Tracking id[protected] i haven't received delivery of my order yet! The delhivery courier hasn't delivered it yet! I was supposed to receive them at 3 rd nov! Tried calling n mailing all the people linked! This was the last warning, i will sue u soon & see u at court! And yes don't u think u can run away with my money! Soon i will get back my money which i paid! Blocked my card! The bank will give my money back! See you

        Hi, i am owner of nardevfashion.com, send my orders via delhivery pvt ltd.
        I was given poc (Point of contact) for any query arise when shipment going for delivery and all other query related to courier.

        Mostly in delhivery, courier boys are doing fake delivery attempts and return order (Not deliver to customer). Customer doing many complaints to us for delivery and we send it to my poc (Point of contact) for solution and delivery.
        But i had very bad experience that, poc (Point of contact) from delivery are also just wasting my time and not doing solution of query arise.in some cases they blame us even after too many fake delivery attempts proof and call recording provied to them.

        Total 3 poc was given to us. But all poc just wasting time. My second and third poc even don't reply any email if not solved by first poc. I was told to contact second and third poc for non solution from first poc. But they also didnt responding.

        Even i call customer care and send email to customer care regarding it. But they are repeating to contact your poc. And poc not responding..

        As and website owner, i never suggest anyone business entity to open account in delhivery and send shipment to delhivery, it will be loss for company because of too many fake returns and non solution of complaints.

            My AWB No:[protected].The product is lying idle in their shop from last 3 days since 27th October. They are not delivering my order. Customer care is unreachable as well as email support is not responding.The product has reached its final destination hub which is only 2-3 kms from my home. But they are not delivering it. What a sad situation it is for me.

            Finally they not deliver and returned the product back to seller. Total fraud.
            I ordered jewellery items from Club factory, shipment was to be delivered by Delhivery but no one came or called me and order status updated as Customer cancelled the order.
            I called to customer care of Delhivery but no one responded on phone. I even tried Club factory customer care number but it said that the number is wrong.

              Delhivery was supposed to pick up a damaged product for return so that i could get a refund from seller website nykaa. Return was initiated on 21st october. But, even after 9 days there is no pick-up. Courier tracking shows remarks as 'consignee unavailable' for 26th october which is absolute rubbish. 26th october i was at home all day and nobody called or came for pickup. There is no communication from delhivery regarding this.

                Hi,

                I have ordered mi tv on 18th, the product is shipped on the same day to hyderabad_alwal_l (Telangana) and it took a week to reach hyderabad_tolichwk_l, and the product is still not delivered. Everytime we call, the executive says they have scanning issues.
                My parents are waiting for this shipment, stopping their trip to mumbai from 24th onwards.
                Now the website shows the product reached destination city-
                Such a pathetic delivery system from this company

                    The delivery was suppose to be done on 22.10.2018, i had to raise complains everyday for three days den i got msg that it will be delivered today but delivery boy refused to come to my house rather asked me to come one km aaway to collect the shipment when i said no, he just left and did not receive calls

                    He was arrogant and said do what ever you want ill not deliver.

                      The local delhivery office located at barpeta town (Address: near by gajia chowk, barpeta - mandia road, w/n - 19, barpeta, assam 781301) is refusing to deliver my prepaid shipment ordered from amazon. It has been accurately been a week and the shipment has been held there for no apparent reasons. Upon contacting the phone number : [protected] and [protected], they refused to deliver it and threatened us to make complaints to whatever authority we can. This might possibly be a matter of racism as i was asked to mention my name rather than the awb upon contacting those above numbers, mind you i am very serious as i raise this critical issue over here. I have cc'd a copy to consumer affairs with the same explanation. A delayed shipment is acceptable, but a company that prioritizes/denies a shipment based on racial castes is a serious crime and shall be reported. My awbs are as below:

                        I bought a tricycle from paytm and my return pickup was supposed to happen on 18 oct 2018 by delhivery but still nobody has come for pickup and when i called they said it will be picked up by 24th oct 2018 by 8pm.. But when i checked using my awb tracking number on delhivery site it says in the remarks column that the consignee was not available on 18th oct as well as on 24th oct where as nobody came for pickup.. Now they are not taking my calls and i dont know how to return and get refund for the product. Please help me resolve this as paytm also is not responding to my mails.

                          Recently i had ordered product from filpkart, the person from delhivery had called me from [protected] and informed stating given postal address is non serviceable area hence, some one need to collect from the office which is 12km away from my residing place.

