    Dear sir,

    I have sent my product on 26 june 2020, from noida to bihar samastipur by delhivery. Delhivery was committed to deliver within 5 days of the pick up date.
    But i didn't not receive my product till now (It has almost completed 1 month and 2 days). I have sent more than 10 times mail to delhivery support team, but they are helpless.
    Kindly help me for this, i shall be obliged for you.
    Worth of my product is 16, 000/-

      I haven't get any solution from delhivery, what the hell is going on with delhivery courier, when I will receive my product, It has completed 37 days, but Still I didn't receive.
      I don't know why delhivery is making the fool. I received 10 time message from delhivery, that you will receive your product within 48 hours, but they are completely helpless.
      Sir kindly take I necessary step and help me, Its urgent.

        Regarding Parcel delivery with AWB 2829213769894

        Address: PLOTNO2 KEDAR KRUPA 1ST FLOOR SAMPIGENAGARNEAR, NEAR RAIL NAGAR VIDYANAGAR

        With respect to above cited subject the material reached hubli godown on 24th of July 2020
        Till today they have not delivered the parcel

        So kindly look in to this issue...

          I had a pay on delivery order of a printer through amazon which was to be shipped with delhivery
          but the delivery boy denied my doorstep delivery and instead asked me to get my package from their office in palidih, pathalgaon.
          i went there and during payment they denied payment through card and via upi and demanded only cash as it was a big amount 16000 i had no cash but only card and could pay through upi.
          i returned my home and asked the manager in office to deliver it to the original address ( my home address) but he denied again and threatened me to cancel the order and told me to go ahead and complain wherever i want.
          in the evening he cancelled my order so kindly check with this issue cause i tried contacting delhivery customer care through call but i didnt get to them and them i emailed them and i havnt got a reply yet

            Placed an order from amazon and was about to be delivered on july 27th 2020. But since the order reached early it was about to be delivered by 23rd. Received message for the same but was not attempted. The next day again received message from amazon about delivery. Got a call from agent and he refused to deliver that day because they had no vehicle and asked to come and collect it in person. I denied since it’s a door step delivery and he said he will check and updated a wrong status about delivery attempt. Again on saturday got an sms about delivery. The agent called and said he can’t deliver since they have only bike. And later the status was updated as retiring to seller.

            I don’t understand the problem here. It was promised to be delivered at door step but with wrong status updates and their disability to deliver, they returned it.

            Is this how you treat your customers and just return their parcels when you are don’t have vehicles to deliver it?

            Such a pathetic experience.

              From date 09/07/2020 i got a message from delhivery that your package got returned[protected] its been almost more that 15 days i have not got my package i have mailed them they are telling its at the merchant place. I asked them who is the merchant they alsondont know since its a big company and they dont know who are their mechants.

                Tracking number:[protected]. Firstly where is mask? Why your delivery boy not wear the mask?. Next i given correct address for no.1 arulanathapuram, palak* but he said you given arunachelam colony? So what is this? Correct address mentioned also in the parcel so i asked your delivery guy why you said arunachelam colony but he told me we not check parcel address we can see only mobile app address so what i do? It's who's problem? You will receive legal notice.

                  I have already raised the complaint against the Delhivery Courier Services of West Garo Hills, Tura, Meghalaya twice. About their negligence of services that have been kept the customers' products (even the prepaid items) for 2 to 4 days (sometime for only one day) in their office and returned it back without any consent or concern (they don't even try to contact the customer) of customers. My product (Tracking ID[protected] and Order ID[protected]) has been in transit/remain stuck at Tura-Songgital, Dakopgre West Garo Hills, Tura, Meghalaya office and when I try to collect the product from their office, they refused to deliver it to me and don't even bother to find it. They said that only after calling or getting the sms, the product will be delivered.
                  They have replied me that Courier Service is not there in my residential address and product will be deliver within 48 hours but even after complaining about not delivering of product and it has been returning to the seller. It is their Courier Service which have been delivering my online purchased products for about 3 or 4 years. Let me clear you that my residential address is only about 5kms or 6kms away from Tura-Songgitalgre, Dakopgre and 4 or 4 and half kms away from Sora Complex, Dakopgre, New Tura and only 1 and half or 2 kms away from Near Don Bosco, Guwahati Road, Rongkhon Tura, West Garo Hills, Meghalaya offices of Delhivery Courier Service. But I have been seeing that you Courier Service has been delivering the products to about 15 or 18kms away. They told me that my product will be held for 48 hours and it will be delivered soon but it has been already returning to the seller, I have not received any contacts or sms till today. This is not the first time that this particular courier service returned prepaid products without any consent of customer. They returned this product also before (Order ID[protected]. I understand that there is a shortage of delivery boys so, I myself went to the office itself to collect the item but they did not deliver it. They told me that they will contact or sms me later but returned the product without my knoledge. This is an intolerance, they are the worst courier service. Therefore, I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve the problem and necesarry action must be taken so that we customers will never face such problems like before. Thank you. I will looking forward to get your best solutions.

                      Airway bill no.:[protected]
                      This parcel was picked up from my house on 1st july 2020 and still it is not delivered to the delivery location.
                      I tracked the parcel on 23rd july 2020 on the website of delhivery it shows the parcel is in transit and the last updated date of the parcel is 6th july.
                      I registered serveral complaints and sent several emails to the delhivery customer care but everytime they told me to wait some more time and
                      One of the customer care executive told me that my parcel is non-traceble (Please refer the attachment).

                      The parcel was containing a airtel wifi hotspot amounting to rs. 2999.
                      Please register complaint with the company to deliver or pay me the amount (Rs. 2999).

                        Hi. My package has reached destination city i. E. Ahmedabad on 18th july. The package is still not delivered yet even though my house is located within 2 km from the delhivery warehouse. I have even raised complaint few days back but still the order is not delivered. I'm registering this complaint for delhivery unprofessional attitude towards their customers.

                          My package was scheduled to be delivered on the 20th July Where I was asked by the delivery agent to make the payment through UPI and rupees 1299 was credited from my bank account yet delhivery showed the transaction to have failed. I want an immediate action regarding my refund from delhivery. I am attaching my bank statement showing the amount credited from my bank account to delhivery as way of proof and also the screenshot of the waybill number that showed the transaction to have failed even after the money had been credited from my account. I firmly request delhivery to respond to my complaint within 24 hours at the maximum.

                              Cancellation of my order

                              I ordered realme xt from realme.com. Then, after i cancelled my order even. Realme.com displayed that the order is cancelled. Delhivery.com also displayed it as returned but when i tracked my shipment, it displayed that it had reached bhubaneswar, the neighbouring city of cuttack. How is this possible when i cancelled my order??? The customer service is just awful. So, please delhivery cancel the order as i'm not gonna receive that......

                              By mistake I happened to book a shipment with you on 22nd May which
                              was supposed to be delivered on 27th May but thankfully after
                              following so much with your uncooperative and arrogant staff I got it
                              delivered on 15th June that too in a very ugly state. All the boxes are damaged, sanitizer bottles leaked and material was not in salable condition.
                              When I asked them at the time of delivery they said we will get a call from claims department but no one called. When we wrote an email to them their response was over packing was not proper.
                              If our packing was not good then how can they accept the package at the first place?
                              We get the material regularly from vxpress but never damaged but when booked through delhivery they damaged. I guess that's the reason why they didn't delivery it on time. Please help me in getting the value of my damaged goods.

                                My parcel[protected] was returned without any calls from the courier services in my area ie Aizawl .. I just find it out on trackings that my parcel was returned without giving me any information. IM VERY DISSAPOINTED. since i have waited for this parcel so long..
