The Delhivery is the worst courier agency I have come across in my life. I have order a product from YepMe on Aug 05, 2016 and the same was sent via Delhivery on Aug 06, 2016. But till today I have been struggling to get the courier. The Website is everytime showing different status and no one is bother to respond or call us and update the status.

Whenever called the customer care they everytime say that due to operational issues the order is delivered. They have been overloaded by the orders and they are unable to deliver on the committed time.

I have raised the complaint at Delhivery Customer Care but till now no response. The complaint number for the same is 10182 and that too without resolution till date.

Can someone wake these guys and explain them the meaning of customer service deliver on the committed time.

My order is not delivered. There was no phone calls nor any msg. Suddenly there is a msg saying that my order is been cancelled. How could this happen. The courier team should give a phone call to collect the package. But with out letting us know that the package has come how could they cancel the order. My order number was 0D[protected].l had ordered from my other number. Please do take necessary action.

I had got fake product which is secondhand shirts with wron size and bad colour (Your onlinestore shippment with awb number[protected] & order no. My name is subhajit manna. I am booking mi redmi note 3 gold 32g at 11th may 2016 rupees 11, 999/-. My products was delivered 12th may 2016 in my address, bt any another person was collect my products. So i am not satisfied of this courier company, they are did not check any id proof or not calling me in my number.. So i want to complaint against this courier company... Please do any urgently steps..

Delivery is very cheat courier, my pickup was done on 3rd April 16, and they have no details about the pickup..
I lost my pickup receipt, tried to ask AWB no they failed to tell the details, pickup was with tie-up with VOONIK, and voonik is also not having any details..
10 times i call them then they told me a AWB no on with the pickup was showing cancelled as i refused to give them the product..
These people are not helping me to find out where the product is, as my money is still with VOONIK, i have to get refund but no help from delhivery..
I have sms sent by delhivery for the pickup..
If i refused the pickup then why no sms or update regarding the cancellation of pickup by Delhivery & VOONIK also..
But the Delhivery has updated the wrong info on tracking details so VOONIK can do nothing..

Have faced delayed delibery from this courier service previously also, and now i ordered something from koovs, these guys are responsible for delivery and they changed the pincode by themselves, and say i have entered wrong pincode. Delivery delayed by 4 days.
Customer care not at all helpful, have been promising delivery next day And still where is my parcel lying i have no idea.

I am vivek from Chennai, I was placed order from Paytm and they are sent my parcel thru delhivery Courier awb no is s[protected] but now status is showing delivered but I am not received my parcel .. My question is how you guys are delivered product without ID proof ? there is no chance to get my relatives because I am only one living in Chennai And my location is very difficult to find so without calling you found my address and delivered the parcel.. Bravo. ... I need proper solution and explanation is required.

Note : Because of your Mistake, I am in under stress due to money and time involved.

They are the worst service providers in the market, maybe they provide you a low cost service but on a long run it will spoil your relationship with the customers. They are the most lazy bunch of people i have ever come across. I have experienced this atleast 20 times in the past 6 months, since the buyers like me do not have any control over selecting the courier service provider i had to face it again and again. They do not deliver products to most of the places, if they cannot do the delivery then why should they pick the order in the 1st place. They don't even update this to the respective customers, every customer might have some levels o[censored]rgency in receiving shipments but they are least bothered about it. I place this as a request to all dealers selling on online market, please do not use Delhivery courier service.

I had ordered a product on 6th January thru Paytm and it was to be delivered thru courier service "Delhivery'. tracking tool of courier services is showing that product has reached my city on 11th January but till now(15thJanuary) it has not been delivered to me. i've called both paytm and Delhivery but all in vain, waybill no[protected] paytm order no[protected]

I am suffering from this problem kindly resolve it as soon as possible and send back on my email id ..pay slip not slip not received

Very very bad couier company, delay in shipment and no update status Paytm has chosen most third class courier service..I ordered a laptop from Paytm on 19 Dec '15 and the estimated delivery was given to me was 2 or 3 days. When i called Delhivery on 24 dec they told me that your order is delayed and will be delivered by 48 hours When i called on after two day they told me that it will be delivered in next 24 hrs and on next days they say that due to Region Specific Off/Disturbance the delivery will take around 4-5 days. They just don't bother whatever users say, that why till now this problem is continued.I ordered Asus Zenfone through flipkart on Oct 16th and delivery date was on 29th of Oct.I didn't get it, so I contacted flipkart they said we assure you by Nov 2, again on that day I phoned them said the same thing and extended to Nov 5.It feeded up and went to the hub and collected the item.I Delhivery is waiting for Helicopters in sky to help them, if someone have it please send them.BEWARE "Delhivery=Free BP Spreaders in market for customers"AWB No:[protected]

A reverse pickup for my smartphone was arranged and scheduled on 06th october which eventually got completed on 10th Oct 2015 from Hyderabad. Upon tracking my order, i found that it has not yet moved from the current city.I called customer care multiple times and the only response that i got my their side was that they have initiated the request on high priority basis and it will be shipped soon. However it wasn't shipped until 18th, when the status actually changed to Bangalore (Destination city).. However, even now its 27th October 2015 and they haven't returned the Product to the Seller and upon calling the customer care representative, the only response that the executive say is that product will be be delivered with next 24-72 Hrs.

Sir I order a product from askmebazar .it is despatched through delivery services .it is arrived hyderabad hub. On[protected]. But I don't received it. It is only 4 km from that hub. I called customer care more than 6 times. But they don't give correct information .they told every time it is arrived in 2 days.. WAY BILL NO :[protected]

Hi, I have ordered a product in MEBELKART website 25 days back but still the product is not yet delivered to me. Surprisingly the courier reached Hyderabad city center a week back but still the product was not dispatched for delivery to the customer. When ever i tried reaching the Delhivery team, they are saying that they need 48 hours to deliver the product & noticeable thing is that the 48 hours time frame remain constant from the last 1 week. This is the utmost worst experience i ever had with any courier service provider till date, don't know the reason why these people are hesitant to deliver the product even though they received the consignment long back. I had ordered an item from Flipkart and the Delhivery courier sent us an sms on THREE DIFFERENT MORNINGS (12, 13, 15 September 2015) saying "Your package is out for delivery". And then an sms the same evening on all days saying "Your package could not be delivered, kindly contact customer care" I called their customer care on 12-Sep @ [protected] thinking we must have missed the courier. BUT the response was "We are having a problem at our Thane centre, the package hasn't been attempted for delivery yet". So I asked why did you send out the message in the morning then? NO ANSWER from the executive. THIS EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED ON 12, 13, 15 SEP. In the middle, I didn't get a single call back from Delhivery. I called them all the time to find out when the item will be delivered. Finally, they delivered it on 15 Sep after constant follow up by me.. Now, I find that ALL the calls have been charged, the number is not even toll-free! I HAD lodged a complaint at Flipkart regarding this too, but haven't received any call from them. Pathetic service from Delhivery. Cheap is also a compliment to them.

When i called Delhivery on 1 oct they tols me that your order is delayed and will be delivered by 2 oct When i called on 2 oct they told me that it will be delivered in next 24 hrs and on 3rd oct they say that due to Region Specific Off/Disturbance the delivery will take around 4-5 days.
