I had given an order (Order no:[protected]) in paytm. On 28/10/2017 i received one message from im-dlhvry that my order is out for delivery. I waited till 30/10/2017 but no one contacted me. They simpley updated satus as consignee not available. Then i searched in internet and found kakinada delhivery office phone number. When i called them, they are saying that my order is went to wrong place, if they sent that order to kakinada, they will deliver it. I noticed the same thing to delhivery customer care by email. They said that my order will reach to my address in 24hrs. But not received. Again yesterday i received one message that my order is out for delivery but till now no one is contacted me and my order is not recived. Its very urgent order. But they are playing with me. This is the second time i am facing problem with this courier service

      I am from dhampur bijnor and i place an order on amazon and it is handover to delhivery courier but when my shipment arrived at the courier store he make me call and says that you came here and take your order on this i told him to shift tha order at my home as this is his responsibility but he says we don't have boys and the product is also heavy...
      Such a bad service and very bed behavior of the staff

          Hello,

          We did not order anything from thegrid spglobal but we have received the order from delhivery which is cash on delivery. This is ridiculous as this is something bluff. Please refund our money back i. E. Rs.425/-. Please do as early as possible.

          The consumer rights act / sale of goods act 1979 & - the sale of goods act, 1930 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the phone replaced new tab mobile phone 2. Leather case cover + usb keyboard for 7 inch android tablet pc or refunded and i would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next week 7. Days. I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my tab phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

              Item was booked on 23.09.2017, but item was not delivered. From online tracking, it was seen that item was reached on destination city on 02.10.2017, but no delivery boy neither attempt to delivery nor contact with me by phone. But from delhivery online tracking status it shows wrong intimation, they says "asks for delay in delivery". This type wrong intimation not observed in one time, this type of wrong intimation observed 3 times. Frequently contact delhivery customer care centre by e-mail and by over telephone but no action taken.

                I ordered jiofi online from jio.com they emailed me it has been shipped by delhivery awb no[protected] and will be reached by 28 september i said them to deliver it at 3 october so i called them today at [protected] that is customercare number of delhivery that cost alot more than 10rs per call and they are rejecting my number after charging 8 rs to my mobile number

                  Your limeroad shipment with awb number[protected] & order no. [protected] by delhivery courier service.
                  Parcel came to pune 4 days before bt i didn't get it. The process of this courier very slow and disappointing. I ask to customer care bt they are giving # reasons.                     These delhivery guys never deliver the parcel on time. I received call on this saturday from their person in morning that they have my parcel then till 3pm in afternoon there was no delivery of parcel when i call back to same person he told me that they are not having any parcel & said he had not called & so on, thank god i have call records. Now more funny thing again a person from same organisation so called # (Delhivery) called me & said that they are having my parcel. Now, this is just a fresh incidence happened two days ago. Some days ago they do same kind of funny things finally i had to collect my costly item from their office myself. Still there are two parcel lying with them thank god they are not much costly otherwise these people would have mad me. I want to register a complaint, if any action can not be taken against them then i request you to make laws applicable to such freaking minds to make them responsible for their assigned duties.

                        Hi there,

                        This in regards to the nightmare that i've been experiencing with delhivery.. Its been a week now that im expecting my package. Package details : shipment with awb number[protected] & order no. Epaal12290_ord_i497_1

