    I have booked a iwatch from gujrat and it camed on 19 07 2020 and when i opened the box i got only gujrati paper and now owner of company is not recieving phone

      I had ordered the a product online and it had only option "cash on delivery"

      Delivery consignment no is :[protected]

      You courier person has delivered the parcel to my parents, when i was not at my home. My parents had paid the amount rs2649 towards cash on delivery.

      The parcel received is not having any from address or contact number on it.
      And the product delivered is fake product.

      Issue is that, i need the details of the sender.
      Name of the sender
      Address of the sender
      Phone number of sender
      Sender account number, where your company deposit the collected cash on delivery amount.

      The details given in the website is not working and the website is disabled.

      The website details of sender are http://cicret.io/cic-bri-ott.html/

      Its totally a fake activity.

      How can you receive a parcel without "from address" on parcel?
      How can you deliver it?
      As i am out of city, i told the delivery boy not to deliver it. And i will receive it personally from office.

      But it was delivered on next day, when i was not at home. If have checked the parcel, i might have not taken it.

      Also for your information,
      Your executive had given the number of the delivered person as:[protected]
      But it is not working.
      As per the discussion with mr. Kamalji, he told that the parcel is delivered by company called "easyparcel express"

      Kindly provide the details. Else i will complain this to the delhi police and you people have the face the consequences.

      Kindly help me out to trace fraud.

      If you are not able to deliver the details refund my amount collected from us.

        My name is hiju hameed from kerala i am writing this mail to focus your view to my bad experience with delhivery team i have requested a cheque book from my bank axis bank about a month ago and they approved finally they have shipped my package through courier with your delhivery team but i didn't receive the package even no one called me when i checked my status in delhivery website i was so shocked someone cancelled my order it is returned now... I am so disappointed and unsatisfied... Cheque book is very urgent in order to apply my pf i am facing financial trouble... So please do anything needful

          I had claimed warranty on boat earphone about 2 month ago and product picked up by their courier partner delhivery and after replacement it has to be delivered to same address. When product reached destination city they sent message about product being delivered on 15 july and by the end of the day they changed product delivery status to
          "order cancelled by customer" and denied to deliver it.

            Delhivery has lost a package for the second time. This time in nalagarh. As per the delhivery office in nalagarh, the delhivery staff sent it back to the panchkula hub by mistake and now they are not able to trace it at the hub.

            I have been asking delhivery team, but they have no reply and are also not able to locate the package.

            The customer representative is not accepting my calls and i have no where to go.

                        Have purchased a costly product in hyderabad which is above 10k rs and thought to ship it to my bangalore address. Have selected delhivery since i thought they have partnered with flipkart and amazon. Have booked (Awb no:[protected] for home pickup on 22nd june morning. The delhivery person came to my our hyderabad home and picked the package on 22nd june itself. Later i was checking the portal for daily update. It reached the last dispatched center within 3 days and from then no update. Its been around 24 days and when ever i contact them they say that the package has arrived the last dispatch center but untraceable and they are looking into it.

                          My package that was parceled from pune to my home town and is stuck at a place 5 hours away from my hometown that too since the 7th of july. Something which was guaranteed to be delivered in 10 days has taken 20+ days and still no clue where my parcel is?

                          Not getting any particular information about my parcel so that i can go and collect it at that place.

                                Respected sir/ madam,
                                This complaint is against the courier company named delhivery and vendor true elements.
                                I ordered a food product worth inr 501 from trueelements.com on[protected] which was supposed to be delivered within a maximum of 10 days by latest delays and challenges. It has been 2 months undelivered now and when i track the order it shows returned back to seller for 3 consecutive times and keep on extending the delivery date to unacceptable time frames without my consent. They even dont make any contact or provide any information about my product and its delivery. I have already paid for the product and they never delivered. I have not been made a refund. It feels like i have been cheated, mislead and scammed. The product is of nutritional value and comprises a major part of my diet and well being which has been seriously hampered by the courier service delhivery mishandling. Please help me, i have shared screenshot of conversations with the vendor true elements and courier partner delhivery. I wish to oog a complaint for both

                                    One parcel from bangalore containing perishable items - vegetables and fruits has been sent to panvel maharashtra on 24th june. Its reached to bhiwandi maharashtra location on 27th june and then its still not delivered to panvel address.
