I haven't received my package and the status is delivered.Its been approximately 2 weeks since i have registered a complaint, still no response received by your end.My shipment AWB ' [protected] '.I need a refund or a delivery of the same at the earliest.

    My product AWB NUMBER : [protected] reached my nearest facility. "But it is showing excecutive was unable to reach you" for the past 3 days. The Delivery Executive Didn't even Contacted me or Called me. So, Kindly Resolve this Issue and Deliver My Product as Soon as Possible .

      I ordered a product from ajio.First the product was in changanassery delhivery office.Without contacting me, they updated the status as delhivery attempted.Then the product is transferred to ramankery delhivery office.There also same thing happened.They also updated in the app like delivery attempted without contacting me.How can they be so irresponsible?Then i have gone through the review of ramankery delhivery office.From there i understood that most of the people have faced the same situation .Without the customer knowledge itself they are cancelling the product.The most interesting part is we won't get any contact number from Google also.Without any contact number how can we determine the status of our product.That was so disgusting.Any I need my order because I paid through online and if they cancel without my knowledge, again the refund may take another couple weeks.So by searching Google I drove to their office at ramankery.From there i myself collected the package.And I asked why u have updated like delivery attempted without calling me.He doesn't had any answer.And he is not at all feeling guilty.Actually this was the worst shopping experience I ever had.If they can't take up the responsibility to run the office, please shut down.Why wasting other people's time?Most probably I won't shop from ajio now onwards even though I don't have any complaints regarding ajio product.If ajio replace it's delivery partner then it's fine or else the delhivery employees should be responsible

        The status of my shipment shows delivered but i have not received/collected the parcel. Even there was no call from any delivery person on the day of delivery.

            Hello Sir, I ordered a product from Meesho with order number[protected] and price is Rs.715 which I received on 13/11/2022 in which I received wrong product I also have the video of opening the product. For which I put a return request. On which my return request was accepted 5 times which went to delivery boy of delhivery courier company on which your delivery boy refused to take the wrong product every time and when we say that we don't have the right to open the product If there is a video then their delivery boy whose name is Mukesh Kumar Sharma mostly comes here on our route whose mobile number is [protected] they say that nothing happens with these videos and they have no value no one asks them and they say That it is in qc, ask customer care to get it done in non qc, now how do we know their qc and non qc. This delivery boy Mukesh Kumar Sharma ji is also saying that you stop putting return request, my value and name gets spoiled by coming again and again, I want original product only. Why do they deny us the right to submit our return request. Sir, when the product is wrong from behind, then what is our fault in that, should we give the original product buyer from the market to your delivery boy. But these delivery boys are harassing again and again and by making new excuses they do not pick up the product and cancel the pickup again and again. I am very upset because of their bad behavior. When we contact customer care they say that pickup boy will definitely take it and pickup boy keeps delaying on customer care, by doing this they have neither picked up the wrong product nor provided my refund amount of Rs.715 to me. Is . I am under a lot of stress and mental agony due to repeated cancellation of pickup of the product by the pickup boy. I request you to get this wrong product picked up as soon as possible and please give me my amount of Rs.715.

              I have returned some jewellery sets to some instagram page that i have got damaged one...status showing that delivered order...but they did not recieve any parcel from delhivery agent and even they did not call to reach us...i want proof of delivery and i want my parcel back...i have raised a ticket from delhivery website but they did not responding to my issue...please help me in this...that parcel is very valuable

                I used Delhivery courier service to parcel my TV and luggage from Manesar to Shillong on 07 Oct 2022. Please refer AWB#[protected]. The parcel arrived on 27 Oct 2022 and the TV screen was damaged. I immediately called up the agent and inform him about the the TV which was shattered. He told me to file a complain with the agent who transported the items. However, the agent told me to wait for a reply for the complain filed and there hasn't been any progress yet. I have to get the refund for the damage done.

                              I place 2 different orders from Mango on 15th and 16th of Nov 2022.
                              The courier was given to Delhivery for the delivery and since 15th Nov the shipment is pending to be picked up status its almost 10 days now nothing is changed and my order is high value order who will be responsible for it if its lost or damaged or never picked up. Please help me in getting this issue resolved.

                                  Parcel says discarded

                                  My parcel was sent by delhivery air since it was urgent, but the courier was dispatched 2 days late and if further stuck at Delhi airport since 2 days, status says discarded. What the hell is discarded!...

                                    Address: Delhivery Pvt. Ltd., Near Mayura Circle, Hebbal 2nd stage, Mysore-570017, Karnataka, India.

                                    I had ordered for an issue of new Cheque book from ICICI Bank, Kuvempunagar Branch, Mysore. It was assigned for delivery via Delhivery company.

                                    The shipment was supposed to be delivered at the address as below:
                                    #48, Neelakanteshwara Marga, Gayathri Layout, Shankara Nagar, Mysore-570022.
                                    But the delivery agent came only till RT Nagar main road (which is atleast 1.5 km from my home) and called me to come to the location to pick up the delivery. This is a clear "Denial of Service".

                                    Delivery agent came only till the nearest location and called me:
                                    - Delivery Agent: "Sir, there is a courier for you. Please come and pick up the delivery at the point that I am currently in".

                                    - Me: "I am not at my home and out of town, nor my parents are there, but my brother is there plz deliver to him".

                                    - Delivery Agent: "No Sir, we dont have service inside that area, if you want I am here come and collect here else it shall be returned to the source".

                                    - Me: "How could you say that you dont have delivery when all the Flipkart, Amazon, Postal communications from Post Offices are delivered at my address"

                                    - Delivery Agent: "I dont know sir, but we dont deliver if it is interior from this place".

                                    - Me: "Okay wait. I will complain this denial of Service"

                                    - Delivery Agent: "Go ahead and do Sir. I dont care".

                                    Later, after sometime, he again called me and delivered the shipment at my address, may be fearing the consequences.

                                    What would it be like if there are only old aged people at home and such denials are experienced.

                                    I have experienced the same previously also when I received Laptop from my Company and again due to some issues, I had to send it back. Even that return I had to go to the point where they were standing. Again when I got the replacement I had to again go and pick up at the location. Laptop was something like a very big box and was extremely difficult to carry on a bike.

                                    So raising this grievance to address this "Denial of Service" issue. Request you to address this on priority.
