Tracking id[protected]
ordered an item on 14th march and they sent it via Delhivery on 16th march. The expected delivery date was 21st march in the tracking site. The item arrived on the neatest hub on 21st itself. But the expected delivery date changed to 22nd. On 22nd, they changed to 23rd and now it is showing 24th. I ordered the product to use for a function, but due to this delay i couldn't use it and had to purchase another one. If the courier company can't fulfill the delivery on promised date, there is no point in running a company like this.
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
