Hi

We have sent a consignment through Delhivery AWB number is[protected] . This is not delivered to customer but status is showing delivered . I have raised a query in my client panel . Ever after a week the issue is not resolved .

I did not expect this kind of Service from Delhivery .If the issue are not solved through Client Panel, how can client will continue with you .

      Hello team,
      Tracking id[protected].

      This shipment was not delivered yet to the amazon seller hub.

      Problem - i has self return amazon parcel through this courier company on 24 june but till day amazon warehouse not received his courier but when he track his courier they showing his parcel was delivered. So he contact to the amazon order#[protected] but they investigate about his parcel or they given him all proofs of non delivery this time company denied to help the consumer.
      Amazon not refund his money till if they not received parcel.
      Kindly investigate on this issue and refund the money.

        In this company there are several people who are giving continuous fake commitment. They are completely misguided and mental torture to the customer.

          I have placed an order a few days ago and I was called by an "abusive" delivery guy Umesh, contact : [protected] to deliver on 30/06/2020. The delivery guy called me and said he is at my home, I asked him that i will collect the order myself as I wasnt at home at that time. He disconnected the call without saying anything but called twice 15 minutes later which i did not check. A little later I called him to ask where he was and he said he was at the office, I asked if he could deliver today itsel[censored]psettingly and he started abusing me in Telugu saying that he called me but i didnt lift. He said i should check my phone and spoke ill of my family members. He said he will rape my mother and sister. This is such unacceptable attitude from anyone let alone a delivery person who is supposed to be customer friendly. I am waiting for a reply from the company, i haven't recieved anything as of yet

            I am getting calls for 2 days now from the assigned delivery boys that they would not be able to deliver the parcel due to water-logging in our locality. They are also asking us to go to a spot some 700 metre away and collect the parcel. But this is highly inconvenient for me, besides they are supposed to provide doorstep delivery. Later i am getting a message that the delivery is delayed because i requested for another date, which is a complete lie. I am providing the numbers from where i got the calls - [protected] and [protected]. The tracking number is probably awb[protected].

              I used delhivery service on 15th june 2020 and it has been received at destination on 19th june 2020. But the envelope was totally damaged. All the documents inside it was wet. All my original documents were damaged.
              It's a mistake by delhivery service team but the worst part is they are not responding about my complaint over email and social media platforms. They are so ignorant. Instead of being sorry about this incident, they has become arrogent.

                Hi,

                I am a registered seller at an e-commerce market place fashnear technologies pvt ltd (A. K. A meesho mobile app)
                (Supplier. [protected]@meesho.com is their seller portal, where i am registered as a supplier. My trade registration is by the name : pubglive smartphone zone)

                As part of the business, i am charged by courier companies through meesho for delivering the parcel. If the customer refuses to accept any parcel, its the responsibility of these companies now to return me the parcel, (They call it rtos).

                Meesho has informed me, if they send fake orders from their portal, that is customer refuses to accept an order, but i had to despatch it as meesho send me the order.in that case they will return me the product in tact condition, without any additional cost.

                If however, a customer accepts the product and for any reason they want to return it, even if its not my fault (That is represented in meesho portal according to order id). For any kind of customer return meesho charges me an exaggerated amount with the promise that they will deliver me my original parcel in intact condition though their courier channel, delhivery here for example.

                Even so, delhivery is taking the money for the return. But then, they are stealing my products and providing me fake items in return.

                I am sharing couple of evidences as video links, that i have recorded on camera, here you can see how brazenly they ship wrong product, and mis-behaves and gets aggressive when i try to open the sealed parcel right in front of them on camera, to find some used garbage product inside, instead of the actual one that is printed on the shipping label.

                After the incedent on 2nd june 2020, recorded on video link 1, delhivery has threatened me that they will not return my other parcels rtos and customer returns, and that neither will they provide compensation for the fake return exposed on camera. Instead they will take away my other products even.

                They are saying me 'do what you can' and abusing me when i called them. This is giving me metal trauma, as lot of my hard eared money is stuck with them. Also you can see, in video recorded on 2nd june, how courier boy aggressively entered my premises without properly putting the mast to stop me from recording their fraud. Disregarding all social networking norms. This is real torture.

                Till date, delhivery and meesho, held up close to 70 parcels of mine, which they are not returning. Even though, the parcel is in my city according to their portal. But they are not coming for delivering.

                I have sent lot of emails to [protected]@meesho.com regarding this who doesn't give clear response, and delhivery support portal doesnt respond at all.

                Please help, as i am a small seller, with limited money to run my business. And these companies are stealing away my hard earned money.

                  My parcel order number b2co78056 is not delivered from 12 days, the tracking number[protected] shows that the parcel has reached amravati city on 15th june 2020 but it is not delivered from last 12 days. The customer care number is not responding and the executives are also not responding. The tracking id shows the parcel is in containment zone, i do not understand in which part of amravati is this containment zone. Please let me know any phone number so that i can pick up my parcel from amravati. My contact number [protected]

                            Delivery from mumbai to jaipur is supposed to take 4 days as discussed before delivery and its been 15 days and still not delivered.
                            Everything spoiled what i send.
                            I can’t see any update.

                                  I have ordered (Order id so[protected] the smart watch but due to battery issue i have refund the same while doing the refund i have created the video of the person who has been appointed by the club factory for pickup from delhivery.

                                  My refund has been cancelled and when i discussed the same with customer care executive it highlighted the reason the empty box is being received by the seller, the video i attached here and shared clearly show that i have properly returned the smart watch.
                                  The attached video clearly shows that the product is refunded in good condition.

                                    My order id is[protected] and[protected] both are late by one week and five days respectively. My first order have already reached the destination city and on the day it was supposed to be delivered it wasn't . No delivery person tried to contact me or anything they just labelled my order status as unsuccessful with reason that customer is demanding open delivery and let i remind you that no body from delhivery contacted me they labelled as unsuccessful by themselves without even trying to deliver. On 13th june they tried to cancel my order bcs they gave me a call and i didn't pick bcs i was driving i called back instantly and then they delivered it . Delhivery have no measures for quality or performance that's why they represent the worst courier company in india . My request to every vendor please stop using delhivery services.

When i tried calling thier customer service number it says they are not working due to on going covid19 issue.
