Delhievery courier agent want to take photo of my i card for delivering my prepaid parcel which i ordered from amazon (Tracking id[protected]. He came to my house and i produce my i-card and asked him to recognise me, i refused to take photograph of my i-card, why a unknown person take pics of my i card? Then he returned my prepaid parcel saying that it is company policy to take pic of i card for delivering every time. Since two years i am purchasing products onlin from different e-commerce companies regularly but faced this kind of problem first time.

The product was supposed to be delivered on 20th october 2018. There was no attempt made to deliver I went to delhivery office and I asked for my courier they not respond to me

    Issue: false update being marked by the courier service to avoid delivery to customer's door step. I'd placed order online and it was handed over to delhivery courier service.

    The product was supposed to be delivered on 19th october 2018. There was no attempt made to deliver the package so i'd reached the customer service team asking them to help with a delivery as early as possible else provide me with the address so that i could go and collect the package. On call the associate had promised me to give the address via message and also request team to see if it could be delivered at the earliest. I was lied neither the address nor the request was sent to the team. False update was marked stating address or phone number is incorrect which is not the case at all coz there were lot of packages delivered to the same address.

    Today i get a notification that my package would be delivered but turn's up to be failure. This time the delivery agent had called to guide us with the address. We guided him the address properly he said he is coming and guess what he marked it as delivery attempted. He stopped answering my calls. Sometime later post one hour he answered and says i called you and you have said there is no parcel of your's. Complete lie.

    Resolution required: help me get the package delivered on priority and also let me know why is such a behavior being encouraged. If you have lots of packages to be delivered accept the fault why is the team marking incorrect scan and blaming customer to escape fault. Help me understand how this will be fixed.

      Delhivery awb no :[protected] against paytm order : [protected]. First of all delhivery took more than 14 days to deliver a product (Picked up on 6th oct) and now they have delivered my product today (20th oct) to a wrong person, delhivery courier boy supom dutta ([protected]) accepted his mistake and told me that he will deliver my product within 30 mins but now both the courier guy and delivery boy is not picking up calls.
      I want my order and also i want compensation of rs.600 same as product value due to this delay and harassment

        My awb no[protected], which is to be delivered by 16.10.18 but daily i get sms of delay in delivery. Today i got sms of delivery by 22.10.18. They are not responding to my calls. Delivery boy pick my call n disconnect it.
        Product reached to my city on 14.10.18 but yet not delivered. Delivery boy daily by himself change the date of delivery n it shows me that customer change the delivery date, but still i din got single call.

        Again i got a msg that tv will be delivered on 23.10.18
        They actually want to deliver or not.?
        Instead of delivering they daily send me new date of delivery. In status update they mention customer defered delivery date. But they dint contact me yet.

          I have ordered a product (Tagg inferno 2.0 bluetooth headset) via tatacliq app on 10th october, 2018 and the product was shipped from delhi the same day. I'm initiating this complaint on 19th october, 2018. I haven't received the product yet. Also, i'm unable to reach delhivery customer support either via phone or email. Their phone is always busy during business hours and there is no response to the emails written.

            I had a delivery scheduled on 10th Oct, 2018 by pharmeasy medicine services. The product was shipped on the next day itself but it hasn't yet got delivered. There contact number is always busy and is not reachable. However, after lot of efforts, I contacted them and they said that they do not know why it hasn't been delivered yet. It is a medicine order which should be delivered at an urgent basis. But even after 5 days beyond the estimated date of delivery, the haven't delivered it yet. I need an urgent update regarding this matter. My air way bill (AWB) number is[protected].

            It was delivered on the same day that I posted a complaint. The courier boy was a bit arrogant of course but atleast he delivered the product on the same day. Anyways I will take care of that delivery boy. Very satisfied with consumercomplaints forum

            Huh!!I recieved a message that it will get delivered today but then your agent calls me and says that there was some audit missing and all and asks me in the local language"Should I mark it as delivered and deliver it to you today or should I deliver it to you tomorrow".I said how can you mark it as delivered when you have not delivered it. So he said you will recieve it tomorrow then. Immediately I received a message which said that the agent tried to contact me but he failed and it is not going to be delivered today. Ofcourse he had called from another mobile number than it was mentioned in the message. I have the complete voice recording in my phone in the local language. In case it doesn't get delivered to me today then I am going to sue you guys through the district consumer court and now I have all the proofs against you and your agent. The marked contacts should be taken into account. The agent had called me through [protected]. I have provided all the screenshots. Go through it. I should receive it today else I will take help of the consumer court.

                WHENEVER I call their customer service they say that it will be delivered in 24 hours but no update was given after that. dont know how many days more they will take to deliver my order...

                  My package has arrived in gurgaon since last 4 days(scheduled delivery was on 15/10/2018) but its just roaming around.                     I ordered a 43” mi tv online (Mi website) and delhivery is the logistics partner. The order was placed on 1st of october, 2018 and was supposed to be delivered on 5th of october. Today is 7th of october but delhivery is not picking up my phone. Their number on the website is always busy. Also even today the status on delhivery website says that it’s scheduled to be delivered on 5th of october. I feel like my money has been stuck and no one is responding.                         We did not order anything from thegrid spglobal but we have received the order from delhivery which is cash on delivery. This is ridiculous as this is something bluff. Please refund our money back i. E. Rs.1199/-. Please do as early as possible.

                                I requested you our awb no.[protected] booking in b2b form jaipur to cuttak,
                                This consignment given 2 parcel but consignee 1 pkt received.
                                Your marrcent primex globle expree are say that give 2 parcel but your costomer care officer say 1 parcel recived.
                                Where are my 1 parcel.
                                Given me full completed detail and delivered my 2nd parcel otherwise we right legal prosses.
                                Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I had ordered for denim shirts, but you guys have given some low-class, cheap quality shirts not even worth 100rs each..! Combo of 3, not even 1 denim is there..! Is this the service?
                                Better contact me soon and take the shirts back and refund my amount.

                                    I have ordered many times from Amazon, paytm, ShopClues etc... app's.. They dispatch my order some times via Delivery... my order dispatch via Delivery, then this courier service refused to deliver my order in my address and the courier boy call me to collect my order from their courier service office..

                                    Last day surprise by dashmesh courier office no information regarding the courier no with Delhivery AWB[protected] update the massage as cash was not available. No person any call for me and my courier is very important. My courier back to company so my time is waste for you .
                                    Service is very bad behaviour is rude abd arrogant as if they are doing some kind of favour.there was this guy Dashmesh courier from delhivery courier so rude i cant even tell...he said its your parcel so you have to come and pick...very bad experience and update the massage no money by client.last talked with phone Mr Dashmesh courier says your no not reached recording available in case need you but why update the massage cash not available. Kindly solutions the matter my courier receive on urgent basis.

                                      I ordered a gown from gownholic.com but i got two saree which is of cheap quality.. I want to return the product but getting no response from their side.. They are fraud.. Order id is 4143925 and reference id is 49598.. Please refund my money back i. E. 855 rs. I tried to contact the seller so many times but they are not responding.. Please take a strict action against them as they are cheating the customers.. Request you to help and provide the refund to me
