Sir/Mam, My Shipment AWB NUMBER : [protected] has Got Misrouted even though i had given the right address... So Kindly Resolve this Issue as Soon as Possible and Deliver it to me as Soon as Possible .. Since it is really Urgent.

Parcel reached mangalore 4 days ago.Didnt get on time.when track it shows first Aprl 17, then 18, 19, 20 and today shows aprl 21.its for Eid .why like this

I have a delivery scheduled to day for AWB No. [protected] but i am out of station for some days and even tried to reach your customer care but didnt go through. Request you to deliver the card to my brother in the same building i.e, R-6/4 Jai Shree Dhan Bangur Nagar Goregaon West Mumbai 400104.

I have made a purchase from a dealer on 16th of April 2023.The order is shipped through delhivery corriers with a tracking id[protected].But i am not able to find the status of the parcel using the tracking id provided.The parcel ir eid attire so i want to receive it as early as possible.

I am writing to raise a complaint about the courier delivery that was provided to me recently. I had placed an order with Maxhbi.com which was supposed to be delivered on 14 April 2023, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive it. The situation has been further compounded by the unprofessional behavior of your courier personnel, who not only made false promises but also behaved rudely with me.

On the day of the delivery, I received a call from the courier person who informed me that my order was ready for delivery. However, when I protested that the delivery address was correct, he told me to come 4km away from the given address to take delivery of the order. When I requested him to deliver the order at the mentioned address, he disconnected the call without providing any satisfactory explanation.

For the next three days, I received false updates claiming that my phone was unreachable, even though no one from your company had tried to contact me. This was very frustrating and caused a lot of inconvenience to me.

I have also raised my concerns over Twitter (https://twitter.com/sdhillon2256/status/[protected] and your customer support team over the app (Reference number as follow : 59749587, 59673348,[protected], but I am yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. Additionally, I have filed a consumer complaint at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ against the mishandling of my delivery and I will be taking this further to court without fail as this is a gross violation of every law and i don't care how much time and resources i have to dedicate for the same.

I am highly disappointed with the quality of service provided by your company, and I strongly request you to take strict action against the branch responsible for mishandling my delivery. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a timeline for resolving this issue, as it has already caused me considerable inconvenience.

I look forward to hearing back from you soon with a resolution to my complaint.

Delhivery.com continues to state that the product has not been picked up from the seller, without giving any detail of why it is the case.

Delhivery lost my courier after complaining here they revert me that they will refund my amount within 7 days now it's almost 15 days i didn't get anything. This is really so disgusting🤢.

My AWB:[protected] with Delhivery is supposed to reach me 1 week back. It was picked up in Hyderabad and supposed to deliver in Hyderabad. There is no update on the delivery yet. They already took a week to deliver within same city and product is not yet delivered. Tried reaching their customer care unfortunately not available. Raised a Support Ticket with Ref#: 59221119 with no resolution yet. Delivery date in the app keeps on changing 1 day.
Please help me with this.

265 Rs debited from my account but the Delhivery app shows payment status as failed. The delhivery contact person (+[protected] said that I have to pay additional Rs 2 and shared a link with me through SMS. He told me to share UPI pin in the form to either updated the courier status or I will have to forfeit the entire 265 Rs amount, as it will not be credited back to me!!! Please refund me back this 265 Rs I payed today!

Your company is completely FARUD YOU ARE DISTORTING YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS. I PROVIDED THEM ALL PROOFS AND THEY REJECTED ALL CLAIMS AND ALSO FOR TEMPERED SHIPMENTS. Why delhivery i trusted you most but why i m not able to process that i lost 25000 5 packets by your company.

A pathetic and worst experience with Delhivery and their app is really useless. I had booked an Express shipment from Bangalore to Mumbai by paying the additional amount with the orignal date of delivery to be 1st Apr'23 and its been 7 days past that the package has still not been delivered. Everytime you open the app to check for the delivery status, the delivery date is pushed by 1 day. I even tried raising a complaint on the app but didn't get any response. I have been following up everyday but they simply push the date of delivery everyday.
A really worst experience with full hassle especially when i have paid an extra amount for the faster delivery.

Booked my parcel 16 days before, not yet received from Thane to Bangalore. Raised so many complaints, none aare responded with. Tracking shows the next day it' ll b delivered, thrice they had postponed, 5th April 7th April n 8 th April. I don't have any phone number so I can call them, n u don't knoew from where I can personally go n collect the courier my self. I had ordered from CRED store. I don't know why the product got returned after reaching my hometown. The itanagar branch of delhivery near Gandhi park is most unprofessional and unethical ever I have faced in my lifetime

Refund for my payment
On 16th March 2023 I've paid Rs. 137.50 twice via UPI to delhiverypvtltd.[protected]@ici to ship my packet. but both payment failed and amount deducted from account. but the third time I had to make it again using card and the payment was successful. In other words, I was debited thrice. Please provide refund for my two payment to Delhivery Private Limited ₹275.

I’ve ordered heart related medicine from filpkart health plus with the order id: [protected] and then the delivery agent tried to deliver it one day before the expected date of delivery when i was not at home therefore i asked the delivery boy to deliver it on second day because these medicines are required very much but he did not came to deliver medicines inspite of my request to him. Please register a complain against the delhivery agent based on chhatarpur m.p 471001. because they are just playing monopoly and not taking anything serious with the peoples request.

One of my vendors shipped one parcel through Delhivery Surface 10KG. Details are below:

It was supposed to ship by 31st March 2023 but somehow delivery dates changed to 1st April. On 1st April, around 3 PM, the status of the parcel changed to "Delivered" however I haven't received neither any call from the agent nor the parcel.

I called customer support multiple times but there were more focused to explain the protocol rather than assisting me. It's been 4 days since I am chasing the customer support executive but I haven't received a single clue.
