Courier received from the RBL bank has been not delivered to us but the status mentioned delivered from the courier side

On 18th Oct 2022, I couriered a bag ( parcel) from MecLeodGunj-Dharmshala to Bangalore. I pre-booked the pickup and updated the destination details. It is not delivered to date (after 21 days). I have been raising multiple support requests but no response from the company. The parcel's last status was on 20th Oct saying" Parcel received at Bilaspur-HR".

Out of 9 cartons in the shipment. Delhivery lost 1 carton.

I have sent numerous emails / phone call to them but no one responds to my emails.

I have proof which shows only 8 cartons delivered and 9th one lost.

I am taking continuously following up with company ajio for returning my product but delhivery boy( Rohit Chauhan) is denying to pick the product from last 20 days. They have cancelled my pick up and return request but i have again generated the return request.
I am totally frustrated by this, ajio customer care giving me assurance again and again to wait and they are saying your product will be picked very soon, but twenty days passed nothing happened till the date. I have shared the wrong product pictures and bar codes with customer care.
Each time when i recieve the message from ajio and delhivery that your item will be picked today, but delhivery don't come to pick the product rather he falsely report that he tried attempt. Each time when I try to reach them, they deny to pick the product and tells me that his senior persons from office has asked him to not pick the product.
I have also tried to call senior person (Manoj Yadav) of delhivery many time but they don't pick my call.

From 25th October 2022 My item is in transit. Until now i didn't received my item.
There is no proper response from customer support.

Very very bad service.

One madura package (AWB[protected] was to be picked up on 30th oct. One person came for pick up, however, the quality check failed due to which he asked to pick up the courier the next day. However, nobody came and i mailed to customer support as no contact no. is not available on website. No response came after that also. After that support queries were also raised umpteen number of times directly on delhivery website, no action has been taken regarding pick up of my order. Instead the pick up has been cancelled. I had so many bad experiences with delhivery in past. Kindly look into the matter urgently. Why should a customer suffer due to fault of the company staff?

My parcel pick up from 18 oct but still not received and daily they are reschedule my parcel for next day but not deliver. Even no one listen about complaint.

My parcel pick up from 18 oct but still not deliver every day they are increasing delivery date. It is very worst service i have seen. Even no one is listen the complaint. You can also check my parcel detail so just see how they are entertaining with me.

Delivery is not coming for pickup Amazon has generated 5-6 pickup but not even I single time they generated the pickup and the very last pickup I'd was generated on 28oct and expected pickup was 31oct but delhivery is not generating eBay bill i called nearest delhivery courier service person they said they have received pickup but bill not generated please generate eBay bill and do pickup

Parcel is showing delivered but no courier guy came nor did anyone call me to take the OTP, this is a prepaid order which you have shown as delivered! How will I get it now? My money is also lost.

My product with ID[protected] is being deliberately delayed from 22nd Oct onwards, its being more than 10 days and now I got reply that it cannot be delivered due to operational issue.This totally unacceptable and worst service .

I have ordered some furniture from flipkart and that order associated with delhivery for door step delivery.. It's been a month product did not delivered to me, it is in final hub since 10 days, delivery guy asking for extra money to deliver ot to doorstep.. Else he is Thretening me to cancel the order... And behaving rudely on call. And cancelling the order with out calling even calling me. I complained abt this issue to flipkart as well...

My package LR No.[protected] AWB No [protected] contain 4 No. Boxes was picked up on 27 Sept from Karnal(Haryana) and was expected to deliver at Telangana on 3 Oct. Due to too much delay in delivery we arranged self pick up from Telangana HUB as suggested by Delhviery team but out of 4 Boxes 1 Box(approx cost of 80000/-) was found missing at telangana HUB. Which is still untraceable. Now i am feeling totally hopeless as getting no support from any one.

I have booked a shipment on 4th October, my parcel got delayed, i sent them an email on 26th October inquiring the whereabouts of my parcel, i got no reply. The next day i sent them another email stating that some items in my parcels have a deadline, so if I don’t get my parcel by the deadline, i will sue the company. Still i got no reply. But when i tracked it again the next morning, it show they have returned my parcel. Worst service I have ever used. They should be banned.

My delhivery parcel[protected] was picked up from Delhi on 19th October. It was supposed to be delivered to Patna on 24th October. It’s 29th and my parcel has not moved. There is no tracking update. I was told that my package is in pune and I can see the status as MISSING IN AUDIT. I tried to get the address where my package is right now. There is no help from delhivery. I urgently need my package because it contains my wedding lehnga. Please just give me the address of the warehouse where it is right now. And what on earth my pacakge is doing in pune. PUNE does not come on Delhi to Patna route
