My name is krishna priya bearing user id "koyal surface" in delhivery pvt ltd, since 1 month i didnt get my 9 return parcels. I contacted the rajahumndry city delhivery hub head office atl name "suresh (Mobile [protected])" he said we will deliver you soon, but till now i didnt get any parcel.
Since august 5, 2020 i am continuosly calling suresh for my parcels delivery, but he is not responding and disconnecting my calls and he is very reckless about the customers. My parcels reached my city in august 1st week and it's september 7th now, no parcel got delivered.
Even i gave complaint regarding this missing parcels in delhivery pvt ltd whatsapp number. Plz find below am attaching complaint registered screenshots. Complaint reference numbers in delhivery pvt ltd :7634310, 7634350, 7634408, 7634456, 7634503, 7634526, 7634579, and 8081274, 8081505,[protected], 8081636, 8086813, but no use they didn't even responded. Worst customer service no use.
Finally i came to know that they misplaced all my parcels and playing games, the worst courier service i never seen, simply they disconnecting my calls and not delivering my parcels,
Please take immediate action on them and help me to get my all parcels delivered

NO ONE IS CONNECTING WITH ME FROM LAST 15 DAYS.
AND DELHIVERY SERVICE IS NOW GOING TO BE WORST FOR ITS REAL CUSTOMERS.
I AM 5 YEARS OLD CUSTOMER OF DELHIVERY AND DOING AND GIVING TOO MUCH WORK TO DELHIVERY BY SENDING THOUSANDS OF SHIPMENT VIA DELHIVERY.
BUT MY NEW "POC" EVEN DONT CARE ABOUT US AND NOT SEEING MY WORK TIME OF 5 YEARS WITH DELHIVERY.
HE IS REALLY HARRASING ME BY DISAPPOINTING REPLYS AND NON ACTION AND NON RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS.
I ALSO APPROCH MY FIRST AND SECOND POC. BUT THEY TWO ARE REALLY VERY SILENT ON THIS ISSUE. I AM REALLY VERY STRANGE WHY DELHIVERY GIVE US SECOND AND THIRD POINT OF CONTACT IF THEY ALSO NOT HAVE TIME TO REPLY ON EMAILS OR PROVIDE SOLUTION.
i send almost 10 emails to my second and third POC for this issue. but they both are not responding.
i now approch consumer complaints forum finally. and if not solve issue then i finally go to consumer courts.
