Hi,

My awb number :[protected] and the status is cancelled / returned.
No one has contacted me for delivery of the product. They have cancelled it by them self.
Call centre executives are telling the same thing what is displayed on the website they are not forwarding the issue to next level if they have.
I mailed them the issue on customer. [protected]@delhivery.com but no response.
Tried to reach there local office address which is given by them but is is purely fake and they don't have there contact information. . Address was

I am not sure where to go now.

I have call many times to Delhivery but they replied me problem will be solved in next day. Still problem is not solved and I have not received my order yet.       delivery boy did not visited the premises and informed the company that house is locked for two days i.e. on 11/07/15 and 12/7/15.when i was present at home for all the time. he even didt bother to call if the house was not traceable. pl. do the needful and take disciplenery action against culprit.sush type of action affects the reputation of company.

        Delhivery Prepaid Shipment Tracking ID: [protected]. They have merged with 3rd class local courier companies who deal in Lallu Panjuitems like moving garbage.They really dont care how much you paid to get your parcel quick. They are just so lazy or jobless that they actually would be waiting for 3 4 parcels to arrive in week and than they would hire some pedal cycleguy on a day basis to deliver the item.Otherwise tell me why these people keep the parcel for 4 5 days in their offices? I read this same problem by many people from different cities.What we can do is ask seller not to ship via Delhivery while placing an order and if Seller still chooses Delhivery just Cancel the order ! have been found.

          Delhivery - worst courier company ever seen

          How these works. 1. They kept the product at destination city for 5-7 days intentionally. everyday morning SMS you stating its out for delivery. evening at 6 or 8 PM another SMS informing they were unable to deliver the product. 2. You will spend you energy and money by calling customer care. 3. Fake promises of delivery very next day. 4. After 5 so called "attempts" daily your product will return to origin city and subsequently...

          I had ordered a parcel from a particular website and delhivery was in charge of delivery. On the first day, my parcel went out for delivery but never reached me. I am at home the entire day, and when I emailed customer support, it contained a line of apology. The second day, being a proper week day with no bank holiday, the parcel didn't come out for delivery. Neither did it on the 3rd and 4th day. I emailed customer support, but it was the same single sentence apology, and a promise it will reach me tomorrow. The 5th day it came out for delivery but never reached me again. I called customer care during its given working hours but nobody answered. Customer care emailed me back with the same sentence. Now it so happened that the next day I would have to leave the city for 6-8 months and nobody would be available at my residence. My product took more than 15 days to be delivered to me, and I had to cancel hotel reservations and other travel bookings nearing to Rs. 20, 000, out of which none was refundable. I had to postpone my entire plan to next month due to lack of vacancy, simply due to a parcel. When the courier guy came and I asked him, he was very rude to me and said things like we will deliver whenever we want to, you have already paid us, hamari marzi, hum jo karna chahte he wo karenge. I was very frustrated by this comment of his and didn't check the parcel properly. After I signed and he left, I saw the packaging was damaged and the one of the contents inside was almost destroyed due to mishandling of the package. I contacted customer care again but no reply. When I call the helpline number the customer care executive keeps saying this Waybill number is non-existent. I need some compensation for all this inconvenience. This is unforgivable.

            received at DELHI by delhivery on 28th December & supposed to dispatch with in 2-3 days at varanasi. 3 days passed but in order tracking it is still showing waiting at delhi. Customer care number is always engaged. No information getting from courier service.too much delay and very bad experience.Improper response and Poor delivery system..please help us..

