Sir I order a product from askmebazar .it is despatched through delivery services .it is arrived hyderabad hub. On[protected]. But I don't received it. It is only 4 km from that hub. I called customer care more than 6 times. But they don't give correct information .they told every time it is arrived in 2 days.. WAY BILL NO :[protected]

Very poor service and negligence and very very worst courier service

get back my courier

      Hi, I have ordered a product in MEBELKART website 25 days back but still the product is not yet delivered to me. Surprisingly the courier reached Hyderabad city center a week back but still the product was not dispatched for delivery to the customer. When ever i tried reaching the Delhivery team, they are saying that they need 48 hours to deliver the product & noticeable thing is that the 48 hours time frame remain constant from the last 1 week. This is the utmost worst experience i ever had with any courier service provider till date, don't know the reason why these people are hesitant to deliver the product even though they received the consignment long back.         I had ordered an item from Flipkart and the Delhivery courier sent us an sms on THREE DIFFERENT MORNINGS (12, 13, 15 September 2015) saying "Your package is out for delivery". And then an sms the same evening on all days saying "Your package could not be delivered, kindly contact customer care" I called their customer care on 12-Sep @ [protected] thinking we must have missed the courier. BUT the response was "We are having a problem at our Thane centre, the package hasn't been attempted for delivery yet". So I asked why did you send out the message in the morning then? NO ANSWER from the executive. THIS EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED ON 12, 13, 15 SEP. In the middle, I didn't get a single call back from Delhivery. I called them all the time to find out when the item will be delivered. Finally, they delivered it on 15 Sep after constant follow up by me.. Now, I find that ALL the calls have been charged, the number is not even toll-free! I HAD lodged a complaint at Flipkart regarding this too, but haven't received any call from them. Pathetic service from Delhivery. Cheap is also a compliment to them.

          I ordered a Aus Power bank from Paytm on 23 Sep '15 and the estimated delivery was given to me was 1 oct 2015. When i called Delhivery on 1 oct they tols me that your order is delayed and will be delivered by 2 oct When i called on 2 oct they told me that it will be delivered in next 24 hrs and on 3rd oct they say that due to Region Specific Off/Disturbance the delivery will take around 4-5 days. In all this scenario the customer is never communicated for delay in delivery date.

            I ordered a pair shoes in flipkart on 13th Sept 2015. (Order ID OD[protected] which would be delivered on or before 21st Sept 2015. But till now the I have not received it. Status shows that the shoes will be delivered by Delhivery courier.( Tracking ID[protected]. When I am tracking it, it shows " undispatched due to shortage of man power". What the hell is that? Why flipkart use this type of courier company? When I will able to receive it?

                Hi,

                My awb number :[protected] and the status is cancelled / returned.
                No one has contacted me for delivery of the product. They have cancelled it by them self.
                Call centre executives are telling the same thing what is displayed on the website they are not forwarding the issue to next level if they have.
                I mailed them the issue on customer. [protected]@delhivery.com but no response.
                Tried to reach there local office address which is given by them but is is purely fake and they don't have there contact information. . Address was

                I am not sure where to go now.

                    delivery boy did not visited the premises and informed the company that house is locked for two days i.e. on 11/07/15 and 12/7/15.when i was present at home for all the time. he even didt bother to call if the house was not traceable. pl. do the needful and take disciplenery action against culprit.sush type of action affects the reputation of company.

                      Delhivery Prepaid Shipment Tracking ID: [protected]. They have merged with 3rd class local courier companies who deal in Lallu Panjuitems like moving garbage.They really dont care how much you paid to get your parcel quick. They are just so lazy or jobless that they actually would be waiting for 3 4 parcels to arrive in week and than they would hire some pedal cycleguy on a day basis to deliver the item.Otherwise tell me why these people keep the parcel for 4 5 days in their offices? I read this same problem by many people from different cities.What we can do is ask seller not to ship via Delhivery while placing an order and if Seller still chooses Delhivery just Cancel the order ! have been found.

