I book a product from amazon, which was delivered by your courier service. On 14th jan 2019 it was reached at the nearest center (Habra) to the delivery address. I got 2 missed call at afternoon on the same day and certainly, a message came to my mobile "our executive ([protected]) was unable to deliver your amazonindia package with delhivery awb[protected] as we were unable to reach you. For feedback visit cf. Delhivery.com/? Ljwdagldo1mcpl11mpwe". So, i tried to call back. Every time they dropped the call. After 5 to 6 attempt, someone received my call and confirm for next day delivery. When i asked about the missed call and msg, he just dropped the call again. Since then, there has no communication from your site, even no one try to present to the delivery address till today. I am completely fed up about the service provided by you. Even i complain twice on your website, but no response.
