From day 1, when i got a message that they will come and take the product back, i never seen a person from them reaching my place. But status in their site is updated daily with some reason as "Customer did not have product available, Customer unavailable, Large size return shipment" and new status is "Customer does not want to return the product".
Product is not working at all, why i need to have a new product which is not working and when snapdeal agreed to take it back.

i personally went there waste my money.
the people Mr. Anil Branch manager.
Replied me we lost your courier do what ever you want we cant help you.
now i didt get help from flipkart as well as from the delhivery.
