Tracking Number - ​[protected]
I have not received my shipment but with this tracking ID it showing as Delivered on 16 Dec 2022. I have raised query in www.delhivery.com. still I have not got solution.
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Sir, Kindly Speed Up My Package AWB NUMBER : [protected] and Deliver it to me as soon as possible... Since it is really Urgent . Also, Kindly Update the Status of my shipment.

    AWB[protected]. I am in touch since 14/12/2022. You had mentioned that you have RC of vehicle as a proof of delivery. But I have not received it till now. I have been asking for proof since many days now but you are unable to provide it.

    I have contacted you on twitter as well, but have got the same response that the parcel is delivered but no proof. Also ypu dont have and call center where I speak a representative. Also you dont have a proper grievance escalation system.

    It clearly means that you have lost my parcel and don't have any proof of delivery else you would have shared it at first instance.

    I need full compensation against my order AWB[protected].

        I had called Delhivery customer care yesterday to know the status of my order. They told me that my order is stuck and I need to pay ₹5 in order to fasten the delivery process after which they sent me a payment link through which I made the payment and later on I received a message saying that 7000 had been debited from my account.

        The number which I called is [protected]. It is switched off now.

        I request you to please look into this matter asap and provide some sort of compensation if possible.

          I purchased (Prepaid) a product from GetKetch On 11 Dec 2022 but I didn't received yet and the product track detail status saying that I was unreachable(15 Dec 2022) But I didn't received any calls so then I rescheduled it on (16 Dec 2022) and delivery date on the same day, but it was since two days still I'm waiting for my product from delhivery partner (17 Dec 2022) . I don't know where it went wrong. Plz do the needful.

          Just now received my product. Though it's delayed for 3 days, finally I got my package. Thank you so much.. They are delaying in delivering our package for some reason (Unknown) from the delivery company side but we'll get our product (Prepaid or COD). DON'T BE PANIC.

            I am an army person and I have sent my household luggage to Bangalore through delhivery and I have paid for them but there is a FOD amount showing. From whom I have booked, he is not clearing me, he is just saying that i will get it done but it is not cleared yet. The amount is 6284 and I have paid 6500+800 = 7300.

            Please help me and clear this ASAP. I need my shipments urgently.

              On 26th Nov i have received my orders from Delhivery and make payment through Gpay, first it says the payment was processing but the Delivery boy says that he didn't received the money so i pay him by cash. Later the payment from Gpay was also successful.
              Please help me get the refunds.

                        My 3 parcels are stolen by delhivery staff

                        But they don’t even bother to answer correctly on mail there staff thinks sellers purchase stock for free and keep on stealing there articles by opening there parcel’s nothing is safe in there hands.Costing of these 3 parcels are 10349/- but there staff stolen it .

                          Been happening since a month. Pickup staff never comes home for return pickup, company keeps re requesting on my request but the pickup guy keeps canceling without coming home for pickup.
                          Customer support also said tbey will send someone but no one came home.

                                    I had opted for your courier service on 21/09/2022 for an expensive saree to be delivered from Hyderabad to Kolkata. A wrong package was picked up from my house on 22/09/2022 and on the same day hence I placed a request to cancel the shipment. Its going to be 3 months even after writing endless emails no customer service associate has comeback within a genuine response nor I have received my package so far. On your site it still shows transit and now I feel helpless as you guys won't give me the contact number or even the address of the place where the package is still kept so that I can myself pick it up. Or if the package is lost reimburse the 10K which is the worth of the belonging. From Oct 26th, the representatives have even stopped responding to my emails. It was something which was precious to my mom and has emotions attached which can't even be purchased again. Hence please give me a proper resolution unless you want me to drag this to the court and sue your company.

                                      Delhivery courier service delivered a courier, while paying on-line payment by gpay it was showing processing did not move to paid status, the delivery boy said pl make payment again or he will have to make payment from his pocket, so made online payment again, this time showing psid, . Soon they first payment went to paid status., so double paid. Now Delhivery courier service is saying they did not receive twice. Send screen shot of gpay status and bank statement, still no response.

                                        I have Sent A Parcel From Delhivery Direct To My neighbour In Lucknow. It was three days my parcel stuck on Lucknow office. Then i contact local Delhivery office. They have contacted Lucknow office and i get to know that my parcel box opened. They were repacking my parcel. They take 3 days to repack My parcel. After 3 days they said now we will not deliver my parcel and they kept my parcel in their store room. And they were refusing to give address also. But after arguing they gave address and when my neighbour send their driver to the office they were refusing to give parcel. After arguing they gave parcel. Which has damaged. It has a hole in it. Then i contacted Delhivery local office so they start arguing that their work is to send parcel. Not more than that. Very Poor Service. Not getting good reply From Delhivery Customer Care executive. No Customer Care number. If they did not send my refund so will lodge a fraud case against them.