                        Everytime i call i've been told it will be delivered within 24 hours, and now its a week.. It is very much obvious and understood that the first day when the package was out for delivery.. The delivery guy went out delivering other packages and when it was my package and maybe many others left for the day.. And because he might’ve got done with his shift.. He decided to just give all the undelivered packages back to the delivery hub.. And delhivery just simply updated as incorrect or incomplete address.. Its just a straight lie.. Now on monday when i called delhivery customer service.. They said a reattempt will be done the next day.. As the delivery guy couldn't find my address.. I mean he could’ve easily called on my number to check where my house it.. But he dint.. Now on tuesday nobody turned up.. I understand it was due to horrible weather.. I called on wednesday to ask for the package i spoke to shalini she said it was at lower parel hub and will be out for delivery and gave me an assurance and a guarantee saying that it was the last time i had to call and the package will be delivered on wednesday. Nothing turned up on wednesday. Now on thursday when i call, i spoke to an executive.. Where he tells me that the package is on its way to the seller.. I asked to speak to a supervisor.. I was kept on hold for more than 20 minutes.. I spoke to the supervisor dipanshu he says the package will be delivered within 24 hours.. And he would be personally look into the issue.. He was so rude.. He said he wants to deal with this professionally and asks me to be patient and be professional where i dint even use any abusive language or offensive language.. All i asked was "where the hell is my package?" he considered hell as an abusive word.. And he started with his rude behavior.. Now if delhivery asks me to be professional, where is the professionalism for the last 5 days.. I've just been given all false commitments and assurances.. Everybody just has a standard response.. That it will be delivered within 24 hrs.. But those 24 hrs has not finished yet.. Its been a week now.. Today when i spoke to garima singh the supervisor again at the contact centre based in the gurgaon office.. Even she had the standard response that it will be delivered within 24 hours.. I asked her where is the package she says its at cotton green hub.. I asked if she has the number or any communication details for the cotton green or the lower parel hub.. She says she doesn't have.. So when i asked her if she doesnt have any communication details for either of the hubs, how will she co ordinate with them for my package.. She dint have an answer to it.. She was just quite when i asked her to answer she just had one thing to say again asking me to wait for 24 hours.. I mean this is just ridiculous.. Nobody has answers to any of my questions.. Even the supervisors are useless. You know even if the delivery guy was crawling and getting the package, he would’ve reached my house by now in these 5 days.

                        I am just not happy with the kind of service delhivery is providing.. I’d correct myself “delhivery is not even providing service”.. This is absolutely horrendous

                        I am really frustrated with the kind of response i've been getting.. I am really looking for a full refund of the delivery charges.. And also compensation for the time and money wasted on making all those phone calls..

                        And i’m expecting my package at the earliest, i’m really running out of patience, pathetic service every experienced.

                        I will make sure that i will escalate this and also take this further.

                        I want someone from delhivery to call me and discuss this issue.

                          At the time of delivery i didn't get original samsung power bank and not get bluetooh headphone in the power bank box and it's not working properly wait is not too much battery backup is not good.                             Hello i am aamir sheikh i had order a smart bracelet which was shown in the webiste cicret.com. My awb no. Is[protected] and order no. Is 6339. When i collect the product and opened it i saw just a paper in it which had written that if you have recieved this then your order is been forwerded and you will get in few days with that there was a small led watch in it.in that paper they had mention to open the website and type your order number and contact number so that they can forward the details and send the product. But when i r=tried to open the website its show it out of service and when i checked it it has been a fraud in india people are facing to it with this company. When i went to delhivery they told it now they cant do anything can when i called the customer care they told you have order from easyparcel and we have contract with them so they cant help me out with it.. I want the money back thats it its a request to delhivery to return the money and take the parcel. And refund it to where you had collect it from.

                                I had purchased one mobile phone Redmi note 4 on flash sale 28th June 2017. But Since after 5 days, as my order was confirmed on 28th June 2017 by mi.com and my payment of Rs 13558 was deducted. They made a deal with amazon to home deliver products in the area and always asking customers to travel and collect from some random places. Their service call goes like this "if you need the product you have to come and get it otherwise we will send it back".in my case the delivery guy called me by 12 pm and said he will be waiting till 2 o' clock if i didn't travel 6 km and collect it by then he will sending it back. So much for customer satisfaction and "home delivery".

                                    On 26/7/2017 i orderd a combo offer of vivo 25000 mAh powerbank, earphone, charger and 64 gb samsung EVO Memory card for worth rupees 1050 including shipping charges. And Today I am delivered with a plstic box with a nokia 1600 battery and stones and clay filled inside it. Earphone and memory card is a total scrap.This is a [censored]ing fraud.
