I requested to ship a package through Delhivery AWBN: so on so

On February 25, 2023, it was supposed to be picked up, but it wasn't, and

It is rescheduled for February 27. Still no one has arrived from Delhivery, and there has been no contact from the pick-up; the current status is pickup not attempted.

Either there is no customer service number where complaints may be made, or complaints can only be made by email and receive an improper response.

Friends should avoid Delhivery courier; another courier service should be found.

    I ordered sketchers Go walk clog of size 5UK worth 1599 from sketchers. in. on 13/02/2023. but I got the wrong size of 7 UK on 16/02/2023. so I placed a return request on that day. The Delhivery branch of lingam pally Hyderabad was supposed to take the product back. they initialize the pickup also with AWB[protected]. now it's 27/02/23 and they didn't take the product back yet. at first, the pickup staff took my phone and said they will collect it. But now it's more than 10 days and now they are not picking up my calls and if they accidentally pick up the call they are behaving arrogantly. The contact number of the pickup staff is [protected]. I need a refund for that value of money from the sketchers and the Delhivery should take the product back urgently.

      My order was going to come on 21st
      February but they didn't delivered my ordered and when i checked on their app it showed receiver cancelled or refused order
      . I didn't even get a call from delhivery and they marked the status by themselves that i refused it. It is a complete fraud and it's really urgent for me. Please help me with my order. I don't want to see the delivery date keeps on increasing.

        I have placed the order (3 items) on 18 Feb 2023 and the shipment delivery date was 23 Feb 2023, but still shipment not deliver to me only one item I have received on 23 Feb 2023. And delivery partners misbehaving with me bloody ###

          I have raised so many complaints regarding a delivery.iam a client at delhivery courier.Recently i had send a courier to parappa near kasergode district.it was out for delivery on Feb 20th. And by end of the day it was marked as Consignee unavailable without calling the customer.Next day also same thing happened.i raised so many complaints regarding this and i didn't get any proper response from them.next day it was out for delivery and by EOD it was marked as customer asked for open delivery and same as before they didn't even call the customer.i actually contact the customer so many times and i had sent the recording proof to delhivery team and no response I get from them. Now the order is marked as cancel and returning to my place.

              I have booked a parcel pickup through Delivery courier from Bangalore to Balaghat, But at the time of delivery wrong parcel got delivered.
              The parcel that got delivered to me was of Mr. Sukumar which lives in
              Mumbai. contacted him the same day and got to know that my parcel got delivered to him. We both have submitted multiple complaints on Delhivery app regarding the delivery of wrong package but their support team is not at all responding to both o[censored]s.
              After some tries I was able to pull off the Bangalore office manager Mr.
              Gurumal Phone no. but as soon as I told him that I got the wrong package he stopped picking up calls and continuously start to avoid it. and this is not the only case I faced this type of behaviour many times from Delhivery.

                After seller confirmed the prepaid order for address, they shipped the item via Delhivery on 11th Feb, the item arrived to Bangalore on 17th Feb itself
                Now, from 17th feb to till date there is no update from Delhivery team about my package.
                Its a harassment that even after repeatedly informing Delhivery team frequently and raising question, they just keep on changing the dates as per their wish without even confirming with me

                    My AWB is[protected] and it is lying on final delivery center for last 2 days and they are not delivering such a waste company customer doesnt have any phone number to contact, Only option is to raise ticket which they reply after 48 hrs

                      I ordered a product on meesho and it's expected delivery as on 21st February 2023. Today is 23 rd February and while tracking the estimated delivery date is on tomorrow.. the product is arrived on 15 th February at coimbatore delhivery centre and it's been 8 days that the product is not shipped to Thrissur.. it's take only one night or one day travel to arrive the product from coimbatore to Thrissur.. very bad service from the side of delhivery courier centre and the contact number provided on the site is not valid. Don't know how to contact them...very bad experience

                        This is regarding my order with tracking I'd [protected]. I was suppose to receive my order on 20th of February but their seems to be no update regarding my order on the website. I am using my phone number to get the update which I think is not linked with the order. I have tried calling the customer care but due to complex system I am not able to reach out to them regarding the order. Now the website is just postponing the day of delivery and the order seems to stuck at one place which is Hyderabad transit and there is no update since it has reached Hyderabad transit. I would like to get some update regarding the order, be it they have lost it or they are going to send it some other day but I would just like to get informed.

                            I am Seller from Meesho, From 1st Feb to till date 20th Feb I am not receiving My return parcel but no one bother to sought the issue, First of all there is no OTP verification only they are taking stamp of the receiver, I had received revert from Delhivery attaching one paper with stamp of another vendor who had collected the parcel instead of giving parcel to me they are serving some another vendor. Please check this is very serious issue, Unnecessary company has to bear the loss by giving loss compensation. My number is [protected] and my name is Hafizul Lasker from India Mumbai.

                              My friend ordered some items from Giva and while ordering she entered wrong contact number which was changed later. Delhivery shared the AWB number which is showing status as delivered but I did not receive anything.
                              Now no one is responding. Please help

                                I am suppose to get a trolley bag sent by Larsen and Toubro group as a gift, Regarding which I got the OTP on 1st Feb 2023 for delivery and delivery person called and told me in evening that it will be delivered by 2nd Feb 2023 Morning (Parcel is in Sewri which is only 3 Km away from my place), after which I was waiting for 2 days but parcel did not come so, raised a ticket in delhivery portal mentioning all the details. To which they replied saying that they will try to deliver as soon as possible.

                                Again I waited for 5 days, on 8th raised another ticket to which also they replied in similar way but nothing potential happened.
                                Since then I am just waiting, there is no response from them nor even a update on my tickets which I raised earlier.
                                I am try to reach out them over mails and calls but there is no response.
                                On there portal every day the delivery date gets updated to next day and this is happening from last 20 days.

                                Kindy help me in getting the parcel as soon as possible.

                                Suddenly, today afternoon I got a call from delivery guy and he just confirmed the address and within half and hour he delivered the parcel... I asked him what caused so much delay but he said he has recently joined and has no idea about the delay in delivery.

                                  On 13 february i booked a parcel which consisted of documents regarding an application form and as the last day was near i booked an express delivery and paid online for the same. The pick up slot given to me was between 7am to 7 pm... I waited and waited but nobody came for the pick up and i panicked as it was a question of my career and it was a very important document. I have to send it via dtdc for which i have to pay a lot of money as now with loss of one day i have to send it via ultra fast delivery.
                                  I raised a ticket with them awb#[protected] but even after repeated reminders they did not respond nor is my money refunded.
                                  The only way to contact them is through raising a ticket, they don't have a phone number to contact, and they don't respond to tickets.
                                  I just feel so cheated, as i trusted them with my career but they were so reckless and now they are not responding nor are they refunding my money

                                        I lost my phone number which was used while providing the address. But my adress was very clear and everyone in my locality knows me very well. If the delivery person tried to deliver the product I would have easily got my product even without contact number. There is no customer care number or support contact. Now the product is getting returned to seller. Now I have to pay extra money for reshipping. I want a companion, Apology as well as reform to the customer support in the company.