                        How these works. 1. They kept the product at destination city for 5-7 days intentionally. everyday morning SMS you stating its out for delivery. evening at 6 or 8 PM another SMS informing they were unable to deliver the product. 2. You will spend you energy and money by calling customer care. 3. Fake promises of delivery very next day. 4. After 5 so called "attempts" daily your product will return to origin city and subsequently you no longer gets the product. 5. You may also see updates stating you asked for delayed delivery when you have no such intentions in the first place. 6. Customer care is courteous enough to read out the same status that you see online and accuse you for not being at home when they came for delivery! 7. OK. i stay in an apartment and security log book doesn't show your kind visit with divine parcel? what next, sorry sir we will delivery it tomorrow. 8. Well in this era what about phone call? oh sorry sir we don't believe in phone calls. we deliver that's it. since you mentioned about a phone call, congratulations our honorable delivery person will call you tomorrow before delivery - and that never happens. 9. Next day when you call again they will accuse your phone isn't working please give alternate number! well that lie can be nailed very next day when you don't get a call to that no. as well. 10. OK. can i have the delivery person phone number so that i can guide him to my place ? Sorry sir we work through emails to the branch, no such details with us. we will notify them again on priority that you have phoned us again so that delivery will be done today - nothing happens. 11. OK can i have the bangalore (singa sandra) address? here it is, no 2063, 15th cross, 16th Main AECS Layout, kudlu - I roamed around that place, have seen 15th cross of 16th main of AECS Layout but not this site no. could be a vacant plot - I don't know how someone sitting at gurgaon can fool me with this address. Those who get parcel from them are 100% lucky and enough blessed to won million dollars if they take lottery.
                        Yes...all points given above happened to me more than once... I used to give a note whenever I order online which looks something like this..."if you sent the parcel through Delhivery i will cancel the order..."

                          I had ordered a parcel from a particular website and delhivery was in charge of delivery. On the first day, my parcel went out for delivery but never reached me. I am at home the entire day, and when I emailed customer support, it contained a line of apology. The second day, being a proper week day with no bank holiday, the parcel didn't come out for delivery. Neither did it on the 3rd and 4th day. I emailed customer support, but it was the same single sentence apology, and a promise it will reach me tomorrow. The 5th day it came out for delivery but never reached me again. I called customer care during its given working hours but nobody answered. Customer care emailed me back with the same sentence. Now it so happened that the next day I would have to leave the city for 6-8 months and nobody would be available at my residence. My product took more than 15 days to be delivered to me, and I had to cancel hotel reservations and other travel bookings nearing to Rs. 20, 000, out of which none was refundable. I had to postpone my entire plan to next month due to lack of vacancy, simply due to a parcel. When the courier guy came and I asked him, he was very rude to me and said things like we will deliver whenever we want to, you have already paid us, hamari marzi, hum jo karna chahte he wo karenge. I was very frustrated by this comment of his and didn't check the parcel properly. After I signed and he left, I saw the packaging was damaged and the one of the contents inside was almost destroyed due to mishandling of the package. I contacted customer care again but no reply. When I call the helpline number the customer care executive keeps saying this Waybill number is non-existent. I need some compensation for all this inconvenience. This is unforgivable.

