I have placed a return request from nykaa which was about to be picked up by delhivery. The delivery boy collected wrong product from my end and marked as pickup cancelled by customer when i escalated this i was being told that you will get your product back in next 2 days it's been 10 days now since i am struggling to get my product back. Worst service ever received from any courier partner. Worst delivery....

I m ravi, there was my order from amazon which was delivered through delhivery courier services and expected to arrive by monday 28th november 2019, as in status it shows that it has already been received but since last 2 days it was not delivered as today on 30th november my order status shows that it is out for delivery, but yet i didn't dint received by order... The Shipment through Delhivery shows Out Delivery for past 3-4 days but no Delivery attempt was done from them. When I Reached out to the Delivery Boy whose number i got from their out for Delivery message, they are telling they have no orders to deliver the product. I ordered a tv from amazon and it was to be delivered by delhivery. It reached my city 5-6 days before delivery date and now the delivery date crossed but it is not delivered. I talked to amazon customer care more than 4 times still they cannot help. If you cannot deliver a thing then why are you running a company and giving trouble to the customers.