              Absolutely HORRIBLE logistics service!! WORST logistics service I've ever experienced. These Delhivery clowns have been transferring my shipment to every nook and cranny of Delhi for last 4 days.They add to IST then recieve it, again add to IST and recieve again.This cycle has been going on for last 4 days.For the hell sake what is this IST ? Imecile Stupid Thugs ? Never seen DHL, FedEx or Blue Dart using such terms.Probably, it's one of the Code words, used by these crooks to communicate secretly. Guys, BOYCOTT "Delhivery" and Flipkart as well ( If Flipkart continues to ship orders via Delhivery ) .Do these wake up from their sleep ever or customer care is just there to fool the customers.I believe, India is the only country where customer is never a king rather first they pay and then they starve for the services for which they pay and this is only because the sellers know that nothing is going to happen to them, they do not fear the law here. One of the biggest reason behind their careless attitude is that "These sellers have never faced strong action against them".Such shameless behavior is just appalling on the part of these crooks.Sometimes it shameful to be part of such a system.Time to drag these thugs to the consumer court and teach them a lesson. Here is the mail I sent to Customer Care of Delhivery and Flipkart : Dear Sir/Madam, Yes, you understand customer's concern but still do nothing except making lame excuses.Did you bother to check the status of my shipment ? Did you even try to make Delhivery guys explain the delay ?Oh, please!Don't tell me how to track my shipment.I am not asking for a shipment tracking tutorial.I am writing regarding my shipment which was shipped by you via Crippled Snail Courier Service Delhivery. Can you explain just one thing ? I orderd 3 items.One item was shipped from Delhi and other 2 items were shipped from Bengaluru.How come the item which was shipped from Delhi is still making rounds in Delhi (which is just 240 Km from Dehradun ) for last 3 days while other 2 items, which were shipped from Bengaluru, Karnataka ( which is farther ) have been delivered. I understand that time involves various factors but which factor might be causing delay in this case ? Probably, those crooks are busy tampering shipments, right ? My consignment was dispatched to "Delhivery Prepaid" within 7 hours of the placement of my order ( Dec 25, 6.45 AM ).It has been 3 days and it's still in Delhi.Is my consignment hatching eggs in Delhi or getting some sort of "Delhi Darshan " tour ? For how long Delhivery crooks are going to sit on top my consignment to hatch ? Everytime I talk to Delhivery customer care, they repeat the same thing i.e. will arrange the delivery in next 24 hours /will try to deliver today etc.I m just fed up and upset that why i ordered on Flipkart.Absolutely horrible experience!! Your courier partner Delhivery is tarnashing the Brand Image of Flipkart and you are equally responsible for that as you don't bother to keep them in check, you don't question them and let them maculate your image. If you think I am the only one who is whining and my case is just an exception, you are WRONG.Delhivery has a trait of delayed deliveries and these take customers as granted.People have started calling them LIAR.Wanna see their report card ? I wonder how come dumb, unprofessional irresponsible and rude people get a job in Delhivery.For the hell sake if they can't deliver on time then what's the point of their existence ? Can't you provide any alternative courier service ? I just don't understand what are these low-life Delhivery losers are getting paid for? For delayed deliveries ? FLIPKART and DELHIVERY COURIER - BIG NAME BUT PATHETIC SERVICE.You need to learn from Amazon and Snapdeal.Self proclaimed "Megastore" TAG won't do any good and you will inevitably lose your market share to other competitors like Amazon, Snapdeal, Jabong, Ebay and others who are providing better, fast shipping and mark their words. I am gonna give negative feedback about Flipkart and thugs of your Snail Courier Service Delhivery on the feedback segment of all the online stores I have been purchasing from, different consumer complaint forums including my facebook and twitter for sure. It's funny that at one hand govt is running 'Jaago Grahak Jaago' campaign while Delhivery thugs provide pathetic courier services as the lowest grade courier services and it's management seems hell bent to do nothing about it. Anyway, I have attached some screenshots.Hope you check, understand and get a CLUE.I am very disappointed and in near future I will think twice before placing an order on Flipkart.Such disregard and unprofessional attitude towards customers cannot be tolerated in this day and age where many companies are fighting for valuable customers.I hope you will make those imbecile unthinking humanoids of Delhivery deliver my shipment as soon as possible and take action against people who are responsible for the delay. I know, it’s asking a lot from what appears to dumb dopey drones drooling along helplessly living their mediocre existence, working at Flipkart and Delhivery, but I am ever the optimist. Thank you