                          And threaten me, if i fail to collect, he will end up by cancelling the product. He was very rude in behavior and impolite with the customer's. When i said that i might complain to authority, he replied, please go head and complain i knew how to deal with these. He had challenged me that he will cancel the product and he had did the same. If company has these type of employee i am sure that it will damage your reputation for sure.

                          Secondly when i tried to call your delhivery customer care no.. None of the no is correct. Kindly verify all the no which is available in the google to help the customers, i had send multiple mailers, commented in social medial but i have not received any response from any one finally i am reaching you.

                            Sir/madam,
                            This complaint is about the delivery of courier item and also pickup, your courier branch in madikeri is unable to meet customer satisfaction, for every delivery and pickup we should personally go the office and take the delivery or pickup, they provide delivery only to madikeri town, we rural people should spend 100 to 250 rupee extra for fuel. As per the information i hope delivery is given within 20km radius, but when we ask your courier agent in madikeri they deny to give the delivery in 20km, or else they will simply mark as "unable to reach customer". So at the earliest frame please resolve this issue, because we rural people cannot go each time your divery office, if this issue is not solved we are moving to consumer form as per the law.

                              I have already Share all Call Recordings and Chats Snapshot with Valid Proof to my POC.

                              Still now they are behaving Like Boss. My Second POC (Ms. Sonam Prasad) even Told me Like that " Nothing can be possible, DO whatever You want, We (Delhivery) dont care".

                              Very Rude Behaviour..

                              If you can solve out my complain, please do.

                              Else we have to esclate this issue in all social media, social forum and Logistic forum.

                                Delhievery courier agent want to take photo of my i card for delivering my prepaid parcel which i ordered from amazon (Tracking id[protected]. He came to my house and i produce my i-card and asked him to recognise me, i refused to take photograph of my i-card, why a unknown person take pics of my i card? Then he returned my prepaid parcel saying that it is company policy to take pic of i card for delivering every time. Since two years i am purchasing products onlin from different e-commerce companies regularly but faced this kind of problem first time.

                                The product was supposed to be delivered on 20th october 2018. There was no attempt made to deliver I went to delhivery office and I asked for my courier they not respond to me

                                  Issue: false update being marked by the courier service to avoid delivery to customer's door step. I'd placed order online and it was handed over to delhivery courier service.

                                  The product was supposed to be delivered on 19th october 2018. There was no attempt made to deliver the package so i'd reached the customer service team asking them to help with a delivery as early as possible else provide me with the address so that i could go and collect the package. On call the associate had promised me to give the address via message and also request team to see if it could be delivered at the earliest. I was lied neither the address nor the request was sent to the team. False update was marked stating address or phone number is incorrect which is not the case at all coz there were lot of packages delivered to the same address.

                                  Today i get a notification that my package would be delivered but turn's up to be failure. This time the delivery agent had called to guide us with the address. We guided him the address properly he said he is coming and guess what he marked it as delivery attempted. He stopped answering my calls. Sometime later post one hour he answered and says i called you and you have said there is no parcel of your's. Complete lie.

                                  Resolution required: help me get the package delivered on priority and also let me know why is such a behavior being encouraged. If you have lots of packages to be delivered accept the fault why is the team marking incorrect scan and blaming customer to escape fault. Help me understand how this will be fixed.

                                    Delhivery awb no :[protected] against paytm order : [protected]. First of all delhivery took more than 14 days to deliver a product (Picked up on 6th oct) and now they have delivered my product today (20th oct) to a wrong person, delhivery courier boy supom dutta ([protected]) accepted his mistake and told me that he will deliver my product within 30 mins but now both the courier guy and delivery boy is not picking up calls.
                                    I want my order and also i want compensation of rs.600 same as product value due to this delay and harassment

                                      My awb no[protected], which is to be delivered by 16.10.18 but daily i get sms of delay in delivery. Today i got sms of delivery by 22.10.18. They are not responding to my calls. Delivery boy pick my call n disconnect it.
                                      Product reached to my city on 14.10.18 but yet not delivered. Delivery boy daily by himself change the date of delivery n it shows me that customer change the delivery date, but still i din got single call.

                                      Again i got a msg that tv will be delivered on 23.10.18
                                      They actually want to deliver or not.?
                                      Instead of delivering they daily send me new date of delivery. In status update they mention customer defered delivery date. But they dint contact me yet.

                                        I have ordered a product (Tagg inferno 2.0 bluetooth headset) via tatacliq app on 10th october, 2018 and the product was shipped from delhi the same day. I'm initiating this complaint on 19th october, 2018. I haven't received the product yet. Also, i'm unable to reach delhivery customer support either via phone or email. Their phone is always busy during business hours and there is no response to the emails written.
