On 13 february i booked a parcel which consisted of documents regarding an application form and as the last day was near i booked an express delivery and paid online for the same. The pick up slot given to me was between 7am to 7 pm... I waited and waited but nobody came for the pick up and i panicked as it was a question of my career and it was a very important document. I have to send it via dtdc for which i have to pay a lot of money as now with loss of one day i have to send it via ultra fast delivery.
I raised a ticket with them awb#[protected] but even after repeated reminders they did not respond nor is my money refunded.
The only way to contact them is through raising a ticket, they don't have a phone number to contact, and they don't respond to tickets.
I just feel so cheated, as i trusted them with my career but they were so reckless and now they are not responding nor are they refunding my money

The amount was debited from the account for courier service but the application stated that the transaction has been failed.

I lost my phone number which was used while providing the address. But my adress was very clear and everyone in my locality knows me very well. If the delivery person tried to deliver the product I would have easily got my product even without contact number. There is no customer care number or support contact. Now the product is getting returned to seller. Now I have to pay extra money for reshipping. I want a companion, Apology as well as reform to the customer support in the company.

It's been more than a week that I haven't got my delivery. Every day it shows your order is out for delivery for some reason it gets undelivered. Same is going on for 5 days . Very disappointed.!!

For 500 grams parcel .i have submitted proof for both weight and dimensions and it's been accepted by the concerned team. but they are not sending refund. I have been chasing from 18th. 0 work has been done.
Client service is bad, only mail communication, no live chat with account managers.

We are trying to negotiate the pricing from last month for our newly registered company Innovative Gifts LLP, as we were already using your service for my previous company gentle Edge Marketing
The rates provided by Delhivery.com to the new company were higher than my previous company, so we were looking for some negotiation, and our account manager was Jacinta.
She asked for some time, meanwhile, we have discussed our higher charges which were already applicable to our new company.
She promised to refund the difference for the month of Jan 2023.
But now she is not taking responsibility for the refund.
The rates are approx. 20% higher, and we have spent approx. 95, 000/- last month.

Sent a parcel through delhivery services and it got few missing items.I paid 200/- which includes extra rupees for in case parcel got missing. But, when I complained about this to delhivery services they asked me to send picture of before and after recieved parcel which was never told to take. Now they are not eve replying to my complaints.Thanks

My AWB is [protected]. Initially, package was showing OUT FOR DELIVERY for 2 days continuously but couldn't delivered. Reason was showing that person not available at home. When I complained it suddenly showed that package delivered at 08:15 PM on 5th Feb. But it was never delivered. Since than I have raised query thrice but got mail only from Delhivery people mentioning that they will come back on the query. Still in portal it is showing that package is delivered. Nobody bothered to call. When I tried calling customer care, I get response that ticket is raised & working is going on.

Recently, I have started a business with the name of Famous1.in and decided to ship my products with Delhivery courier and order are also started coming and showing the dashboard in pending order section but my 3 orders automatically disappear from the pending orders section and now it is showing in Third Party Shipping and when I checked there it is showing that order has been shipped and I haven't done anything.

I paid double charges. So kindly refund 3760 to me.

My 2 orders to tracking status are showing as on hold(destination unable to receive). I have sent mail and they just reply same for all the 3 mails that your box of happiness will be delivered soon. 10th Feb was delivery date But it's changed to 12th Feb. Products have reached my city on 10th Feb but still not delivered.

My parents sent a parcel via delhivery direct but they delivered someone else's parcel and deliveres parcel is not mine, even pickup code does not match with pick up receipt. I reached out to customer support and it has been 3 days they haven't replied properly, just once they replied. Very patheric customer support system of delhivery.
