS OLD CUSTOMER OF DELHIVERY AND DOING AND GIVING TOO MUCH WORK TO DELHIVERY BY SENDING THOUSANDS OF SHIPMENT VIA DELHIVERY.
                          BUT MY NEW "POC" EVEN DONT CARE ABOUT US AND NOT SEEING MY WORK TIME OF 5 YEARS WITH DELHIVERY.
                          HE IS REALLY HARRASING ME BY DISAPPOINTING REPLYS AND NON ACTION AND NON RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS.

                          I ALSO APPROCH MY FIRST AND SECOND POC. BUT THEY TWO ARE REALLY VERY SILENT ON THIS ISSUE. I AM REALLY VERY STRANGE WHY DELHIVERY GIVE US SECOND AND THIRD POINT OF CONTACT IF THEY ALSO NOT HAVE TIME TO REPLY ON EMAILS OR PROVIDE SOLUTION.

                          i send almost 10 emails to my second and third POC for this issue. but they both are not responding.

                          i now approch consumer complaints forum finally. and if not solve issue then i finally go to consumer courts.

                            I have been continuously following up with delhivery for the pod for tracking id[protected], which is important for me to get the refund from amazon, without which they cannot initiate the process. Everytime they ask for 24 hrs, and then i don't get any reply from their side ever.

                            First communication was sent on 31st august 2020, till now even after 4 mails to them i have not received the requested document.

                            This not expected from a reputed company like delhivery. Also, they don't have any phone number so that you can check with someone, and you are just dependent on mail which is very inefficient.

                            I have sent a mail to them today on 12th september 2020, and hoping to get the documents asap.