                              Absolutely HORRIBLE logistics service!! WORST logistics service I've ever experienced. These Delhivery clowns have been transferring my shipment to every nook and cranny of Delhi for last 4 days.They add to IST then recieve it, again add to IST and recieve again.This cycle has been going on for last 4 days.For the hell sake what is this IST ? Imecile Stupid Thugs ? Never seen DHL, FedEx or Blue Dart using such terms.Probably, it's one of the Code words, used by these crooks to communicate secretly. Guys, BOYCOTT "Delhivery" and Flipkart as well ( If Flipkart continues to ship orders via Delhivery ) .Do these wake up from their sleep ever or customer care is just there to fool the customers.I believe, India is the only country where customer is never a king rather first they pay and then they starve for the services for which they pay and this is only because the sellers know that nothing is going to happen to them, they do not fear the law here. One of the biggest reason behind their careless attitude is that "These sellers have never faced strong action against them".Such shameless behavior is just appalling on the part of these crooks.Sometimes it shameful to be part of such a system.Time to drag these thugs to the consumer court and teach them a lesson. Here is the mail I sent to Customer Care of Delhivery and Flipkart : Dear Sir/Madam, Yes, you understand customer's concern but still do nothing except making lame excuses.Did you bother to check the status of my shipment ? Did you even try to make Delhivery guys explain the delay ?Oh, please!Don't tell me how to track my shipment.I am not asking for a shipment tracking tutorial.I am writing regarding my shipment which was shipped by you via Crippled Snail Courier Service Delhivery. Can you explain just one thing ? I orderd 3 items.One item was shipped from Delhi and other 2 items were shipped from Bengaluru.How come the item which was shipped from Delhi is still making rounds in Delhi (which is just 240 Km from Dehradun ) for last 3 days while other 2 items, which were shipped from Bengaluru, Karnataka ( which is farther ) have been delivered. I understand that time involves various factors but which factor might be causing delay in this case ? Probably, those crooks are busy tampering shipments, right ? My consignment was dispatched to "Delhivery Prepaid" within 7 hours of the placement of my order ( Dec 25, 6.45 AM ).It has been 3 days and it's still in Delhi.Is my consignment hatching eggs in Delhi or getting some sort of "Delhi Darshan " tour ? For how long Delhivery crooks are going to sit on top my consignment to hatch ? Everytime I talk to Delhivery customer care, they repeat the same thing i.e. will arrange the delivery in next 24 hours /will try to deliver today etc.I m just fed up and upset that why i ordered on Flipkart.Absolutely horrible experience!! Your courier partner Delhivery is tarnashing the Brand Image of Flipkart and you are equally responsible for that as you don't bother to keep them in check, you don't question them and let them maculate your image. If you think I am the only one who is whining and my case is just an exception, you are WRONG.Delhivery has a trait of delayed deliveries and these take customers as granted.People have started calling them LIAR.Wanna see their report card ? FLIPKART and DELHIVERY COURIER - BIG NAME BUT PATHETIC SERVICE.You need to learn from Amazon and Snapdeal.Self proclaimed "Megastore" TAG won't do any good and you will inevitably lose your market share to other competitors like Amazon, Snapdeal, Jabong, Ebay and others who are providing better, fast shipping and mark their words. I am gonna give negative feedback about Flipkart and thugs of your Snail Courier Service Delhivery on the feedback segment of all the online stores I have been purchasing from, different consumer complaint forums including my facebook and twitter for sure. It's funny that at one hand govt is running 'Jaago Grahak Jaago' campaign while Delhivery thugs provide pathetic courier services as the lowest grade courier services and it's management seems hell bent to do nothing about it. Anyway, I have attached some screenshots.Hope you check, understand and get a CLUE.I am very disappointed and in near future I will think twice before placing an order on Flipkart.Such disregard and unprofessional attitude towards customers cannot be tolerated in this day and age where many companies are fighting for valuable customers.I hope you will make those imbecile unthinking humanoids of Delhivery deliver my shipment as soon as possible and take action against people who are responsible for the delay. I know, it’s asking a lot from what appears to dumb dopey drones drooling along helplessly living their mediocre existence, working at Flipkart and Delhivery, but I am ever the optimist. Thank you

                                      My Courier Tracking number-[protected] since 21st it showing me in ahmedabad hub. i personally went there waste my money. the people Mr. Anil Branch manager. Replied me we lost your courier do what ever you want we cant help you. now i didt get help from flipkart as well as from the delhivery. my Mobile number is [protected]. i have number of proof its recording conversion i will make a police complain agints delhivery

                                        I had ordered Moto G2 second generation from FLIPKART on 24th October 2014 and the same was dispatched by FLIPKART on 25th October 2014 itself through its partner DelhiVery. The product has reached its Mumbai Hub (Which is in Andheri East) on 26th october 2014 itself (image attached) but still the product has not been delivered. The delivery address is just 4 to 5 kms away in west side of Andheri. I contacted them yesterday and they gave me a lame reason that due to festivity load, they cannot deliver and will take 2 to 3 more day. Why the hell do they have to take orders then. If then order has reached them on 26th, why not deliver it. It dose not make any logical sense. Boo Delhivery Boo Flipkart.
