Delhivery tracking ID shows parcel as delivered on 27/10/2022

However parcel not received.

Bought on Amazon. Shipped by All India Cart. Couriered through Delhivery.

Please deliver item.

I ordered a mattress from Wakefit which had edd of 22nd October. Then it kept getting delayed day by day. And on 27th it is showing package missing in audit. Very very unprofessional and pathetic service from Delhivery. I was my parcel urgently. Tracking ID[protected].

Our product dispatched through delhivery on 16th or 17th October and till now it is not delivered to customer. Whenever i check the status it always shows next day as the dispatch day and again when i check trh next day the estimated delivery date is moved to other day. Today 27th and today again it is showing as 28th si delivery date . Daily the delivery date is moved to next day .
Shipment destination address is Hyderabad.

My Consignment did not reach me on the date of delivery. Instead, the date was changed to 25th Oct 2022. Then again on 25th evening, it was changed to 26th. Until this point, the status was IN transit, even though it reached Chennai. I am waiting from today morning, but did not receive my Parcel. All the courier customer care numbers are not working, the local phone number, the head office number, and the toll free number are out of service....

A pickup was scheduled between 10am to 12:30pm. They delayed saying it will be done by EOD. By EOD i receive a message saying shipper unavailable. We waited the whole day for the shipment to be picked up. They have our number which they call before coming. They did not call us(we can refer to call logs) and lied that they attempted pickup but shipper not available. Their operations team is eschewing their duties which is hurting businesses in keeping up with delivery timelines.

Vehicle delayed since 2 days.I need my parcel[protected] asap.its urgent for gods sake.

I placed order on the website of Haldiram Nagpur on October 17th, which claims to service online orders, as I understand they use Delhivery.

Regarding my Order 00002645, Tracking ID: [protected], I still have not got it.

Dehivery Tracking ID is incorrect, claims my Order was delivered on Oct 22nd, but that's wrong. I never got the shipment, nor has anyone else over here. Worse, they have given a false claim to have delivered it.

I still have not got it. Can you pls investigate? I think this snag is mainly caused by the Delhivery agent here, who claims to have delivered, but never tried to deliver.

I have ordered one large swing from Flipkart during big billion days. This item was supposed to reach by 13/10/22. It was reached a hub near to me by 8th itself, but they never come to deliver the item. Delhivery was the delivery partner. But they have not delivered the item till 22nd. I have raised an issue in Delhivery's site. To my surprise Delhivery never responded to the query inspite of repeated queries on same complaint. We do not get an option to chat or call their executive as they know customer is always frustrated with their service. Finally flipkart has cancelled the order as they are not delivering the item. If I had ordered a new item it could have get it delivered by now. These guys should be banned as there is no customer service and redressal forums.

I ordered something from flipkart and
my order was to be delivered on 20th october . But no one contact me, no one tried to reach my address . I raised a query and they told me delivery was attempted on 20th october and wrong information was displayed on order tracking page. The only thing they are providing me is estimated delivery date every day but order is not delivered till today. Mabybe it's, because i ordered something from flipkart which was limited in stock .

I did not get my order with tracking id [protected] delivered to my address and it shows being delivered on 22nd Oct 2022 in the afternoon. There is no contact number or email I can raise a query to.

I ordered this product from Haldirams with order id #[protected]. On Haldirams page also its reflecting as delivered, Haldirams contact number +[protected] is also coming busy since morning.

It is highly unprofessional and stressful.

My credit card will be delivered by delhivery courier service i got the message that you can self pickup your courier by mentioned address and also a mobile no. Is mentioned in the message.when i call to that number for confirming the address he is not attending the calls from last 4 days. I tried to call soo many time but he is not responding the call

Awb[protected] is not yet delivered but showing as delivered in flipkart portal.

Package was supposed to be returned by 18 th, now 21 st, still not returned, delhivery people are continuously extending the return date.no reply from customer care

I did not received product from this courier company and they said it is delivered . I did not got any mail or contacted by delivery guy.
I raised a complain but no response.

I am a Client with Delhivery and I use it to send my orders All India. This fraud has been happening since few months now. Amount from my wallet is deducted thrice- 1. At the time of manifesting, 2. at the time of delivery and 3. when the company do the billing. I have placed an order (Wakeup Mattress) from amazon which was seller product, so amazon refused to take any action, instead complaining the Seller. When I reached to the seller, he said we have the logistic partner Delhivery TRACKING ID [protected] (LR Number:[protected]. I have raised many complains and escalation via Amazon and Wakeup (Seller) and when they failed, I complained to the customer support of Delhivery (Support ticket:[protected] but still didn't get proper response.

After numerous attempt I finally got the number of the Delhivery Manager of Dwarahat from wherein my order needs to be deliver by the Delhivery agent. Firstly, they say if you need your order then you need to come here which is 30km far from my home (pincode 263656) and I need to book a cab which would cost me around 1-2k for booking, then the manager of the Delhivery said it doesn't come under our area and delivery agent can't take such huge order.

My question are :-
1. Why they are updating the wrong information in the tracking site and passing wrong information to amazon (PFA the screenshot)
2. Why can't they deliver the product, when it says the home step delivery.
3. Why the manager is not taking his job seriously and providing right updates and not delivering the product to desired location.
4. When they are logistic partner why don't they deliver the large appliance because the recording that I have clearly mention that he accepted that they don't deal with large appliances. So in this case they should either close there Delhivery should close the Dwarahat location/hub or they should take necessary action and provide the resolution.

I Ordered A lg 7.5 kg Washing Machine via Amazon on 10.10.2022

The machine reached at delhivery office at sabalgarh Location on 16.10.2022

On the next day 17.10.2022 delhivery delivery staff from sabalgarh office contacted me for delivery of my product

They are saying that the Washing Machine you have ordered has arrived to us if you want the order you have to come kailaras location to recieve the package if you can't able to come we can cancel the order nd also not come to your pahadgarh location...

Then I said I want my order at my pahadgarh location i cannot come to other location to collect the product

The sabalgarh office staff cancelled the package without my permission on 17.10.2022 and returned the package to seller

And i got them to talk to the customer care too then they talked to them and me in a bad manner

Pls see in the matter sooner

If the delhivery can't deliver the product on selected Location pls dont take the order at your booking office ..
