I have reissued my debit card from icici bank.Due to field excecutive fault my shipment returned back..field excecutive given a fake remark wheather they didnt attemp for delivery..

I need it urgent but courier service not respond on that issue..
I have all audio of call recording when i was talking to courier office or field excecutive..
I think they have lost my debit card..

I Have Ordered An Item (Mobile Touch Screen) From Maxbhi.Com On 25/09/2020 For Rs.509/- And On 02/10/2020 I Got The Delivery Of The Product. The Product Which Was Delivered To Me Was Already Damaged ...And So I Contacted To The Maxbhi.Com Customer Care ...And According To Them The Product Was At Good Condition During Dispatch And It Was Damaged By Delhivery Courier Due To Their Mishandling Which Will Not Be Responsible By Maxbhi But Will Bear By Delhivery.Com And They Will Pay The Full Reimburishment For Amount Rs 509/-...And I Complaint About This Matter On Delhivery.Com Official Email But They Didnot Response To My Email Till On This Date-18/10/20.

Its Been Already 17 To 18 Days Over After Delhivery Of The Product But I Did not Get Any Reply From Delhivery.Com And Their Official Customer Care No . Is Not Reachable...And Now I Became Supportless Please Help Me Out.

CONCLUSION - Now I Want My Refund Amount For Rs. 509/- With Interest Rate As Soon As Possible.From Delhivery/Maxbhi Thats It.

They don't deliver to My address and instead of contacting me, they either mark 'delivered' or 'Your order could not be delivered'. They don't even call at the number given [protected]. This time, tell minutes after I saw the items out for delivery, it was marked that it couldn't be delivered. Three was no call. I've had problems with these incompetent people thrice now and I strongly recommended not using their services.My Ticket number is 1267286 on boat private limited.

Hi, we have placed two orders on August 4th (which are 2 bags) from Bangalore to sattenapalli. AWB nos[protected],[protected]. And very next day both the bags got picked by delivery boy. And we have received 2orders on august 11 and one of them is not mine. Received cardboard box instead of bag. Both the parcels has address stickers which has my name and my addresses. Many times dropped mails to Delhivery team but don't see any progress. Its been 65 days till now i did not get any responce from there. I have submitted 2 complaints erlier, this is 3rd one why my otherb2 complaints marked as resolved. i thought delhivery team only doing worst service. now you also doing same thing. please check my previous 2 complaints and resolve it asap and if you want close it make comments and then only close it.

Your service center in Kannur district, Kerala is the worst ever I have seen in my life. The myntra app was picking up wrong place and the delhivery staff was showing so much attitude and not at all willing to help. This is totally unacceptable

I have ordered clothes from brandfactoryonline.com on October 1st, 2020. The Delivery partner of this order from brandfactory was Delhivery. I tried reaching customer support[protected] of Delhivery but this number is not reachable always. Its been 10 Days my order not been delivered. I dont know to whom I have to contact for this. Sir apka ek field executive mujha phn krta h khta h ki ma apka shipment point pa nahi aa sakta or app apna shipment point sa 5 km dur ajao or fir khta h ki kal la lana delivery fir agla din abusing language use karta hai or mara pas uski sare recording hai uspa sakt sa sakt action la or mujha btaye mai apko 2 din ka samay deta hu varna mai police complaint fir karaunga mara pas uski sare call recording hai...

I am supposed to get a package delivered to me bearing tracking Id:[protected] booked on 24th sept 2020. It has been till date 18 days and the package has still no been delivered to me. while tracking the official Delhivery website it shows that it arrived in guwahati delivery office on 28th Sept. Today is 11th october and I still have not received the package. In the Delhivery website it always shows in transit and the date of delivery keeps on changing to the next day. Please help me solve this problem and have the goods Delivered to me posthaste.I need the goods within the package as soon as possible.

We have not received remittance amount from Delhivery in our bank account since August 21st.

Delhivery logistics company collects cash from our customers which is not deposited to our account.

Package was booked on 3-oct, but from last week Delhivery site just showing pickup. They don't reply on mails or update tracking.

It is not the first time they are doing this. Everytime I face this issue and I need to return money to my customers because of delay in delivery. Delhivery should maintain the standard services which they are not following.

Product came to my city latehar in the early morning. My home is about one kilometre away from delivery service office in my city latehar. Despite having small city, it took one day to deliver my product from their near office to my home. Either your employee is lazy or delhivery is incapable to handle fast delivery.

I have shipped my scooter from gurgaon to varanasi with lrn[protected] with the help of your executive ujjwal sawarn. As per our discussion total change would be 2400/ including all the taxes.

As per requirement i have mad the 2000/ advance payment through google pay (Receipt attached) but i received the scooter deliver person asking for 1209/ and give me invoice accordingly.

Below minus. They don't even call the customer and return the product by saying that customer is not reachable. One of the most raw, rude and oversmart delivery agents in dimapur. Pathetic! The delivery agents are below standard and dont even know basic manners!
Never trust this courier service.

The parcel worth rupees 1500 was never delivered by any delivery boy, it's a prepaid parcel, i contacted them but they are saying your parcel was delivered, but how's it possible i didn't get any message any call this is fraud

My customer sent me some goods, it's been more than 2 months today but i haven't received the product yet. Bother giving me the product or product price.
I have been complaining about my product to the delivery company for the last two months but my problem has not been resolved yet.
