AWB - [protected] - Not Delivered...

I had placed order through flipkart via Cash on delivery on 11 Sep 2022 and got delivery on 17 Sep2022 from shipment no[protected]. I had made payment through credit card by scanning the QR code and paid Rs.177 to delhivery merchant, transaction was successful from my side but merchant didn't receive the amount. then Delivery body asked me to do re-payment and he gave me surety that i will get the refund of 1st made payment within 3 days...

I have ordered clothes from h&m, order number is [protected], from more than 20 days Delhivery is bluffing with the status. They don’t have any customer care number neither respond to the tickets raised. I don’t know what they have done with package, though the package has reached Hyderabad they are not delivering it....

Hello there i sent a parcel worth rupees 6000 shipped from delhivery on date 7 september 2022 and where i sent it, is not recieved yet and the site said your package has been lost i also raise concern through email but they only return my shipping charge only and responded it is lost . how will i get my parcel back either delhivery give my parcel or pay money....

I had received the AWB [protected]
The awb was damaged by the dog when it was in custody of delhivery the reson for the same was provided as due to load and unavailibilty of space the shipment was remained outside and then dog had damaged it, i had proofs for the same, i instructed the manager to remove the damaged part and deliver shipment by taping in the case claim is not approved saying that the delivery was consented delivery...

Dear team,

I have been facing the issue from Delhivery team. One of my product has to picked up for returns, but delhivery people are not even attempting and not reachable. On top of these things they were updating false updates in the tracking of order. Please take a immediate action on them.

I am writing this letter with reference to my order dated [order date]. The delivery was scheduled five days back and I haven’t received the order yet. This long delay is causing substantial monetary loss and inconvenience to my business activities. The items in the order were a priority one and as you promised on-time delivery I agreed to proceed for the transaction.

I have booked 2 shipments from Delhivery as on 6th Aug 2022 on LR no.[protected]. They are showing one parcel at Agartala hub whereas one at Guwahati hub only from last one month. And they are not able to trace the Guwahati parcel yet. Its been more then a month now, our parcels are not delivered by Delhivery and no updates as well....

The company is reluctant in delivery my package .

Amount was paid to them in advance.

The parcel was picked by them in time from Jaipur but now they are just delaying it and are updating wrongly as in “delivery was attempted”

Highly disappointed!!

Request strong action to be initiated against the company .

On September 5th I orderd bluetooth speaker from a company website and they are shipping it via Delhivery.

Till date I haven't received the product. They keep extending the delivery date. This company is fraud and should be shut down. There are lot of complaints on their name....

Delivery personel not deal with others, the name of delivery boy Sarfaraj Anowar WB at the area 733125. He misbehave with me. My most of shipping delivered by Delivery logistic but nothing happened like this before...

The axis bank sent the item to my registered address, but this company person asked for money, and i was not agree to then he returned back sent my item to the bank. Tracking id[protected]. I think this company is involved in systematic fraud. Taking money to book items but not delivering...

My return was picked up on 12/9/22 vide AWB no.[protected] nad is still on the same place since 6 days there is no update. I am not able to reach "Delhivery". There is not a single way that I am able to connect to them. Please help me with the problem. Thank You.

I need written apology and delivery boy termination for the rude behaviour of your delivery boy or else I will going to escalate the same on social media with call recording. Your delivery boy was very rude and was asking us to come on main road to come and collect the parcel or else I will take it back. I told him i am in off still my senior citizens mother had to go out to collect the delivery.

The tracking number is[protected] the pickup is pending since last 4 days they just mention shipper unavailable when the fact is that it's packed and ready to be picked since last 4 days but no one turns up it's a factory open from 9 Am to 7 pm but no one has called or collected the company is fraud and harrassing customers and mental torture every time...

I'm writing this to let you know that Goalpara, Assam delhivery was supposed to deliver my parcel No AWB [protected] to the given pincode-783126, but to my surprise the team did not care to call me instead I received a message directing me to collect from their office which is not possible from my side. What kind of customer/ courier service they are providing ? I'm deeply annoyed I'll file another complaint...

I am a regular customer of the company but they never pickup and deliver in time so now since they are regularly continue with this they have blocked certain features on my Android delhivery application like complaining online for delay in their services so want to complain against this...

My parcel got delayed by 7 days. And the status is showing on hold. After complaining several times the status changed to - out for delivery but I still haven't received anything.

And this is not for the first time. 3 td time I am facing this fir Delivery.
This is the worst courier service ever.

Is there anyway I can get my parcel for the last time.

I have place the shipment from Delhivery[protected] the amount of package is Rs.522 in evening 8PM your delivery guy pickup the courier and after 20min he’s calling me and saying your courier couldn’t proceed to your destination because of you didn’t choose Large Box Option, But I’m try to convincing him and saying I have proof sir I’m select large box option but they continuously refusing and saying please cancel the courier.br...
