The delhivery courier is the worst of worst courier. Whereas e-kart is the best. As flipkart own e-kart logistics always deliver their courier within the stipulated time. But the delhivery courier service is worst, and now they are not delivering anymore, you have to collect from them at your own expense from this vip courier. I recently even visited the courier office, but still they has not given me my package. They told they need another 2-3 days only to open the baggage arrived. They are lazy, very very lazy and #. The conversation with the courier owner is attached. I am specifically mentioning the details for their, aizawl_dinthar_d (Mizoram) office. I think is delhivery really cares for customer that should close that office, or change the partner. (As proof details attached)

    Order cancelled without contact/meet me the delivery person and now no response from Delhivery. I tried to contact Delhivery customer care through call, mail and Twitter but no one response me. Delhivery tried to make me full everytime. No reply from there mail and Twitter. I want to know, how they cancelled my order without contact/meet me...? This is much from Delhivery...

      Tracking no[protected]
      It’s been more than 10 days since i placed an order through case ki dukaan, it was shipped with delhivery on 27th of november. On the tracking site it was updated that the shipment arrived my nearest hub on 30th of november. Since then there is no updates in the tracking site. I called delivery customer care support a countless number of times and they said my shipment is misrouted. I still haven’t received my shipment.

        They delivered to the wrong address.. And they taken the money. I haven't ordered anything.. Now i asked them to take their parcel and refund my money but there is no response..           I have ordered a product from online with order number 1634 from tasty tales and it was suppose to be deliver on[protected]. The delhivery boy mr bijoy das_[protected] is so casual that he was unablke o deliver the courier to my home but he is cancelling the delivery by himself without asking me and his language was very improper and he was very lack of discipline, without coming to my home he said submitted that product has been cancelled due to improper contact, multiple times i tried to contact him but in vain. I do have the proper call recording of it. Please take action

            I had ordered oppo f11 phone cover with blue colour, but you had delivered oppo f11 and in red colour, please refund my money i want to return this product with out any replacement.               The delhivery service hasn't delivered my parcel yet, it'll be almost be a month now. They never try to contact and falsely show that they are out for delivery. There are no messages or calls. There is only delay when i contact them. I have waited patiently enough. But everytime there has only been denial. There's no proper place for the courier service where you can go and self pick-up.

                I sent a shipment via delhivery whose tracking number is[protected]. When it reached it was opened and broken badly. The supplier has rejected the goods and not accepting it. It is a huge loss to me of 20000/- rs. I have proof of what plight delhivery has done to my shipment. There were 12 boxes in which elastic was kept. All of these 12 boxes stacked in two lines of 6 boxes each were kept inside another big box. Which was then covered by outer packing. It is opened and destroyed during transit.

                I have attached pictures of the shipment after it has reached

                Plus mr. Sushil martin phone number [protected], misbehaved very badly. Highly uneducated and unskilled. My invoice has clearly mentioned what it contained (The shipment) still it was treated badly? Why?

                I make a note to never choose delhivery or this horrible agent sushil martin. I need reimburrsement of whole money that the invoice has mentioned.

                  Irresponsible delivery boy. I’ve been waiting for my order since for days and this is the way you respond? He calls me and then asks me to cancel the order. And when i’ve called for atleast 20 times there’s no response. Is this the service? Never experienced this kind off #. Contact info - [protected] of the delivery boy. Please rectify the issue as soon as possible.

                    My 3 products (From different apps) are in destination city from the last 5 days but not delivered yet. When i call them they talk rudely. Worstest experience.

                    They know the address perfectly and a perfect landmark is available.. in spite of that they say that I don't receive their calls. They don't call us and say us that we don't receive their calls. We shall re-scheduled the order 2nd time after that they again didn't deliver. This is too annoying.

                        They wrote in remarks that order has been cancelled because customer refused to collect.
                        Plz instructions ur agent to don't spoil your reputation and immediately deliver my shipment

                          I want to tell you with disappointment that my order has exceeded the deadline to receive me, but I have not yet receive I have also sought help from my nearest centre. But it has disappointed me. I am sending you my tracking no[protected]. Hope soon you will solve this problem.

                            Requested for pickup on 20th oct courier pickup done on 21st expected date of delivery is 22nd today is 9th oct till product status is in transit as per delhivery website. My product worth is 19999 yesterday got mail that my product is lost they said that they will refund the amount of rs.540 (Courier charges) what about my product value cost of rs.19999/-.

                            When i contacted the customer care they say that we need to write a mail, when i sent mail that i want my product they repeatedly say we will refund amount (540).

                            Please suggest what to do with the delhivery

                            Please take the necessary action against them and please ask them to return my product.

                            I order from decathlon and there delivery partner is delhivery logistics. my parcel is my city since 02 nov 2019 and my delivery date was 03 nov 2019 but till today they dont delivered till today. this is simply just harrsing the customer.

                              I ordered realme xt phone from realme store on 27th october 2019, it received in my nearby city on 31 october 2019, delivery service team didn't contacted me and hence cancelled my order on 3rd october 2019 without my permission/knowledge & on 5th october they returned the order without my permission/knowledge.
                              I continuously contacted realme service team & courier/delivery service team, they just delayed my order day by day by saying you order will be delivered soon or will be delivered tomorrow, i waited but suddenly they returned order without my permission/knowledge and now blames me,
                              Here they didn't contacted me neither they tried to deliver my order (Delivery service team).
                              My order is cash on delivery, they cheated me, especially courier/delivery service team of my city (Indapur, pune-413132).
                              They returned my order without knowing me or telling me.
                              Realme team & delivery service team cheated me & hurted me... Atlast courier team accepted their mistakes that they returned it without knowing me &contacting me then to they didn't helped me, i pleased them so much for that but they were so disrespectful & careless... I mailed company i contacted them requested them a lot but no help they just cheated me& hurted alot, please take action against them... I tried my best but they just cheated me.

