I received my parcle on 4 dec and paid through the link given by delivery boy but the delivery boy said the company dint received the payment and again he made me to do the payment to him convencing me that the one payment will be refund but till date i hvent get refunded...i hve raise the query many a times but no respond

I have raised a return request from ecom app. Delivery guy sent OTP for pickup but i am unable to get it so He says he cant pick up. To complain Delhivery customer support also ask for OTP which i am not getting.Even for your app login i dont receive OTP. Spoke to service provider they said there is no problem from their end as I receive all other messages an otp except the DELHIVERY one. Please do resolve it

My parcel got stuck in last 5 days still i can't get any update everyday they are changing the delivery date but there is no proper update.
I need an urgent delivery pls do help.

I would like to bring it in your kind notice that my parcel arrived early morning in my city Karnal as per your website. After waiting till afternoon I check that parcel was not out for delivery. I need this parcel urgently so I went to vijaynagar office of delhivery. I was bluntly told that your parcel has not arrived. So either tracking is fake or the official at your warehouse/hub or whatever you call it is telling lie. It has happened in past also. Please do the needful.

Delhivery center barhaj is not a centre to deliver at all. They just keep updating false info and finally return the order. Either it is via Amazon, Myntra, Pharmeasy or any source. Really frustrated with the updates and even they don’t pick up call. I tried reaching delivery agent who was on leave and received cancellation otp from someone else at the center. Even tried to call the center owner, he is also not picking call.
Don’t know how these people got license and affiliation. Please cancel their affiliation with delhivery.

Delhivery After picking up. He went away from my address and After about 10 minutes he returned and updated as Brand mismatched which he verified in front of me while taking OTP. This is complete misconduct on part of pickup boy.

The agent[protected]was asking to pay 10 rupees to get the tracking details personally . also the anther agent who i booked my courier is not providing an actual delivery date. The sit shows a different tracking while the agent promised odeliver the product within3 to 4 daysLR Number:[protected]

Tracking ID is[protected], Srinagar to Faridabad. No call was received nor any delivery was attempted. It's been more than 3 weeks now, & there's no clue regarding the package. Current status at the tracking page is showing that it has been returned when actually it out there some where. There were dry fruits in the package and the total value is Rs.7000/- Need help in this regard from this everyday harrasment.

Fraud company...

I just don't understand how these guys are still in business with an exploitive intent toward the customers and after quite literally having an illegal SOP towards refunds.
You make the customers pay for insurance to make extra buck, and then when somebody claims back insurance, with all the right documents, just desert them, and yes make sure that the customer has no other way to contact you anywhere and yes don't let them raise a new ticket even.

Their business practices are really shady, they know that most people don't want to go through all this, and will not come this long. But I want my money back.

The brand ovecharges the shiopper after delivery. I shipped a box weighing 500 gms from jaipur to multiple parts of the city. Not only did the boxes arrive damaged, 2 days after delivery my account balance with their website suddenly says i owe them 7000 rs and all my products are calculated at a weight of 10kgs, which they did not inform me o[censored]ntil many days after my first 8 deliveries.
Moreover there is no customer service you can reach out to if you have a problem, you just drop them an email and wait for them to respond with vague templatised messages

The first time i placed a pick up order, it was delayed by 3 days because the local office said their boys are new and keep switching their phones off, so they have no control over their people. I aksed how i could trust them with my shipment and all their representative could say was, please drop an email

Everyone should avoid this service like the plague

I ordered a pickup and drop service for a parcel. Even after 12 days they didn't shipped the product and i checked multiple times by raising a support request but not getting any response of the delay or what happened to my parcel which is having my laptop that is needed for my work.

On 2jn January I purchased a saree from tilattama de elegance. And they shipped it with Delhivery on 3rd january 2023. Being in the same state still I am not getting the parcel now it's 7+ days. And moreover tracking is soo pathetic the estimated delivery date is shifting later and later now they are showing it's in Surat then now Nagpur.. Why it went Surat or Nagpur?

And ive raised the query multiple times
And it is still not resolved
First i paid to the company directly
And second to the delhivery delivery boy

Today was the delivery of my 1mg product and the delivery boy of delhivery courier deliberately did not give my parcel to me. He made lame excuses, he said he has left my parcel in the office. He said that he will give my parcel when he will get time.

Normally, the delivery agent will call me and asks for OTP and then they will give the parcel to other person who comes to our place. But this time they didnt give it to the other person who comes to our place. This has happened 3 weeks back and now they are ignoring my calls and didn't even update the details of my parcel. this is the worst experience I ever had with delivery
