    Full description - I got one shipment picked from my regular seller to my home address and in-transit the shipment was delayed at Ahmedabad for 1 day also and when I received the product the delivery boy did not take signature or OTP. When I opened the parcel inside there was one small torn dirty cloth in place of my product for 8000 rupees.

    I have packing video from CCTV camera, unboxing video, tampered box and cello tape images, product image of what I actually ordered, video of delivery boy picking up the parcel. I have attached all, incase you cannot see any please get in touch at [protected]@gmail.com or [protected].

    Desirable resolution - Need my product or total amount refund on immediate basis in my Bank A/c.

        I received a product on saturday 27th May and which was ordered from facebook advertisement. I recieved bogus item in it and want to return I contacted my local delhivery office they told me to give a return application in written along with aadhaar and AWB no.
        I submitted a letter with aadhaar and AWB no same day but now they are not responding and I am very much dissatisfied.

            1. Delivery boy and post master harrassing me by abuses .
            2. Courier partner not deliver package at doorstep .

            ISSUE- The delivery partner picked up the return package from me but did not update the status after reaching the office and canceled the reverse pickup Took the package from me and canceled the reverse pick up request and didn't even return the package to me when I called the post master the post master abused me and also threatened me Saying this he threatened to never return the package and pick up, When I complained to the logistic no resolution came .I made return request several times but every time the package was not picked.

              I have been registering a complain since 9 days that my package has been lost, miss placed or might have been delivered to the wrong address, at least I expect a reply or some kind of communication, whenever a customer mail or register a complaint. plus it was an expensive package, so I just can’t leave it like that and now I have started to feel that I might have lost a lot of “hard-worked” money. Because neither the company is replying, nor they are taking any kind of actions. So what do you think a customer should feel?
              Sorry to say, but if this company does exist, and if it is a real company, someone should contact me and help me out. plus i have opted for shipment insurance so i should get my full Refund atleast.
              if not then i and my circle and their circle wld be forced to belive that this is a fraud company

                I had requested to deliver a consignment from Bangalore to Delhi on 16th May. I cancelled the order and it was supposed to be returned back to me on 20 th May. After I didn't receive the package, I raised a complain and they said it will be returned with in 24 hrs. Still I haven't received the consignment. The app shows it will be delivered tomorrow but everyday it gets updated. The total cost of the consignment is ₹14000. While delivering I also taken insurance of the parcel.

                    It's been a 2 months I'm connecting with delhivery but my refund is not yet received. I have done payment twice and also I have provided screenshot of both payment. First time when I did payment on delhivery barcode it was proceed from my side but they didn't received it and also money was debited they said you will get refund but I haven't got it yet. After that I paid on delhivery boy's barcode.

                      Hi,
                      I requested for shipping a parcel from Bangalore to Delhi on 16th May 2023 via Delhivery app. Their respective came and collected the parcel on the same day. As I noticed that the parcel don't have all the contents, I cancelled the shipping on 17th May 2023.

                      Everyday the app shows it will be delivered the next day, and the very next day the delivery status updates and gets updated to the next day. There is no customer service number, so I raised request for the same. They replied to me telling that it will be delivered on 20th May 2023. But yet I haven't received the return. After raising multiple complains I didn't got any response from them.

                      The value of the iteam in the parcel is ₹14000. I paid the entire shipping charges and had also opted for insurance.

                      Please help in this regards

                          My parcel with Tracking ID/AWB[protected] was supposed to be delivered by 17th May . But it is not getting delivered till today 22nd May, And Everytime i check the date that was supposed to be delivered get's extended .

                          I tried to ask their support and also raised a ticket but i only got one AI response then they stopped responding to My tickets .

                            Company falsely says your package has been delivered but in actually it's a false claim they update on app that the package has been delivered they don't have any proof of that to whom they delivered. It's a pattern in which thousands of consumer are been cheated on daily basis no action has been taken against this company. People aren't fool to waste their time by giving complaints .                             They will reply they have delivered which is a strait lie . I'm very depressed after this incident it was very important Documents.

                                  I’ve not received the parcel but it shoes delivered on the portal it’s been 6 days and still I’ve not received it. It complained about it on the helpline number several times but still no response they just say give us 48hrs we’ll resolve. Still no response from their side.

                                    I booked a COD order from Chennai to Hyderabad through Delhivery courier in an online website called Epickr, , however the courier reached Hyderabad on 14.05.2023 and thereafter there is no status update whatsoever.
                                    The most unfortunate thing is that there is no customer care support call centre for delhivery u can register a complaint through their website by raising a ticket and that too there are auto generated mails for which i[censored] reply they wont be noted.
                                    The company fails at every stage to tell us when the courier will reach the destination, i tried to get the local hub manager number through the booking agency in Chennai but he also wont respond, , finally its like throwing pebbles into the ocean hoping everyday that it would reach.
                                    Incase the courier gets lost in between nor the booking agency neither the courier company would take responsibility.
                                    Incase the product is insured only then we will get entire refund, , , that too for a 6000/-rs saree i need to pay insurance sum of 900/- even the travel insurance for airlines is way cheaper then this, , how much to charge the customer for a 6000/- rs saree i have already paid 400/- courier charge as it is a Cash on delivery order on top of that 900/- rs is a big sum to be paid.
                                    However, the sole responsibility of the courier company is to deliver the parcel on time, , , but to see to that they deliver why should we insure the courier with such a huge amount, , , if the arent sure of delivering the product then why run a logistics company at all.

                                      I couriered my mom's medical documents from the Coimbatore location to the insurance company in Bangalore on May 3rd. Still, the shipment is in transit. TRACKING ID:[protected]. it is an important document and has to reach there this week. I tried contacting the pickup agent and they told me they have sent the courier it is on hold in Bangalore but they don't have any other updates or contact number. This is a very urgent document that needs to reach there on time.
