My Order Tracking Id is AWB[protected]. Order is not picked up since 23rd March, 2023. Nobody came to pickup order. Instead I'm getting false messages from delhivery on daily basis. I'm fed up writing them multiple times on their website or through email. I'm unable to cancel the order as well. No contact number is reachable.

Kindly cancel my order and refund my money so that I can place order with other courier service.

No contact no. is reachable. I wrote multiple complaints through their websites and also wrote the mail. No action is taken so far. Please cancel my order and refund my money.

I shipped one courier on 6th March and it was fast delevery now it's 20 days. I didn't get my parcel and it's getting delayed day by day. Now these people now responding to my mails. The worst company I ever seen. It should be closed. They are bloody fraud.

I am unble to express my grief

I have ordered purse from chiselmallet bangalore and they choose to deliver it through delhivery partner. Seller and my self both stay in bangalore (10 km ) distance and its been 10 days i have not got any staus my seller complaint and asked delhivery to return the o seller. Its been 2 days even parcel is not sent to seller.

I have raised a request for finding missing item from delivered parcels but no action is being taken on the ticket. Could someone please share any email id or contact number to reach out to anyone who could help me in resolution from delhivery team... its been 20 days since item got delivered. At source we checked the video and they have sent the parcel.

Just to add that i have insured my product and this is laughable to even assume what would have happened in case of destruction or full missing

Sir [protected] is the contact no. of courier agent who pickup my product my tracking id [protected] . The product was picked up from me on 20th March at 04:15 PM approximately but on that day pickup status showing incomplete after that day my pickup was cancelled how it possible once pickup already done on 20th March them how it will cancelled on 21st March. I rise a ticket on my problem on same date 20th March but you guys doesn't help me. Ticket Id is 58445758 .

If my problem is not solve with in 48 hrs I will fight with you guys legally. This is my information notice solve my problem other wise wait for my Action.

ordered an item on 14th march and they sent it via Delhivery on 16th march. The expected delivery date was 21st march in the tracking site. The item arrived on the neatest hub on 21st itself. But the expected delivery date changed to 22nd. On 22nd, they changed to 23rd and now it is showing 24th. I ordered the product to use for a function, but due to this delay i couldn't use it and had to purchase another one. If the courier company can't fulfill the delivery on promised date, there is no point in running a company like this.

My company has provided me a welcome kit it consist pen diary mug sipper and mobile stand and this shipment was going to take on 15th march and on the app of delhivery its saying it has been delivered but i haven't receive my shipment its been more than 5 6 days and i have raised more than 4 tickets but they are just delaying more and more and there are no actions taken by the team of delhivery. and now i want to raise a complaint against them i want my shipment as soon as possible

Update shows delivery attempt failed because i am unavailable...But nobody called me for deliver the product... Please deliver my order

I used AWB#[protected] to get a package from Raipur to Bangalore. Unfortunately only 1 part of parcel came and other one is still missing.

I was pushed to give OTP during part delivery of the parcel and delivery guy mentioned that other part of the package will come soon

and Deliver it to me As Fast As Possible "TODAY ITSELF" Due To Urgency . So, Kindly Speed Up and Deliver the Package To Me without any further delays and also Update the Status of the Shipment.

On July 2nd, 2022, a mattress approximately worth rupees 10000 was shipped via Delhivery from my Lucknow residence to my parents' home in Shahjahanpur. Pick-up from Lucknow was taken by Delhivery and was promised that it would be delivered within a week, tracking id AWB=[protected]. My parents are aged and have back problem and thats why it was bought to support them in their physical sickness. On checking with Delhivery's tracking site, it was shown to be in Delhivery hub in Haryana on 4th July. Since then many attempts have been made to find the mattress but all in vain as Delhivery does not have any customer support number or email-id. I called their office in Lucknow which had arranged for pickup of mattress, there I was informed that I should forget about my mattress and should let it go as Delhivery can not be contacted by any means and that they are not afraid of honb'le Consumer Court as well.

I have ordered from Amazon, the product is being shipped by delhivery courier service, it was supposed to be delivered by 13th march, 23. Today is 16th March 23, the shipment has arrived at destination on 15th March 23, they have updated nor tried for delivery of my product. Many complaints has been raised by they have not responded. Very poor customer care support and service.
