I had opted for your courier service on 21/09/2022 for an expensive saree to be delivered from Hyderabad to Kolkata. A wrong package was picked up from my house on 22/09/2022 and on the same day hence I placed a request to cancel the shipment. Its going to be 3 months even after writing endless emails no customer service associate has comeback within a genuine response nor I have received my package so far. On your site it still shows transit and now I feel helpless as you guys won't give me the contact number or even the address of the place where the package is still kept so that I can myself pick it up. Or if the package is lost reimburse the 10K which is the worth of the belonging. From Oct 26th, the representatives have even stopped responding to my emails. It was something which was precious to my mom and has emotions attached which can't even be purchased again. Hence please give me a proper resolution unless you want me to drag this to the court and sue your company.

Delhivery courier service delivered a courier, while paying on-line payment by gpay it was showing processing did not move to paid status, the delivery boy said pl make payment again or he will have to make payment from his pocket, so made online payment again, this time showing psid, . Soon they first payment went to paid status., so double paid. Now Delhivery courier service is saying they did not receive twice. Send screen shot of gpay status and bank statement, still no response.

I have Sent A Parcel From Delhivery Direct To My neighbour In Lucknow. It was three days my parcel stuck on Lucknow office. Then i contact local Delhivery office. They have contacted Lucknow office and i get to know that my parcel box opened. They were repacking my parcel. They take 3 days to repack My parcel. After 3 days they said now we will not deliver my parcel and they kept my parcel in their store room. And they were refusing to give address also. But after arguing they gave address and when my neighbour send their driver to the office they were refusing to give parcel. After arguing they gave parcel. Which has damaged. It has a hole in it. Then i contacted Delhivery local office so they start arguing that their work is to send parcel. Not more than that. Very Poor Service. Not getting good reply From Delhivery Customer Care executive. No Customer Care number. If they did not send my refund so will lodge a fraud case against them.

AWB[protected] this package has been picked up from my location but has not received by destination location at all.
They picked from my location on Sep 23 2022 and now it is Dec 6 2022, receiving location saying that package not yet received.
Please look in to this ASAP.
It is urgent for me.

I paid the delivery boy through the delhivery website link. Then paid the delhivery account the requested money, but the delivery boy said he didn’t receive the money.

My parcel has been completely damaged by Delhivery people, inside model car is broken which was very valuable, they delayed my parcel by 5 days and delivered the box today in bad shape, causing harm to inner product.

There were two packages in the shipment. Only one has been delivered so far. It has been almost 2 months, Delhivery people have been of absolutely no help so far. Despite multiple calls/emails, there has been no action from their end. The package contains some very important documents, but I am highly disappointed with this kind treatment from the company.

I had ordered wireless earbuds from BoAt website on November 27th, 2022 (order id: 3433774) and it was showing to be delivered after a week, by December 4th, 2022. Where electronic items are delivered within 1-2 days of order by Flipkart/Amazon with good enough offers, I was given a week later estimated delivery date by Delhivery (Delhivery Tracking ID [protected]).Still I have been okay with it as at least it was to be delivered before the occasion I ordered the product for.
But on the last days of delivery, when the parcel had already reached Dankuni (near my delivery address), it gets dispatched to Punjab.
And now the delivery is showing further 2 days delayed. So what exactly will I do with the product if it's delivered after the occasion which I ordered the product for? Their stupid errors, unprofessional and unethical behaviour cause huge problems to customers.

I have made cod order from H and M and made payment of Rs 5998/- through link given by delivery boy but after amount deduction the delivery boy said the payment is not received by company and make me to do payment again in his own gpay no being said i will get refunded the first amount which i dint get still....

I received a message saying that the shipment has been delivered to your address but I have not received any shipment nor someone at my home received it. The delivery person didn't even contact me before making the delivery, now my sensitive information is delivered to some random person.

My order status shows me that pickup is pending from 3 days .I didn't face problems with my previous orders but I needed this package immediately as it is a birthday gift but it is getting delayed

My parcel's tracking id is showing delivered of the product on 20th nov'22 but i haven't received it yet. As i talked to office, courier man is saying ask to ur all the floors neighbours if they got. Well on his suggestion i asked them too but they also didn't got.
Plz register my complaint n resolve it...
Where is my parcel?

ask him to come to my building and take me yo that house if he us right.

So that time is the date 27 November I will be informed boat website to cancel order...!!
