but the delivery boy denied my doorstep delivery and instead asked me to get my package from their office in palidih, pathalgaon.

I have already raised the complaint against the Delhivery Courier Services of West Garo Hills, Tura, Meghalaya twice. Hi. My package has reached destination city i. E. Ahmedabad on 18th july. The package is still not delivered yet even though my house is located within 2 km from the delhivery warehouse. My package was scheduled to be delivered on the 20th July Where I was asked by the delivery agent to make the payment through UPI and rupees 1299 was credited from my bank account yet delhivery showed the transaction to have failed. I want an immediate action regarding my refund from delhivery. My order had been stuck at aizawl delhivery center for a long time, why are they not shipping the orders to the delivery pincode?...
