Delivery boy is forcing me again and again to cancel the order, he is so rude and talks very badly, he don't have manners to talk, he said to me that i came to your house but he didn't. Is that the way you people treat your customers? If possible please deliver my order but with another delivery boy, if it's not possible then please cancel the order.

    This incident happened on 21st october 2018. Myself rajesh, had ordered a tv from the paytm on 15th october 2018. And received the tv from the paytm, after receiving the product, i have verified that the tv which was delivered to me was damaged. Hence, i had requested return pick up which was accepted on 20th october 2018 by paytm and also informing that the return pickup was given to the delhivery.

    On 21st october 2018, two people came to our residence for the return pickup. The two people are not having any identity of the delhivery system. But claimed that they are the persons from the delhivery team, by displaying the return pick order number[awb number] of the delhivery on a hand written paper as a proof (That they are from the delhivery team). The return pick up number[awb number] was not received to me. But after checking with the delhivery team, the awb number got matched. Hence, the tv was returned to those people.

    As i have returned, the product, i have waited for 2 to 3 days for the return information to get reflected in the paytm order page. But the status of the return information in the paytm was not updated. Hence, i have raised an issue with the paytm. But there were no proper resolution of the issue even after 15 days. So i have contacted delhivery team as i have the awb number of the return product and the delhivery team stated that they haven't received any information from the paytm that a product was missing. Then onwards, there were no response from both paytm and delhivery. And the paytm has resolved my issue stating that we have to submit cctv footage of the persons who have come to pick up the return item even after submitting the log book entry of the visitors.

    Finally, on this issue, there was no proper response from the paytm team and delhivery team.

    Attached the images related to the paytm confirmation, log book of our residence and the had written awb number of the delhivery system.

      Sir i am ordered graphit xl mobile in mobyle express but i received fake order and they dont have web site for cancellation and customer care number also not working how i can refund the my amount...
      And sir his given refus mobile without bil and accessories only on box packing.
      I received nokia 5c mobile instead of graphit xl on 30/11/2018. And i want to return it or refund my money.

          I did not order anything from fashion hub but i was delivered the wrong product. It was a peice of cloth. I had paid Rs. 755 in the mode COD. When placed a return request to the seller there was no response on their site. The email id to contact the seller is bouncing back. There is no customer care number alsoPlease take the product back to the seller.

            I have complaint regards one of your courier boy named irshad, from kerala manjeri city.
            His details i know:

            Actually the product is reached in manjeri on this saturday(24/11/18) and they told me that cant deliver today and will be delivering next day. Then today (26/11/18) i called him, and when i asked "at what time my product will reach?" He started to shout on me and he is using very bad word and misbehaving when i said i need urgently my product today itself.
            How can i send products again through delhivery. If they start to behave like...i will definitely file a case against him in consumer file..we are using delhivery because of its polite support of courier service. If they start to do like this you will definitely loose your customers..

                  Amazon has really bad choice as delivery partner i. E. Delhivery. Delhivery is worst courier service provider i have seen so far. I booked my package on package on 14th nov and i got a message on 20th nov that package has been delivered to home. Immediately i called amazon and delhivery courier service as package was not delivered to me and status was updated with delivered. Since last three days i was following up with delhivery about my package, they sent me a proof of delivery document in which name of collected person mentioned as "na", date and time of delivery mentioned as nov 20, 2018 4:08 pm and a fake sign was there. I asked them to provide me the address of office or contact number of delivery boy who delivered it so that i can contact him but they fail to provide any such information. Fact was that they don’t even have office in datia city and package was still in other city. After calling them again and again to delhivery courier service and then amazon, finally i got the package on 23rd nov 08:00 pm. When i asked delivery boy what happened with my package then he said he received my package yesterday night only that’s why he came today for delivery.

                  Please take action against them so that in future they should not think to produce any fake delivery document as a proof.

                      Sir/ma'am,
                      I kept my order through paytm from where the courier is taken by delhivery. My order is not delivered and they are showing it is delivered with fake signature on poa (Proof of delivery).. I raised this issue to them on the next day only. But communication with them is too slow. This is the third day after raising issue. But not resolved except their apologizes. They are still asking time to resolve... Please take action against this and help me.