                              After many request they cheated & returned my order back... Without verifying they cancelled & returned my order back... Mistake of company was that they didn't verified my opinion for cancellations of order (I didn't cancelled my order) & mistake of courier/delivery service team was that they returned my order without my permission/knowledge.. They didn't called me, not even tried to deliver the order without any notice they returned my order (They cheated me)... Strict action should be taken against realme company & delivery service team

                              Boy named sudharshan cheated me by returning my order without my permission/knowledge, he never called me or tried to call me, i only called him and his delivery team, he cheated me & returned my order...

                              I contacted him once or twice from 3rd nov 2019 on daily basis regarding my order he just delays my order day by day by saying that you order will be delivered tomorrow... Hence never delivered... This is clearly cheating... They just cheated me by returning my order without my knowledge/permission even though i contacted them several times...

                              Courier boy accept his mistake that he cancelled my order without my knowledge/permission, he not even tried for delivery neither he called me..

                                Hello,

                                The courier company delhivery is collecting pick-up's on time but after being processed is not moving from the location "location : coimbatore_krumtmpti_h (Tamil nadu)" it being on this place for several days without any movement.
                                100+ shipments are being stuck here 5+ days and hence we face trouble with the customers as the orders edd is missed where as when edd is missed many orders refunds are being processed automatically and later when order is being delivered we face loss by losing the product, packing cost, commission charges, taxes, as well the shipping cost. We have already escalated on the issue but we do not seek any intact response. Will there be any action taken or we have to face this kind of issues.

                                  My order was is pending for delivery since 28th october. Everytime i get a message that item is out for delivery and by the end of the day another message that delivery was attempted. This has happened not just once but 5 times. Their customer care is useless and will just provide you with standard answers. I have been waiting quite patiently for the item to be delivered but their agents never turn up to deliver the item infact just update fake delivery status that item delayed due to customer request. One order has already gone back and even the replacement order is yet to be delivered. The order is done from amazon

                                    I ordered a product in flipkart on 29th october and it was handed over to delhivery india pvt ltd for logistics. The tracking id of the package provided by delhivery is awb[protected]. The courier is from delhi to bangalore and started the transit on 29th october. 31st it reached bangalore and i got a message that the shipment is out for delivery. However by evening i got a message that it was undeliverable due to the reason i have rescheduled the delivery. The next day the same thing happened. Both the days i called the delivery guys number and it was switched off. No one has contacted me regarding delivery and i havent requested for any reschedule. I contacted the delhivery customer care and the response provided by this is pathetic. I was holding the call for nearly 30 mins to get the line connected to the customer care agent. At last yesterday i requested for self pickup however the address mentioned for thee self pickup is wrong and doesnt exist. This address was provided by the customer care agent as well as in the website. Till now i havent received the package.

                                    There was another courier bearing awb number[protected] which is also been shipped with delihivery. I got the message that the courier has been delivered to me however i havent received. Without delivering the package the staatus wasa updated to delivered and i donot know where is my package now.

                                    This service is very pathetic and i am planning to cancel my order itself.

                                      I ordered a product online from dr. Vaidya's on 06-10-19. I mentioned my 2 contact nos. Viz [protected] and [protected] in the address, both of which are working and operative. The type of adress was working office i. E. Monday to friday from 9am to 5pm. I got the confirmation email and text sms on [protected]. The expected time of delivery was shown as 12-10-19. I got an sms about the same on 2-3 days before the expected time that "you order is arriving today, by ecom express". Whole day i waited for the product and delivery boy to deliver it.in the evening i got another sms from ecom express that your product can't be delivered as the adress was unlocatable. This process repeated about 10 times but i didnt get any call from the delivery boy.
                                      Then i made a complaint about the same to the customer care of dr. Vaidya's. They promised to sove it within next 3-4 days.
                                      Still i got the same harrassment of the type of 2 sms daily, one stating that your product is arriving today and second your product can't be delivered, both sms received on my no the same day but still i didn't get any call from the courier boy or the agency.
                                      Then i again talked with dr. Vaidya's executive and described my problem in detail. He considered it and resend my product with another courier agency i. E. Delhivery.
                                      I got the same sms process again. But no solution yet and i have not received my product yet.
                                      So, i want that a serious course of action should be made against these courier agencies to harrass me and my valuable time. They do such things again and again.
                                      Now, the problem is here:
                                      Any online shopping process is as under :
                                      1. Ordering of the product
                                      2. Receiving confirmation email about the same and on mobile no. Via text sms
                                      3. Sms about the delivery from courier agency to which the order has been given by the online shopping site or company.
                                      4. Confirmation call by the delivery agency/ courier boy on the delivery day before going to deliver the product.
                                      5. If customer confirms the delivery on that day then courier boy takes the product for delivery to the customer.
                                      6. Calling the customer after reaching the adress mentioned.
                                      7. Getting delivered the product to the customer and get a signature about the same from the customer.
                                      8 customer recives an sms that his/her product is delivered.
                                      Now whole of the process mentioned above is skipped except the sms part because that is a system generated message.
                                      They all bunch of frauds altogether harass the publiuc and waste their valuable time without the fear of the laws and authority.
                                      Kindly solve the matter at the earliest, i have proof of all the things and accusations, i carried ourt above against ecom express and delhivery courioer services.

                                      My product was picked up incorrectly which was not supposed to pick up I have placed the complaint and did not get any reply on it called support many times no response big Fraud to me by delhivery.
