We ordered 9 deos from smytten and 6 are missing. We complaint on smytten also but they show no issue from their side. When this package is delivered by you. There are 2 delivery boys, the products are missing because of them

I placed an order of shipment on 9th march 2023, for which they took delivery charges of around rs. 317, but due to some reason it got cancelled and received refund of rs. 3.17
I demand for full refund, if not I want to know the reason.

I had a by road shipment from bangalore on 3rd Mar 2023 which was supposed to get delivered by 9th Mar 2023 at bhubaneswar and I had paid extra charges for wooden boxes as there were fragile items and were packed organic grocery items that was sent for a business transaction. I had recieved a call from Delhivery Delhivery on 9th late evening (their logistics partner it seems) that the shipment had reached on 9th but as it was too late, i requested them to deliver next morning. Thereafter they just vanished and stopped picking up calls and when i complained at hindustan packers formally by mail(prior to that msgs and calls were not responded in the right way) i and my employees have been on call the entire day with the hindustan packers and dehlivery where they kept saying that it’s getting delivered in next 1 hour and when asked what is taking them so long, they were rude in their behaviour and all they said was to do whatever complaint you want but we are not bothered. The shipment reached my office around 7pm evening on 14th mar in a bad condition where most of my items were missing, broken, spoilt and the packing wasn’t done in the right way as promised. My employees who were present were forced to sign on the receiving papers (received all items in good condition) without which they shall be taking back the shipment forcibly. They were also abusive towards one of my female employee and finally when the police reached they immediately left the office premises. Pictures and invoice copy are attached.

I raised a pick up request for a parcel to be delivered from Lucknow to Bangalore. It was picked on 11th of Feb and as per the App Status supposed to be delivered by 21st feb. In the Status Updated, It is showing that it has reached to the Bangalore facility on 17th Feb. I wasted till 21st Feb and by the evening they extended it for the 22nd Feb. This happened for next 5 days. I raised a URGENT DELIVERY request/question on their App (Screen shot attached). To which they replied that it will delivered very soon. Since then they are extending the delivery date to the next day. I am very concern about my package. It has some costly clothings. Pls help to get this resolved. Moving Force India Packers & Movers wherein I wanted my parcel that is (1Ton window AC) to be shipped from WADALA (Mumbai) to CAMPIERGANJ (Gorakhpur)
they told me that my parcel will be shipped through Delhivery partner within 7 days and gave me the receipt from Delhivery partner ...they have also provided me a receipt from Delhivery wherein the LRN number is[protected] and now the guy who came for pickup from moving force is now not answering my call at all.

Close your Malappuram centre. If you are not ready to deliver the items please close. Your centre at Malappuram Kerala with immediate effect. So our senders will choose other responsible courier services available in Malappuram. They are holding the items without even trying to attempt the delivery and update status as delivery failed. This is not the first time complaining against this centre but there were no response from the part of delhivery. If you are not able to resolve issues and are not ready to delivery services why cheating customers like this. Our valuable items are lost becuase lf this irresponsible behavior and late deliveries. Please close the centre with immediate effect so that we can avail services of other courier companies. We are going to file a case claiming compensation for the losses we faced because of you. So find a solution as soon as possible and close or cancel your franchise at Malappuram Kerala with immediate effect.

Delhivery centre at Malappuram is not delivering the items on specified time and hold them in their centre updating status as delivery attempt failed. They are not even contacting or trying to attempt delivery and update the status as "delivery failed." Becuase of this we are facing lot of losses. Bad reviews and complaints against this centre at Malappuram can be seen in google also if searched "Delhivery Malappuram".

So, it is our kind request to close the delhivery centre as soon as possible so that the senders will choose another courier services in Malappuram Kerala amd we get our valuable products in time. It has been 2 days they are holding the item un their centre without even trying to delivery. Please find an immediate solution for this as soon as possible.

Already complaint many times regarding this. If you are not possible to give services then close the centre with immediate effect. Otherwise we are going to sue against you claiming compensation for the total losses we faced because of your centre.

I booked a package (Bridal Saree) from Varanasi to Jalandhar on 2nd March'23 from Delhivery Tracking No [protected]. I had attached a picture of package which shows the time stamp. It was not forwarded by the vendor till 7 March'23. On calling to request to speed up the process or give it back so i can book it from different courier so it can reach on time. Vendor stop taking call also. It was negligence from vendor due to which saree couldn't reach on time. I tried to register the complaint at delhivery site it couldnt be done as it said i must login from mobile number. On trying it always said package doesnt belong to user.

My customer not received product yet... The product was at kollam for many days...Delivery location was in Chettikulangara... Status shows delivery attempt was failed... But no delivery attempt was made by customer...please deliver my customer's product

The product was arrived at courier facility on 27th february... But not yet delivered... Update shows unable to reach my customer... Hi,

I’m looking for the contact person for your Coimbatore Delhivery facility. My shipment from India Circus #[protected] has been stranded at your Coimbatore Delhivery center since the 26th of February. Other than updating the delivery date every morning to the following day, you guys have done nothing so far. I’ve alerted India Circus about the tardiness of your service so far and I’d like to have a proper update on the status of this package or I’ll be forced to log complaints all over the internet. Stop making us look like fools and give us a proper delivery date and time for the package.

My customer's 2 ordered are arrived at Delhivery office kollam on 25th february 2023 but my customer not yet received the parcel...delivery location is kattanam, kayamkulam...please deliver the product

My customer didn't got the parcel...I ordered products for the same customer... But she didn't got the product... The the delivery agent didn't call her for delivery... But always got the message that she refuse the delivery or delivery to be re attempted

This shipment was done by Car Breakdown and Roadside Assistance Service. The seller has not provided any address on the shipment and Delhivery has collected a Cash of Rs. 3500. I tried to call Delhivery to stop this payment from being passed on to the Vendor as it is a fraud Company that is selling its products on the name of Hyundai.

Delhivery should not accept shipments from vendors and businesses without collecting their official documents and addresses. In case of any severe crimes it would be easier to catch hold of such shippers. Delhivery should have direct customer contact support for us to interact with your agents and report such matters at the earliest.

FedEx has released by shipment by MOP of COD. I paid the amount on FedEx website after that I had contacted FedEx twice for it and they have updated Delhivery twice regarding the same.
Still Delhivery shows parcel status as COD.
What makes situation more worse is that they have no way of contacting them. The number mentioned on their own website is not valid.

Their own website doesn't have a valid phone number to call them. They have mentioned [protected] as contact number which is an invalid number.
They have my parcel through FedEx. FedEx have updated them with MOP of prepaid. But they are still showing it as COD. Hence, I'm not able to receive my parcel.
I've already paid to FedEx and called FedEx twice regarding this issue. But this crappy company (Delhivery) has no way of contacting them.
