The package was to be delivered on 31/08, which was mentioned at the time of booking. However, today morning it showed out for delivery and now it says it could not be delivered. Please confirm what is the issue. This is extremely bad service where I can not speak to anyone and know what the real issue is. Please note this is to be urgently delivered to my senior citizen parents. It has critical stuff in it.

    Purchased product Rangriti Navy Cotton Woven Pattern A Line Kurta from order no[protected] was not delivered at my door step inspite of prepaid delivery from Tata cliq. Your delivery boy refused to deliver items to my door step inspite insisting him. Thus your employees are very lazy and cause lot of discomfort to the customers even after being charged for the home delivery.

    Purchased product Rangriti Navy Cotton Woven Pattern A Line Kurta from order no[protected] was not delivered at my door step by the delivery boy. I was made to walkout of my home and take delivery from the boy. He insisted to meet me out of my society gate. Inspite of prepaid delivery this is very poor service and a laid back attitude shown by your employee. He was being not at all co-operative and was adamant that I should come down to collect. No value for money as delivery has to be collected from the delivery boy and not left at my door step. There is no indication from the delivery company or Tata cliq that delivery will not be made at door step.

      I would like to file a complaint against amazon india and delhivery who are logistics partner of amazon india for their extremely pathetic service delivery is providing to its customers. I had placed an order (Sleeping mattress) worth rs 7000 through amazon on 6th aug which is stuck at the same location since 22nd aug. Emi will be deducted from 5th of september but the product has not yet been delivered to me.

      Every 2 days i receive sms from delhivery that my order will be delivered that very day but at eod i end up waiting for my order to be delivered to me. Every day they sent message that the product will be delivered but at the end of the day they update the status as product was undelivered as customer was unavailable.
      What is this fake update? They never even called me, i received no calls from delhivery or amazon india about delivering my order.

      I had complaint about this issue by tweeting on amazon india's twitter page but they are not taking any action or even investigating about the delay in delivering my order

      Please take strict action against delhivery and amazon india.

      Delhivery makes the customers wait for days for their order to be delivered and does nothing to provide satisfactory services to them.

      This organization doesn't have a "contact us" section in its website, why?
      I have been tweeting to helpdesk_delhivery and to the coo of delhivery mr. Ajith pai as well as amazon india since last week but there is no update or response from their end. I have been waiting for my order to be delivered for almost a month but they haven't delivered my product.

      Please take action against delhivery and amazon india and please help me in getting my product delivered

      The service of delhivery and amazon india is very poor. Their employees have no responsibility towards their customer.

      Please take action against them and help me in getting my product delivered to my location in barackpore, west bengal as it is very important.

        Hello sir,

        I sent a parcel from pune to mumbai. The parcel contained 3 items. Even while scheduling the shipment i have mentioned there are 3 items. Today buyer received only one item from package, another 2 items are not received and are missing. Awb number is[protected]. Attaching image taken while delivering the parcel and while dispatching the parcel. You can see there is only one box while delivery. And even the tape is tampered to open it. This is serious issue and i'm losing trust on delhivery service. I have international account too but i won't be shipping any international orders with delhivery.
        Kindly take action as soon as possible and keep me updated of the status.

          I have ordered a dining table from flipkart. The delivery is taking place with delhivery, awb:[protected].
          Now it is picked on august 13. And current in my home town - destination city kolkata. It is here for past 5 days. And still it is not delivered. Everyday it is just getting delayed by one day.
          Disgusting service. Every other parcel is coming except this one.

            I have shipped my house hold items through a movers and packer and they are registered their firm with Delhivery. The Mover and packer promised me to deliver the shipment at my doorstep. I payed full amount of the shipment i advance due to part load.
            The shipment was picked up on time and reached to the destination city very quickly without any issue. However, the shipment did not reached to my door step and held at warehouse since last 29 days with reason of containment zone restriction.
            All over India is open now and there is no such restrictions.
            shipment reached to destination city Jalgaon, Maharashtra on 1st August 2020 and still there at Jalgaon. My home is 22 kms away from the warehouse. I called a person named Manish Singh in True caller promised to deliver the shipment on tomorrow 30th August 2020. I am hoping for the best. If in case the shipment not delivered tomorrow as promised by Manish singh, for sure I will not recommend my friends to go for any movers and packer have their tie up with Delhivery services.

              Delhivery was supposed to deliver my order on 21st August 2020. I didn't received any call from the delivery man on 21st august. Next day I tracked my order on the official site if delhivery. It showed that my order has been successfully delivered.

              I didn't received any courier from them. I verified the same from my family members and neighbors.

              I wrote mail to delhivery customer support email ID. They promised me to provide the POD of my delivery. They didn't do so. Now they are also not replying to my mails. I am writing to them since 8 days. That too twice a day. They are not replying me. Also their customer care number is unavailable.

