    I had shipped an important documents through Delhivery Courier on 20th Dec'22 from Jalandhar, Punjab, India. Till date the tracking status shows it as in transit. Seems bunch of illiterate and highly unorganized people are running the company with extremely poor leadership team.

          The system shown the product is out for delivery on 04Jan2023 morning and evening they said i am not reachable so they Will attempt the delivery again the next day. Now the delivery date is moved to 6Jan2023 and this is even after assigning the delivery person. This is the worst ever experience for me.

            Address: HOUSE NO 16 OLD KHB COLONY ,KOTHARY QUATHERS

            I did check on this order Id: 960896-1/AWD:[protected], and it shows that it has been delivered to a different address on Dec 26th but it was supposed to deliver to the submitted address on Kazoo Dashboard also there is no contact information available on the Delhivery website to check with them as well.
            Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I am really disappointed with the way delhivery company is treating me issue, I am definitely gonna sue delhivery by filing a suit in the consumer court and proceeding legally against the inconvenience caused to me.

              Awb number[protected] isnt getting delivered and its been so long the promised date was of 2nd jan but now it keeps showing new dates it went to 3rd jan and now its showing 4th jan. Pls i need this package urgently!!!
              I had opted their express delivery system for faster delivery and now its getting delayed that too every day they show new edd!!

                I have not received my package & we have been trying to reach them from past 3 days through mails and there is no response yet. I have received a wrong parcel and until now there is no action taken. I hope at least i get a response here #complaints #delhivery Awb no.[protected].

                We recieved package with AWB No :[protected] against our order.
                Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                By when we can get revert on this ? Please understand the urgency.. for how long we keep waiting. Against 3rd order I recieved this wrong order.

                Person named Vaibhav called to solve the issue & he did fraud for 10000rs from me, took my money and giving us assurance to compensate for the loss.

                Beware if fraud number- eight five two eight two six one five three two- he will call you and assure the compensation rather taking your own money.. for how many days you can do all this. Now face the police complaint I have done for you. Withdraw money from ATM and you think you can't get caught..

                  Hey, Delhivery support team,

                  I ordered a product that is extremely important to me. So the seller sent it via air (express delivery). According to Delhivery, the product will be delivered by January 3, 2023. However, I tracked it today and discovered that the product was delayed due for an unforeseen circumstance. I need it very urgently; please do something. Please don’t change the delivery date, and please say what’s the point of sending the product via air, as a duty to your entire team. You all must prioritise Air Express products.

                    Hi Team, I had booked two parcels bearing AWB number[protected] and[protected], they have been picked up by the agent since 2 days but status is not getting updated in app. I have also raised several complaints no one is responding from Delhivery side as well, pls look into it

                      I have been writing to Delhivery since 29 dec 22 about my parcel which is updated as delivered, however nothing was delivered to me. Its an important document which they are unable to tell me where it is. To my surprise, they don’t have a customer care no and you have to wait before they respond to you on email, which they don’t. My tracking id[protected]. Worst possible customer care as no one responds. I don’t understand, how can they not know where my parcel is after 3 days of time and with no customer care to speak to, they just get away without providing you any answers. I request Delivery to please locate my parcel and deliver it and also to update their customers about their belongings. I am just amazed as to how can a company not have somebody to talk to for help as they are making fool of public by keeping everything on email where they don’t respond.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          We are an ecommerce company and we service our clients through various couriers. One of them is Delhivery B2B. There are few invoices which are COD. The customer pays the courier company cash on delivery of the parcel. The courier company then in turn is suppose to transfer that money to us within a space 2-4 days. Since last 2 months this company has stopped transferring us our COD amount. The total of which now is Rs.55, 467/-. The details of which are in the table below:

                          The company has stopped responding to our emails since last 1 month and they responded twice on twitter 2-3 days back but now they have stopped that too.

                          It seems the company is in a bad financial shape and is not paying us our money. and is using that money to pay off their outstandings.
                          What are my options?? Please guide.

                            My order has been delayed by several days and despite several complaints and requests for urgent delivery, the expected delivery date keeps getting dragged forward. The customer support is non-existent and has not taken any action to fix this even after promising me delivery within 24 hours. The absolute worst service ever, would never buy any product which would be shipped by Delhivery henceforth because all this company does is waste precious time and take no accountability.

                                My customer has received a shipment in tempered condition and found that they have not received the product what they have ordered. On Checking video and images I have found that someone has replaced the original product of the shipment with garbage. I am demanding refund for the same from you.

                                    Out of 25 Cartons. Total No of cartons delivered were 23.
                                    02 were missing and today it has been more than 3 months since they misplaced, he cartons. The tentative number of missing cartons are approximately 60000.00 Rs. They deliverer staff are very misbehaving and not responding to us. You are kindly requested to take a strict action against them so that we do not suffer in future.

                                    This item misplaced by them was for DIALYSIS PATIENTS a vital item used in dialysis during blood discharge, after placing the CENTRAL LINE in the body.

                                    COMPLAINT NO 02.
                                    They a are raising GST invoices on fake ID's and taking gst charges from the purchaser of goods. We have invoices as a proof in which they put unknown entries on the bill.
