I had ordered Moto G2 second generation from FLIPKART on 24th October 2014 and the same was dispatched by FLIPKART on 25th October 2014 itself through its partner DelhiVery. The product has reached its Mumbai Hub (Which is in Andheri East) on 26th october 2014 itself (image attached) but still the product has not been delivered. The delivery address is just 4 to 5 kms away in west side of Andheri. I contacted them yesterday and they gave me a lame reason that due to festivity load, they cannot deliver and will take 2 to 3 more day. Why the hell do they have to take orders then. If then order has reached them on 26th, why not deliver it. It dose not make any logical sense. Boo Delhivery Boo Flipkart.

    Replied me we lost your courier do what ever you want we cant help you.
    now i didt get help from flipkart as well as from the delhivery.

      I have ordered a product from Snapdeal on 13th Aug and still waiting for the item to get delivered... AWB no : [protected] When I tried to track, there is a message saying the consignee is not available. I seriously doubt their credibility. Are they cheating me? I have given my office address for delivery and I was in the office whole day. I also checked with security guard and they told no delivery guys came to office. I tried reaching the customer care number +[protected]. from 2 days and couldn't connect. Is there any way i can track / get my product?

        I would like to introduce my self as Gaurav Dabhi from Gujarat. I have buy few product from Flipkart through online shopping and delivery of Consignment suppose to be made by your courier company. I really Surprise when i have gone through online tracking of my consignment. It shows me wrong update and comment that "Customer requested to open consignment before payment". While the fact is that no one has came here to deliver the material and it is prepaid consignment whose payment already been made through online banking. I have tried to contact your localize offices and number you have Mentioned on your website but it is not working at all and no any Response from your company. I would request you to please dont put such wrong put blindly comments in tracking details without actually being contact to customer and without sending your delivery boy to deliver the consignment. For details you may check following tracking details and wrong statement updated by your courier service. I really dont understand that what the fraud is running behind this all and why you are updating status without doing delivery of material to mentioned address.           I was supposed to get package on 20th oct from Jabong through delhivery, but they didnt deliver it even though it reached bangalore. On 21st october i got a message saying that the package delivery is delayed and if i want urgent, i need to pick up from office. But the best part is their office address in their website itself is wrong. Its not in Infantry road and its shifted 6 months back. They have only one telephone number and its not always busy. Not able to reach them. Wanted to get package before Diwali and now am stuck in between. Very bad experience, please dont prefer delhivery. GoJavas is good.

            From day 1, when i got a message that they will come and take the product back, i never seen a person from them reaching my place.               I did an online purchase from paytm . The delivery date was 27 July and since i did not receive it. My awb no is[protected]. I have contacted the customer care several times but ththey only make excuses anand say to wait another and another 48 hrs. Please help me Iin resoving the matter.

                As i have order[protected]Order No.) Samsung Galaxy Core i8262, white worth RS 11049/- paid through online banking on 7th July 2014. Yet i haven't got the shipment delivered. Courier service is Delhivery and docket no. [protected] and the status on net shows as -In Transit-July 12, 2014, 11:12 p.m.-Shipment received by Delhivery at Indore Palasia (Madhya Pradesh). From 12th they have kept ideal at Indore Palasia. I made daily calls from 10th July but both Mobile store and Delhivery are making fool. None taking interest to solve this. When i called today 16th July at Delhivery they says the shipment has been lost. Isn't it something ridiculous feeling like a Joke.? Both are not giving clear cut idea whats wrong. I haven't got the phone yet, though i made Money payment i.e 11049 RS on 7th, i, .e 8 days in advance.                   Dear sir I had ordered a good from snapdeal and estimated dwlivery time was 5th june and now the courier service of. Delhivery is showing in transit rather they had recieved the shipment on 1 st june and no action had been taken to ship the courier to me.in trouble as i had acncelled my holiday plans till 5 th and now they are saying me to wait for 2-3 days . Please take an action on this worst delivery service

                  VERY POOR SERVICE

                  From last 3 days the status of my shipment if out for delivery (dispatched). I will stop ordering from snapdeal if they deliver my shipment again via Delhivery. Worst service.

