Despite of my all the emails to Amazon I was told to contact Delhivery who was responsible to deliver this subject order. I wrote to Delhivery and they also stats making me fool saying that please contact with amazon as they delivered the package. why they cannot provide me the receipt in which they have receiver signature when they deliver the package but they do not have as they didn't deliver the package yet and ate the money. they cannot fool peoples to grab money and do their business in this way. hey have to stop this as where would innocent peoples go once they got cheated. they believe in consumer court and this is the only way they can explain their full story. if these companies cannot take the responsibility I urge you to take a legal actions against these companies and stop them to cheat common peoples. these kind of things is destroying Indian reputation in front of other nationality. I bought that package for one of my expat friend and got insulted when this package was not even delivered and nor I received the money refunded. they want me to chase each other but no one is taking responsibility to check with their own staff who stole the package. they just want to make peoples fool and grab the money like this. this is the way they will grown in our country and loose peoples trust. I would humbly request you to teach them a lesson and stop them to do this usually everyday with others. please take this on high priority as I am too much disappointed and feeling insult. I want to file a case against being disrespected as well.

    I had sent a package from dubai on 20th march through aramex courier for delivery to kolkata. The shipment is lying with delhivery since 22nd march and not delivered till now to addressee. I called up their customer service today i. E. 03.04.2019 only to be informed that the issue was bad / incomplete address, whereas awb from aramex shows the full address. I was told that only aramex can provide the full address and that they would liaise with aramex but it will require them 24- 48 hours for providing a resolution.

    It is totally unacceptable as i feel that they have not taken any steps in the interim 12 days (From 22nd march till date) to liaise with aramex and now due to my telephonic complaint, they have started to look into the matter. I have already lodged a complaint through their website and claimed demurrage / financial loss of inr 30, 000. My request / demand is for the delivery of the parcel to the addressee asap. I have attached the aramex awb as a proof of my claim that full address was provided at the time of booking the shipment.

      This is concerning the order i had placed on the dt.14.03.2019 for my project purpose with the company named, pyrax international who did sent my order through delhivery courier service. The estimated delivery date was set for dt.20.03.2019, the courier service never showed or contacted then i had to call up and inquire about it where i was informed that it was delayed due to some reason. It will be sent for escalation and the order will reach within 24 hours. After this it had been over 48 hours and there is no one to attend calls and regardless a multiple calls was placed.
      With a sincere and all due respect, this really needs to be held valid issue as it delayed customer valued time and personally had already caused me my project ratings.

        The above company address s-350, extension, new delhi - 110092. Invoiced for rs 2999.00 saying the packet contained "bose sound sport free truly wireless sport headphones (Midnight blue/citron). On taking cod delivery and opening it was not the product mentioned, but a chinese cheap item named i7s with full chinese literature.

        There is no way to get in touch with the company and courier says he not taking back.

        These companies are cheating public and i request the cyberpolice help in nabbing them.

        Please let me know what should be done for it.

Company is not making any effort to deliver the parcel and giving fake update by sitting in office that address not traced.               Delhivery team has taken the pickup of my mobile POCO F1 on 7th March and till now today 12 March, the site and the customer care people saying you have to wait 24 hours, They have taken from pune and still the shipment is in pune, Also the Mi customer care is not looking into this issue where they have initiated the pickup, I don't know whether I will get my mobile or will lost it.

                I ordered oneplus 6 and gave me some useless mobile. And after long time asking and falling back of the dealer she ordered iphone xsmax clone for me paid 12k and i got mobile waste quality box broken bill tored and no charger no headphones nothing.. Worst experience please refund my money back!!! Please i paid money with lots of pain and i didn't use it still please refund my money back!!

                  Delivery of my order has been getting rescheduled repeatedly for past 4 days without contacting me and making me wait at my work location till 8pm, wrongly stating that i asked for rescheduling. When he opened the package, he found 3 toothpastes instead of android box i've sent. Box looked like someone opened that from back by cutting the existing tape and put some extra tape to hide the cut.

                      I called the both of them but they denied that fact that package is replaced.

                        My name is fasal and i am doing most of my shoppings online. Majority of the time my parcels used to carry by delhivery. Whenever they bring the parcel they will not deliver it. They used to ask me to collect it from their office which is at nilambur 12 km away from me. Otherwise they asks me to collect it from any shops which is familiar to them at wandoor 7 km away from me. And they will give it in shop and we will get a delivered message. Still the product is not reached me.. Not only once or twice, each and every time it happens. They says their delivery area is upto wandoor. Then why did they include our pin code 679328 in their delivery coverage area. If they don't taken this pin code as their serviceable area someone else would do this job. They cannot service only a particular area of a pin code if they can't simply exclude this pin code from your list. The reason behind every online shopping is to avoid traveling and hassle free purchases. And we are paying for the delivery charge too.. This complaint is regarding delhivery nilambur branch of malappuram dist of kerala. If it happens again definitely i am going to complain against them in the court and demand compensation. They have canceled many of my orders without informing me from their office. Whenever i track my delivery status it shows it is returning to the seller. What is their right to cancel my order for which i have already paid.?

                        This is not a single time issue. We are looking for a permanent solution. The only solution is either your nilambur office has to exclude the Pin code 679328 from their service list or they must provide service in all areas which comes under this pin code.

                        This is not a single time issue. It happens every time. So we need a permanent solution. The only solution is ask your nilambur branch to either exclude 679328 pin code from their service list or provide service to whole area which comes under this pin code not any selected places. Beause if they show this pin code as serviceable companies will keep sending with delhivery, and the same situation will happen again and again. If they exclude some other courier service will take that job and do it perfectly.

                                I have purchase a drools dog food on the date of 25 jan 2019 at paytm order no is [protected]. Shipment is near the delivery hub at wankaner. I called delhivery office (Customer care) more than 19 time in between 5/02/2019
                                But not give the delivery. Ground team is provide a wrong answer all time... Delhivery and its all team are wrong at all time they give me commitment regarding the shipment but not full fill the one of them.

                                  There is a parcel to be picked by shein - the executive has made no contact or effort to take it - keeps cancelling the pick up also never answers the calls. This has happened twice with the same executive a couple of times now.

                                  I am order a smart bracelet but delivery is a watch please return this product thank delhivery
                                  I received a mobile parcel through COD process.The phone is not working for the second day itself.The dealer is not responding properly and then he blocks me.I paid 14000 rs to the delhivery courier agent.Now I can't able to reach any of the m.Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                    I have ordered Designer Gown vide Order No.20146 It has been delivered vide Delhivery tracking no.[protected] I have received torn pieces of clothes, I have paid 754 Rs. Kindly refund my money.

                                    This is chitting & I have called your customer care his name was Neeraj, he has told me that they are not responsible at all you may complaint it anywhere you want.

                                      My product has been cancelled two three times by the dehlivary courier office kishanganj bihar, they are misbehaving with the customer when we go to ask about our products.they blame delivery boy and says he is not here for now.i am highly disappointed with dehlivary office in kishanganj

                                        This is worst courier company. I don't recommended this courier service to anyone. Their staff don't know how to deal with customers. They did not receive call at all i tried 100 time but no one receive call fake courier company. The status of my parcel show that my parcel was in haryana on 25th january 2019 but i want to aware everyone that it is very bad or you can said that the worst courier service.

                                        I got a message on the 12th feb morning that my product is out of delivery but haven't been getting a call till date 13th feb evening and no messages have been confirmed yet about my product