              I doubt that they have misplaced my product. That's the reason they are ignoring my mails.

              Please help me out.

              The delhivery site says that my order has been delivered and recieved by me. But neithee me nor my family members or neighbors received it.

The status of the AWB number is saying that the product is delivered but i did not recieve any package and more over the status is saying that it was delivered to me itself. I tried reaching decathlon and delhivery customer executives but none of them solved my issue. I wrote them mails but no one responded to me. My package might have been misplaced. Please help me get me back my package. My order contains a rain coat of worth Rs.2999/- from decathalon.

                    Awb[protected], from bengaluru (560093) to tiruvallur (600062). Consignment was prepaid & booked on 11/8 from bangalore and picked up from bangalore on 12/8 and reached chennai warehouse on 16/8 but not delivered till date. Past emails from delhivery customer support on 17/8, 19/8, 24/8 & 27/8 states that shipment will be delivered within 24-48 hours but it never happens this delivery remains an enigma

                      Hi, we have placed two orders on August 4th (which are 2 bags) from Bangalore to sattenapalli. AWB nos[protected],[protected]. And very next day both the bags got picked by delivery boy. And we have received 2orders on august 11 and one of them is not mine. Received cardboard box instead of bag. Both the parcels has address stickers which has my name and my addresses. Many times dropped mails to Delhivery team but don't see any progress. It has been 20days. Please take this as important and please do necessary action. Thank you. I have attached pictures of received cardboard box and also attached lost bag.

                        My awb no.[protected] has not been picked up yet.

                        I had escalated it and emailed yesterday i was informed on email that the same would be picked up within 24hours.. Post 24 hours its still lying with me.. Could you please explain what is causing the delay???

                        Originally it was to be picked up on 24th august 2020.

                        Kindly look into it immediately.

                            Awb:[protected] with the above mentioned tracking number my order was expected today (26/08/20) (Guaranteed delivery) but still its in another state and for the past 3 days (Coimbatore hub) there is no movement im concerned because item is bit expensive and i have prepaid for it escalate my issue and there is no proper channel for customer vare. Fully dissapointed next time dont choose delhivery

                                  I had placed an order on Samsung website on 17/08/2020. Product was supposed to be delivered by 23/08/2020 as estimated. 'M/s Delhivery' shipped the consignment and the product reached destination city and hub by 22/08/2020.
                                  The item was out for delivery on 24th early morning instead of 23/08/2020. I was tolerant keeping in view the covid-19 constraints. But the status was not updated since then. It is 26th early morning now. Nobody knows where my item is. There are too many incidents with evidences, on fraudulent activities featured on the internet. I am quite worried for not knowing whether my shipment has reached back the wearhouse or not.
                                  Delhivery didn't share any realtime updates even after 2 days of the scheduled delivery date. Their what'sapp customer care group doesn't respond properly (copy of snapshot attached). Stating Covid-19 constraints, theybhave shut their customer care telephone number. I have submitted my query regarding delay in delivery to their customer team email id for which they promised to contact me through email but never did. I'd escalated my complaint to samsung customer care twice and they couldn't solve the issue.
                                  Thus i am left with no options other than consulting consumer complaints forum for aid and immediate justice in this case.

                                  Please help me and resolve my issue.

                                      I had made an online purchase of Mi 4A TV from Flipkart Order ID : OD[protected] on 12 Aug2020 and the cost of Rs. 12499 was debited from my Paytm account UPI REF. id[protected]
                                      But the company refuses to have received my online payment and has thus, chosen to delay my order. Kindly refund the money or make a successful acceptance of the money so that I can get my delivery at the earliest.

                                      i made to a payment to delhivery through an online payment link via Phone pay but the delivery boy refuses to have my payment received and so i made the payment through cash of 2097 inr and assured me that the money would be refunded in a day or two but i havent received my money. kindly refund my money ie 2097 Inr.

                                      Dear Sir, I am a SBI CARD HOLDER, Went to PNB ATM fow withdrawing cash. After the transaction ATM didn't dispatch cash even after counting sound but my account was debited. Please refund my money as soon as possible🙏 its medical emergency🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏�... Everything is mentioned Under with photo proof
                                      Money deducted but order was not placed happened twice.

                                        I ordered for 2 waybills. One to bangalore and other to kolkata. One of them
                                        Only had 3 glass bottles. Their weight were less than 500 gm.
                                        In the dashboard i could see the weight mentioned as 995 gm and the amount charged was 90.86.
                                        How can you justify extra 400-500 gm.
                                        For the other parcel had only 2 pair of slippers whose weight was again less than 500 gm.
                                        In the dashboard the weight shown was 1344 and amount charged as 138.06 miles.
                                        From where can i get the weight measurement of my product. Was the measurement done correctly??
                                        How can we reconcile the weight as both the measured weights were different.
                                        Please let me know.
