Hi,

It's been 12 days since Delhivery has not responded to my issue.
It is regarding the wrong parcel delivery, I sent a FMCG item and my family received a Books parcel from Unacademy. I raised the complaints over the Delhivery direct app, to which they asked for a picture and I send it to them.
Both FMCG Box I prepared to send and the one which my family received.
I have been continuously dropping emails or messages over Delhivery direct app but there is no response at all. And the most frustrating part it they do not have any customer support phone number. They claim to have one on Website and believe me, it does not work. Initially during parcel pick up these people called me 2-3 times a day just to confirm the pickup timing and these people do not even care for the consignment, utter hypocrisy. I did not expect it.
Could you please please look into this issue and resolve it????
This consignment is expensive and contains perishable things.
I really hope you guys will come to me.

Hi my delivery parcel was wrongly marked as delivered when they never delivered the items .. they are worthy products and please let me know a way to get it back

The status of my delivery is still "pkck up pending" and I can't wait for long due my personal circumstances. I expected express delivery....

Someone with ID @poorvi.freeksout contacted me for collaboration & asked me to buy the products from @nativaspaindia .
https://www.nativaspaindia.shop/ It's their website. I ordered products of ₹1500/- from their website & when the parcel got delivered..I didn't receive products from this brand. Instead of receiving their products, some fake product received of ₹ 295/- . The parcel box was damaged as well.

It has been nearly 10 days since my shipment was supposed to be picked up, but the pickup agent has not contacted me and my pickup has been cancelled three times with the reason 'customer not at the pickup address'. When I made a new return request on April 27th, there has been no response from the customer care team and no one has been assigned to my request. They are also cheating the customers and making the seller's reputation degrade. I want my pickup to be scheduled as soon as possible.

Its been more than two weeks, I haven't received my delivery parcel. Like seriously? What are you guys doing? Youll don't even have a proper customer service channel itself, Im literally talking to a bot that has scripted answers. When my family visit your office to ask about my parcel, your staff was so rude. Its has been two weeks since and I haven't received my parcel yet. When the hell is it getting delivered. There is a limit.

The company did not attempt to deliver my parcel[protected], because they did not tag my phone number correctly to the package. The Delhivery agent was unable to generate an OTP and returned the parcel even though I contacted the seller Okhai, and followed up several times with Delhivery and Okhai, and requested the package for delivery. I was assured that the parcel would be delivered.

Delhivery have submitted the reason as customer was unavailable for delivery. I want my parcel ASAP and an acknowledgement from Delhivery on their error. I have attached proof of conversation with Delhivery agent for my pin code, who showed me a photo of the package but said would be unable to deliver it.

Delhivery was supposed to deliver my 1BHK household items from Bangalore to Anand. They delivered half of the items on 28th April to Anand. The remaining items such as Mi TV, Refrigerator, 2-wheeler, 2 carton boxes, and kitchen containers have not been delivered. I was in touch with Arbaaz Ahmed ([protected]) who was dealing with the Delhivery guys. He also made me speak to Mr. Anji from Delhivery in a conference call. He told me that the items have been misplaced and he would make sure that he would get the remaining items and deliver them safely to the destination. I have been following up with him via calls and messages but he isn't responding to any of them. I am also not able to connect directly with Delhivery people to register the complaint. I am attaching the image for your reference below which has the LRN number and tracking ID. Please do the needful and get the items delivered ASAP.

They promote fraudsters and encourage them to do fraud so that they can survive. I booked shoes from someone selling at Instagram and when it was delivered, it was completely a different ripped used product. I ordered it as cash on delivery so that I can check and return back at same moment. But after opening order, when I came to know its totally fraud seller, Delivery person denied to take it back. He forced me to pay for it. I was about to make police complain, but he threated my wife and she got scared and paid for it. They said they cannot do anything as they are only delivery medium, but I told them you are going to hand over this money to that fraud person right, then why cannot you stop working with such people when you know they are fraud. Amazon takes full responsibility of all sellers they are working with, but Delhivery is really a trash, they just using fraudsters to grow their business. Please never use it.

Delhivery has made an theft in my shipment which was shipped by cashify to me it contains the mobile and it's accessories there Chennai Delhivery Centre Team has unauthorisedsly open my shipment and theft all the accessories, theft is a crime which they have committed upon my shipment the cashify has confirmed me that they have completed packed my package in best condition and I have received it in theft condition provided by the Delhivery, AWB No . [protected], Here. I am attaching proof by Me as well as of cashify which shows that theft is committed by Delhivery

Till know my order from my friend not delivered the are cheating us

Delhivery is courier company name known in India few years. they get funds some where by funny 1$=75rs mode they startup here and do all nuisance disturbances in private living of every people in every country including India.
my commercial client sent a courier through this un properly managed delhivery company to me from New delhi to Tirunelveli 627001 after paying their fees .in Tirunelveli the delhivery courier person contacted me from their bala bagya nagar office and told to get the same me confirmed the timing of delivery 7 times and they accepted and confirmed but on the time they did not deliver they told to wait till evening 7pm from morning of that delivery day .the reason they told is they can delivery as they like if me cant wait it is not their fault .they are not going to suffer only we consumer paid money so suffering is for paid consumer not for un properly managed delhivery company .moreover no email id of CEO of the company is found in web and company site how to reach the true management then?

My parcel is refused to be delivered by the delivery guy as he has altered stolen it and kept it in his house for more than 6 days now
I complained in the company but they are not helping and their customer care number is also not helping in any way . My parcel was prepaid and i am positive he stole it as he is not responding to my calls or texts
It’s currently in my city already from last 6 days still he is not delivering it and i am loosing my patience. This is my last option to complain after this ill file his number in police because he clearly stole my parcel

Hi, my name is Alisha.
I had to send my pan card documents urgently, so i used express delivery and paid extra for fast delivery. It has been more than 10-15days there is no update, i tried to cancel my shipment but there is an error and I am not able to cancel, I tried contacting customer care but all I get is we will get back to you but nobody has called me and given me correct status of shipment. Those are legal documents which I am sure is lost by now because as I can see the documents have reached delhivery facility on 11th april but delivery to the address is not done by now. Daily the status of delivery is updated to next day but no proper status is provided. I will be taking legal action as the package contained important documents plus I paid for express delivery.

I ordered shoes from H&M online store on 17th April. Ot eas shipped the same day and reach Bangalore on 19th. Previously 5 the ETA was 19th, but it kept getting delayed further and further. Tracking information showed the reason for delay is customer was unable to be reach. I didn't receive amy calls nor did anyone from Delhivery came to my address. It meant they falsely marked my order as delayed. Yesterday, on 24th the delivery date was shown 25th, but today it was postponed again to 26th. Iraised several complaints on their app but absolutely no response. Their helpline number has a bot, and no option to talk to a human agent. It is truly frustrating to deal with this agency!

This order and another order of mine got mixed up by the courier person and was delivered to the wrong address for which I got the amount paid for delivery refunded as I raised a complain.
But as the delhivery people initiated a return for this Awb #[protected] package and its been 1.5 weeks and I never got it returned to me and everyday it shows the delivery person is out for delivery but nobody ever showed up and theres no reply to my tickets i raised in delhivery! I need my package back! Is it stolen??? If not the package I need the compensation for the items in the package please take some actions as this is NOT the first time this has happened it is really upsetting!! Please do something about this!!
