I’ve ordered heart related medicine from filpkart health plus with the order id: [protected] and then the delivery agent tried to deliver it one day before the expected date of delivery when i was not at home therefore i asked the delivery boy to deliver it on second day because these medicines are required very much but he did not came to deliver medicines inspite of my request to him. Please register a complain against the delhivery agent based on chhatarpur m.p 471001. because they are just playing monopoly and not taking anything serious with the peoples request.

    Hi,

    One of my vendors shipped one parcel through Delhivery Surface 10KG. Details are below:

    Tracking - [protected]
    Order No - 354cde29-20b3-4fce-acd2-a

    It was supposed to ship by 31st March 2023 but somehow delivery dates changed to 1st April. On 1st April, around 3 PM, the status of the parcel changed to "Delivered" however I haven't received neither any call from the agent nor the parcel.

    I called customer support multiple times but there were more focused to explain the protocol rather than assisting me. It's been 4 days since I am chasing the customer support executive but I haven't received a single clue.

      I ordered an item from Amazon they sheduled delivery on 31st march and I didn’t get the order from Amazon they sheduled & I got a message from Amazon that my delivery was rescheduled on customer request but I didn’t requested for reschedule delivery & again they rescheduled delivery on 1st April & again on 2nd April i didn’t get my order delivered then again happened the same thing on 3rd April this issue with your delivery is not yet resolved please do something for my order to deliver as soon as possible

          Tracking ID/AWB - [protected], was supposed to receive the shipment for a T-shirt delivery from DHEER FRANCHISE from Delhivery courier service but the shipment was not delivered for some reason, now I am unable to track the shipment from Delhivery's website and there is no contact information available for me to reach out to them. I am raising a complaint here in the hope that it gets resolved quickly.

            My order [protected] has been delayed, the estimated delivery date was shown as 02/04/2023, the parcel had reached my city 1 day prior to the delivery date, so i was expecting it on 02/04/2023.
            Now their website updates the delivery to be done by 03/04/2023, I have no idea if they're gonna deliver it as promised, I wouldn't mind the delay if I haven't had an emergency. Even tho the parcel has reached the nearest hub they aren't sharing any information, otherwise I would have collected it myself from there.

              I made two transactions through GooglePay to Delhivery of Rs. 463 on 14th March 2023 at 05:54 pm and 05:56 pm respectively from my Delhivery account linked with phone number [protected]. Both of the transactions failed and I received a refund for only the first transaction which was done at 05:54 pm. It's been more than a week now and I have constantly tried to raise a ticket on the Delhivery app but there was no response. I even contacted GooglePay customer support and confirmed that the payment was done from their end to Delhivery.

              I even tried contacting Delhivery Customer Support but none of their helplines were working.

                I placed an order for samsung TV on 29 march 2023, it reached bangalore hoskote delivery Centre on[protected] at morning 10 AM, It showed that delivery will be done on 1st April, I checked the delhivery order status on 1 st april it started showing that order is delayed and now it will be delivered on 2nd of April. There is no customer executive to talk to or co-ordinate or raise concerns. Since the package reached banglore on 31-03-23 they could have sent it for delivery on same day yet they are delaying the delivery by 48-72 hrs

                      Worst Courier Service of India

                      They don't have a dedicated customer care support number to whom we can contact, also they don't provide delivery guys number.
                      My shipment from Samsung is stuck at destination location from more than one week and their system tracking gives lame status like putting in bag and taking out. Not a single call made to end user to enquire about address but in system they will enter address not reachable....

                        I had booked a parcel (AWB No[protected] for Ludhaina on[protected] from Gurgaon with DELHIVERY they people don't have any customer support number no response from their website, my parcel is delivered on[protected] after 20 days so my humble request to all people not to deal with such kind of irresponsible company.

                            My order with AWB no.[protected]
                            is put to HOLD from past 5 days. No further update since then. No customer care number to reach out. Fake numbers are floated on net to fool customers by taking OTP.

                            Pls help me with below:
                            1) Delivery of my parcel.
                            2) Strict action against frauds who are fooling customers by obtaining OTP for providing tracking status.

                              I shipped one parcel 6 march after that there is no any update. The delevery date was getting change every 2 days and it's getting delayed. Custom care stop responding to my mail so I decided to complain here about this incident. Today they respond me that they lost my parcel and make that issue resolved. What the hell they are doing. Is it joke for them? Which kind of services they are providing. Bloody fraud.

                                On hold: destination unable to receive

                                My package has been delayed 1 week. It is in my city’s delhivery hub but they are not able to deliver it. It says destination unable to receive. Everyday the delivery date changes to the next day. They are not replying to the ticket also....

                                My Order Tracking Id is AWB[protected]. Order is not picked up since 23rd March, 2023. Nobody came to pickup order. Instead I'm getting false messages from delhivery on daily basis. I'm fed up writing them multiple times on their website or through email. I'm unable to cancel the order as well

                                  It's high time now.I am not getting proper information from there side. It should be delever by 12 March it self. But now it's 27 and no any update. I really don't know what they people did with my parcel. I am really worried about it.its really important for me. They are not taking things seriously or they are fraud. Helpless.. It's showing that it's still in Kanpur. How can its possible. I just want that to take a big action against this company. Such a thief.