                    I have ordered ([protected])my product through Snapdeal and the expected delivery was on date on 30 June 2014 but still they didn’t delivered. When called them then, they don’t have any answer and number of the local contact person and in the Tracking information they remarked completely fake and wrong information on my Awb([protected]) status. These guys are not punctual and they don’t have a Time importance. It’s just totally Bakwas service by them.

                      i had also got same experience from delhivery courier .http://track.delhivery.com/p/[protected] they returned my shipment due to no serviceable zone. anybody tell them if they have no serviceable zone so why they commit to deliver product. unfortunately i did make a damn mistake . plz hs18/snapdeal take some action otherwise.. one by one all peoples stop buying product from you.( i placed again a new product on hs18) and waiting for snapdeal product.

                        When you cant run a business just dont open it, and frustrate others...i seriously believe you are making a joke of courier services.pathetic & horrible. The tracking system is not updated, since 4 days its showing material is in hyd hub and not moving...i dont understand how you ppl can be so careless&casual...if nt improved you will be screwed soon.i just hope my order gets delivered today otherwise i will make sure that i share my views with all companies who use your services

                            On the 24th of May 2014 I purchased a Nikon D3300 DSLR Camera (Order Number - [protected], Tracking Number - [protected]), form Snapdeal. The date for it to be delivered was 28th of May 2014, but on the appointed day it did not arrive. For almost 2 days now I have been awaiting the delivery of the parcel, but to no avail. I have called up Snapdeal, and Delhivery, but neither are very helpful. Snapdeal, at the best managed to lodge a complaint for me, but for some reason that still has not sped up anything or made any difference. The people working at the Delhivery Call Center are extremely unprofessional, and I so wish that if I knew it was being done through Delhivery, I had ordered from Amazon.in. It has 1 day delivery, and you do not have to waste your hours calling them up and chasing them around the place. I seriously advise Snapdeal to stop using the services of Delhivery, as it is losing you a lot of business. I too will in the future reconsider buying from you if this kind of behaviour and poor service, informativity and experience is repeated. I hope you get thye chance to read this as it involves a lot of losses for you, and as well as the customers.

                              I have ordered a phone on Jan 9th through snap deal and they have promised to delivered on Jan 13th but the product reached chennai branch on Jan 11th. But still [Jan 17th] I haven't received the product. The product was shipped by Delhivery courier service. So I have Emailed to snapdeal but they have said that they are not responsible as they have dispatched the product through Delhivery Courier. So I have Emailed and Called many times to Delhivery customer support from Tuesday onwards and I received poor response and false statement that they will deliver the product by EOD [ from tuesday onwards]. Also none of the local guys contacted me regarding this. I have called many times but same response. So I have wasted all of my time in finding the local chennai branch address and contact details and there is no proper tracking system where i'm unable to find any exact details regarding the shipping... So much frustration and loss of money..So I need compensation from the company and immediate product dispatch

                                I have ordered a product from yepme.com, and it was supposed to get delivered two days back i.e 26-12-13 but till now i haven't received it. when i tracked my order the status says that twice the representative have come to my place but the door was locked, whereas i didn't receive a single call from the representative or anyone has really come but a false status has been updated on the website. Even all the contact information provided was o[censored]se as the numbers provided were not responding, even after three days the status in the same, morning i get an sms that my order has been dispatched for delivery but no one actually comes to deliver and this is not the first it's happenning like this. I request for an possible action against this unreliable courier service and i also request all the online buyers and e-commerce companies to not go for this courier service. My order from beautykafe (order id :[protected] is getting delivered through delhivery (tracking id : [protected]) As per the details on your site, the order have been received in pune. I need to confirm whether the order will be delivered by tomorrow or not. It is really important as I am going out of town for 7 days on Friday and I need the product before that. Please let me know what is the status and when it will be delivered and give the exact customer support number that I need to dail.

                                      Now that's not fair... Them IIT guys... Brilliant minds... You know... They all actually sit down and map the most optimal path to your house... Down to the smallest detail... Deliberations last at least a week... But if you're lucky enough to get your package, you have the ethereal peace in the knowledge that it traversed the most favorable path in the space-time continuum.
