We want to complaint on delivery transport, they gave taken money from us and did not delivered he 2 consignments our of total consignments of 25 Cartons.
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I sent the courier on Dec 13 and it has still not reached rhe destination. Their tracking page doesnt have the right update nor their customer executive team is sharing the update. I want my parcel to get delivered ASAP and refund my money.

      My vendor booked my customers order through delhivery company .They even without attempting delivery to customer they returned parcel to vendor .As far as my knowledge my vendor also have not received back the parcel @ the same time no proper response was received to my customer for my customers email snd to delhivery courier company email

          I have not received my shipment but with this tracking ID it showing as Delivered on 16 Dec 2022. I have raised query in www.delhivery.com. still I have not got solution.

            AWB[protected]. I am in touch since 14/12/2022. You had mentioned that you have RC of vehicle as a proof of delivery. But I have not received it till now. I have been asking for proof since many days now but you are unable to provide it.Â

            I have contacted you on twitter as well, but have got the same response that the parcel is delivered but no proof. Also ypu dont have and call center where I speak a representative. Also you dont have a proper grievance escalation system.Â

            It clearly means that you have lost my parcel and don't have any proof of delivery else you would have shared it at first instance.

            I need full compensation against my order AWB[protected].

                I had called Delhivery customer care yesterday to know the status of my order. They told me that my order is stuck and I need to pay ₹5 in order to fasten the delivery process after which they sent me a payment link through which I made the payment and later on I received a message saying that 7000 had been debited from my account.

                The number which I called is [protected]. It is switched off now.

                I request you to please look into this matter asap and provide some sort of compensation if possible.

                  I purchased (Prepaid) a product from GetKetch On 11 Dec 2022 but I didn't received yet and the product track detail status saying that I was unreachable(15 Dec 2022) But I didn't received any calls so then I rescheduled it on (16 Dec 2022) and delivery date on the same day, but it was since two days still I'm waiting for my product from delhivery partner (17 Dec 2022) . I don't know where it went wrong. Plz do the needful.

                  Just now received my product. Though it's delayed for 3 days, finally I got my package. Thank you so much.. They are delaying in delivering our package for some reason (Unknown) from the delivery company side but we'll get our product (Prepaid or COD). DON'T BE PANIC.

                    I am an army person and I have sent my household luggage to Bangalore through delhivery and I have paid for them but there is a FOD amount showing. From whom I have booked, he is not clearing me, he is just saying that i will get it done but it is not cleared yet. The amount is 6284 and I have paid 6500+800 = 7300.

                    Please help me and clear this ASAP. I need my shipments urgently.

                      On 26th Nov i have received my orders from Delhivery and make payment through Gpay, first it says the payment was processing but the Delivery boy says that he didn't received the money so i pay him by cash. Later the payment from Gpay was also successful.
                      Please help me get the refunds.

                                My 3 parcels are stolen by delhivery staff

                                But they don’t even bother to answer correctly on mail there staff thinks sellers purchase stock for free and keep on stealing there articles by opening there parcel’s nothing is safe in there hands.Costing of these 3 parcels are 10349/- but there staff stolen it .