                    i am shukan thakkar i ordered asus zenfone 5 from the flipkart the expected delivery of the product is on 29th of october the date of order is 18th of october order id is OD[protected] delhivery shipment id [protected] its 3rd of november and still i did not receive my product i called delhivery more then 130 times but phone is always busy once i had a word with them they said phone is at local hub centre and i also offered pick up option if they cant deliver. but they refuse and did not deliver my product

                        I had ordered Moto G2 second generation from FLIPKART on 24th October 2014 and the same was dispatched by FLIPKART on 25th October 2014 itself through its partner DelhiVery. The product has reached its Mumbai Hub (Which is in Andheri East) on 26th october 2014 itself (image attached) but still the product has not been delivered. The delivery address is just 4 to 5 kms away in west side of Andheri. I contacted them yesterday and they gave me a lame reason that due to festivity load, they cannot deliver and will take 2 to 3 more day. Why the hell do they have to take orders then. If then order has reached them on 26th, why not deliver it. It dose not make any logical sense. Boo Delhivery Boo Flipkart.

                            I have ordered a product from Snapdeal on 13th Aug and still waiting for the item to get delivered... AWB no : [protected] When I tried to track, there is a message saying the consignee is not available. I seriously doubt their credibility. Are they cheating me? I have given my office address for delivery and I was in the office whole day. I also checked with security guard and they told no delivery guys came to office.                               I would like to introduce my self as Gaurav Dabhi from Gujarat. I have buy few product from Flipkart through online shopping and delivery of Consignment suppose to be made by your courier company. I really Surprise when i have gone through online tracking of my consignment. It shows me wrong update and comment that "Customer requested to open consignment before payment". While the fact is that no one has came here to deliver the material and it is prepaid consignment whose payment already been made through online banking. I have tried to contact your localize offices and number you have Mentioned on your website but it is not working at all and no any Response from your company. I would request you to please dont put such wrong put blindly comments in tracking details without actually being contact to customer and without sending your delivery boy to deliver the consignment. For details you may check following tracking details and wrong statement updated by your courier service. I really dont understand that what the fraud is running behind this all and why you are updating status without doing delivery of material to mentioned address.                                 I was supposed to get package on 20th oct from Jabong through delhivery, but they didnt deliver it even though it reached bangalore. On 21st october i got a message saying that the package delivery is delayed and if i want urgent, i need to pick up from office. But the best part is their office address in their website itself is wrong. Its not in Infantry road and its shifted 6 months back. They have only one telephone number and its not always busy. Not able to reach them. Wanted to get package before Diwali and now am stuck in between. Very bad experience, please dont prefer delhivery. GoJavas is good.

                                  From day 1, when i got a message that they will come and take the product back, i never seen a person from them reaching my place. But status in their site is updated daily with some reason as "Customer did not have product available, Customer unavailable, Large size return shipment" and new status is "Customer does not want to return the product".                                       As i have order[protected]Order No.) Samsung Galaxy Core i8262, white worth RS 11049/- paid through online banking on 7th July 2014. Yet i haven't got the shipment delivered. Courier service is Delhivery and docket no. [protected] and the status on net shows as -In Transit-July 12, 2014, 11:12 p.m.-Shipment received by Delhivery at Indore Palasia (Madhya Pradesh). From 12th they have kept ideal at Indore Palasia. I made daily calls from 10th July but both Mobile store and Delhivery are making fool. None taking interest to solve this. When i called today 16th July at Delhivery they says the shipment has been lost. Isn't it something ridiculous feeling like a Joke.? Both are not giving clear cut idea whats wrong. I haven't got the phone yet, though i made Money payment i.e 11049 RS on 7th, i, .e 8 days in advance.