                        I had purchased a shoe rack from ikea hydrebad on 18 oct 2018. It is well packed. We had given for parcel xpeed logistics inside ikea. They told us it will delivered the goods within 5 days. We didnt received the material on time. When we are calling them they told us that it is missing in aluva kerala. We had received the material on november 1 st. It is not well packed. It is packed with other cartons. And we had reported to the kottayam office. When we opened the parcel inside the parcel there is only some planks. The fitting item such as screws boards inside shelf all are missing. We think that it is mis delivered and they had repacked the item and delivered to us. So please make an urgent attempt to track the missing item.

                          My awb no. Is[protected], i got msg on 15 nov, that your product is out for delivery and no one call me, not single time your courier boy call me. And after that when i track today i found my product was returned. And 2 times this happen to me and many times happen with another people also. When your courier boy want they just returned the product. Is this your service. Am i a joke to you. That when you want deliver and when you want return the product without giving any information. I am waiting for this product and you people just return it.

                            Today once again I received message from dehlivery that my shipment is out for delivery with contact no. of delivery agent. On calling to deliver agent no one is picking the phone neither I received any call. I suspect today once again I may see a false statement updated by courier company that receiver is not available/ door locked or customer differ the receiving date.

                              We are a trademark registered and apparel brand.We are seller in different e-commerce websites. We are seller in amazon, flipkart, snapdeal, paytm, shopclues and our own website.
                              We dispatch several shipment everyday.
                              Delhivery pickup man don't arrive on due dates repeatedly.Even he arrives sometimes after 4 to 7 days for pick up.Many websites make us penalty for this.But Delhivery courier remarks we don't handed over shipments which is completely false, lie and baseless.Even the courier man is so rude, they sometimes arrive and run away after ringing the bell without awaiting for our arriving to door front.
                              We are losing business for this courier operating in PIN 713102.Please take action urgently.

                                Hopeless service of delhivery delivery. I ordered sofa (Waybill no.[protected] from amazon and expected date was 11th november. I am continuously chasing delhivery delivery, every time they say your products has reached to your city but it will take 24-48 hours more to deliver at place due to some internal problem. If product has reached to my city what could be problem in delivering the product in 6-7 km distance range. Amazon is not also able to trace their product, what a worst service, i can say.

                                  I was supposed to receive the courier on 12 nov. As i was not available your branch person informed me that my door is locked so he will inform his person to deliver on next day. On 13 the nov my wife was whole day at home, no one came. So i called him. He told me he will check and let me know. After 10 mon he called me stating that my no. Was not reachable and his person didn't find my address so hewas unable to deliver the sample. I questioned him that on 12 th your person found my address and door was locked now the same person didn't find my address how is it possible. I informed him that i will collect the parcel from your office till 7 pm but he denied stating they will close at 4 pm. So i informed him do what you want to do. If you want to return you can return. During this conversation he was very rude. Please check the conversation. Today i receive msg from amazon that my product is out for delivery. So i called him his person answer my call and told me that i informed him to return the package so he has returned.
                                  Now you check my conversation where i have informed. This is not expected from a company who is looking to establish in the market. Such type of behaviour is not expected. Now i am going to post the same in social media. Very disappointed from your service.

                                    I don't like the quality of this product and i want refund...in website it was looking nice but now after delivery it's not good as it's quality also bad plz refund this.

                                      I have placed an order on flipkart and I received the item by delhivery and due to defect in item I also placed return request for above but delhivery services have not picked up item in schedule date as a result
                                      My return request from seller is cancelled due to expiry of return date...
                                      Very worst service by delhivery...
                                      I suffered a loss of Rs 2472 due to their fault...

                                        Delhivery boy without dial a call, they have place status as "customer call placed" and "consignee unavailable". How they can update the status like that? Not sure. Also i compliant the same to customer care as well but i didn't get any proper response from them as well. Really very very worst service.. They all are cheating the group.. Don't use these useless courier services...
