I had returned an Ajio product using Delhivery service. And the shipment was delivered 2 weeks back. But Ajio team is saying they have not got the product yet and they need proof of delivery to verify.

And I have reached out to Delhivery team for proof of delivery and they not responded to any of my emails.

I had to return an Amazon product to Delhi from Bangalore.. the order was not delivered to them but after 20 days i got a msg that it will be returned.. It's not returned as well.. i raised support ticket.. it's marked as resolved and product is marked as returned.

PArcel Not received yet, while checking the track ID. Its showing delivered.. & Now I cannot access track because its already a week. I need My parcel

Delhivery Person collected one of my products that I have initiated for Return. The product was ordered from Ajio. They have collected the OTP and the product. The return is not marked in Ajio Website, Delhivery is now not ready to take the responsibility

After seller confirmed the prepaid order for address, they shipped the item via Delhivery on 16th Jan, the item arrived to Bangalore on 19th Jan itself
Now, from 19th Jan to till date there is no update from Delhivery team about my package.
Its a harassment that even after repeatedly informing Delhivery team frequently and raising question, they just keep on changing the dates as per their wish without even confirming with me
Fraud Case: When i asked seller about the status, seller informed me that the delivery is late due to refusal of delivery by me, which is completely just a lie. I have call logs as proof that the Delhivery team never contacted me before 27th Jan
on 27th Jan afternoon someone from Delhivery team called me to confirm the delivery the very next day. But they never arrived. They lied to me.
Hence, i request to Delhivery team to show the proof of refusal of delivery from my end to prove their point. Secondly, the reason behind no status shared, why ?
These incident proofs that Delhivery organisation is not only telling false to customer, but also doing fraud by declaring customer as lair to sellers by given completely false statement.
Hence i request to the proper channel that this kind if incident must be avoided in order to maintain proper business atmosphere.
In case if any damage or part missing or issue to my item, Delhivery team will be completely responsible for it

I am always facing delay in delivery if the courier service is delhivery this is happening always

When we trac it is shown that parcel is delivered on 23 Jan morning but today is 27 we still didn't get any parcel.

We contacted courier service they are saying that it is delivered but it's not .

Plz find out where my parcel is and deliver it asap

Recently I've raised a warranty claim for content Power Bank. They have arranged a pickup of the product through delhivery. They have created delhivery assignment on 24/01/2023. They are still pending for the pick up of the product.
The AWB no: [protected]. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Some items are missing from package. I had sent around 10 kg of clothes, 6 kg of clothes are missing which included 3 new sarees, 1 crop top, 3 new shirts, 1 jacket, 2 jeans and other household items.The item cost was around 10000. Also, I had paid extra security money for the package. I have been complaining from last 2 months but no response. These items were very near to my heart. Please help in finding my package.

I had sent a package of 10 kg clothes in which around 4kg of clothes are missing that included my new saree- 3 sarees, 1 kurti, 3 shirt, 1 sweater and other household items as well.I have complained long back to Delhivery company but they have not responded. I need my things as it were very much selective pieces. Please help to recover.

Order was cancelled on meesho still delivered. The order was 3 men jeans, what I received is 2 female jeans.Order id and amount on parcel and meesho is not matching. Meesho is saying order was cancelled and not dispatched and so it is not showing return option on website.

I waited for 3 days more and raised support ticket and replying them on support chat too as well as conneected through Twitter handle
Team just asking awb no and no futher service they providing

Day by day delivery date is extending i asked for call back from theire team there is no contact no provided on website nor replying support team

Its very urgent to deliver my package

I have ordered a furniture item on Amazon, it is delivered through Delhivery courier. The expected delivery time as shown on the tracking page https://www.delhivery.com/track/shipping-details was 23/01/2023 Evening its now night (11:00) PM. due to expected delivery of parcel we avoided to go outside for works at evening and waited at home as the parcel is in my city Nashik. from 01:00 am.
they have shown wrong expected delivery. it was really bad thing.

I ordered a 3 in 1 eye mascara and received 3 eye liner pencils. I also made a complaint on the same day, but there is still no contact from the company side. I also called the merchant multiple times and he never received a response to my call. Now I want a refund.

My order with tracking id [protected] has been stucked in Bilaspur HR and has been delayed for 10+ days, it's supposed to reach my hometown on 16th january but it has been stuck for days

On 07 January Delhivery agent SUDHIR ( [protected]) picked up a Parcel with tracking ID [protected] and did not scanned it forward, Sudhir came to me on 13 January with blank POD to get it signed for the parcel of November, As he was my trusted agent since August 2022 i signed the POD but after get it signed he changed the date from nov to jan and also mentioned this tracking id on POD [protected] and after that my parcel got not picked up on FREEUP website so i called SUDHIR continuously but he did not answered me and after two days he replied that parcel is in return process and will get back to you soon, but the FREEUP company reverted me that the parcel is deliverd on 13 january to me as it was signed fraudly by SUDHIR.
Please take action against this fraud i want my parcel back as it was hand made product i can not bear this loss and moreover this is breach of trust from the courier agent

2. Promised delivery date was 16 Jan 23 and since then the delivery date is being delayed in a daily basis without a valid reason.

3. It amounts to an act of customer harassment.

4. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
