Hello Team,

I have placed an order (Wakeup Mattress) from amazon which was seller product, so amazon refused to take any action, instead complaining the Seller. When I reached to the seller, he said we have the logistic partner Delhivery TRACKING ID [protected] (LR Number:[protected]. I have raised many complains and escalation via Amazon and Wakeup (Seller) and when they failed, I complained to the customer support of Delhivery (Support ticket:[protected] but still didn't get proper response.

After numerous attempt I finally got the number of the Delhivery Manager of Dwarahat from wherein my order needs to be deliver by the Delhivery agent. Firstly, they say if you need your order then you need to come here which is 30km far from my home (pincode 263656) and I need to book a cab which would cost me around 1-2k for booking, then the manager of the Delhivery said it doesn't come under our area and delivery agent can't take such huge order.

My question are :-
1. Why they are updating the wrong information in the tracking site and passing wrong information to amazon (PFA the screenshot)
2. Why can't they deliver the product, when it says the home step delivery.
3. Why the manager is not taking his job seriously and providing right updates and not delivering the product to desired location.
4. When they are logistic partner why don't they deliver the large appliance because the recording that I have clearly mention that he accepted that they don't deal with large appliances. So in this case they should either close there Delhivery should close the Dwarahat location/hub or they should take necessary action and provide the resolution.

    I Ordered A lg 7.5 kg Washing Machine via Amazon on 10.10.2022

    The machine reached at delhivery office at sabalgarh Location on 16.10.2022

    On the next day 17.10.2022 delhivery delivery staff from sabalgarh office contacted me for delivery of my product

    They are saying that the Washing Machine you have ordered has arrived to us if you want the order you have to come kailaras location to recieve the package if you can't able to come we can cancel the order nd also not come to your pahadgarh location...

    Then I said I want my order at my pahadgarh location i cannot come to other location to collect the product

    The sabalgarh office staff cancelled the package without my permission on 17.10.2022 and returned the package to seller

    And i got them to talk to the customer care too then they talked to them and me in a bad manner

    Pls see in the matter sooner

    If the delhivery can't deliver the product on selected Location pls dont take the order at your booking office ..

      Package strck at thane more than 10 days. No response to the complaint raised.

      The package has been delayed more than 15 days, which is not acceptable.

        Hi

        I am a buyer from coimbatore. I ordered materials from muradabad which was dispatched on[protected]corrier slip no.[protected]. He gave corrier slip to seller mentioning 2 parcel and to us a different corrier slip mentioning 1parcel.
        We contacted both seller and dehlivery staff they both are putting blame on each other. I had many similar issues before also most of the time seller and dehlivery staff work together to make money by charging extra cash for parcel. Unfortunately when we follow up with them they behaves very rudely and blocks our number.

        Looking forward some solution for this.

It has hardly been a pleasure business since some of the employees are not quite diligent in their respective duties.           I ordered some products online and it was reaching me through delhivery courier services.I ordered products on 10th october 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on 15th of october and it is not delivered yet.
          They are just delaying the order and extending the dates.

                  Delhivery - Delivery services -

                  This delivery company is running with no proper customer support team.
                  No contact/email id for complaint/queries

                  They hired delivery persons with very rude behaviours/ coming to deliver only working days time- afternoon time (Person name Mani Raghunathan)

                  Not coming on requested time. Intensely not delivering my order.
                  Worry about my orders/ safety concerns.

                  Do not accept/ send any courier in Delhivery- very poor services company
                  kindly, address this issue

                    Three of my shipments with awe #[protected] #[protected] #[protected] are stuck at the Delhivery hub Dankuni, West Bengal since 26th Sept 2022.
                    The promised delivery date was around 28th sept. but they keep on increasing the date of delivery every day and there have been no helpful response from the customer service.

                      A package with tracking id[protected] was booked from Delhi on 27th September 2022. Today it is the 17th of October, shipment is not yet delivered. Total 21 days of delay!!! I am constantly tracking my package. Right now the status is "Shipment unloaded due to uncontrollable circumstances". What does it even mean? And how is it even possible!? A courier company has one job- to deliver the stuff, Wondering what 'uncontrollable circumstances' are stopping them from delivering the product? Delhivery is a scam.

                        I made a order on 29th September from Kavery Organic Honey and Delhivery was the the delivery partner. Delhivery delayed the delivery unexpectedly long time and after that they returned the package without contacting me. My vendor let me know they are returning package against his wish to have return charges on him. Here it is Delhivery tracking it is AWB # :[protected]

                            Ordered a pc case from vedant computers and for some reason seller chose delhivery for courier. courier reached bilaspur-hr hub on 11oct and till this date 17oct i haven't received it. not sure is its lost or what. there are no proper updates. last update was that it left for delhi but that was about 40 hours ago. funny thing bilaspur hub is about 3-4 hour drive. tried contacting seller he said he will do something but we know. tried googling this and find out there are plenty of people facing same issues there are tons of reviews on goole maps about this location Bilaspur HR about how there product been lost or delayed for a week or months. most are unsolved till now.

                                Have ordered bag from flipkart and it is to be delivered by your courier service but not delivered .I have ordered product on 30 sept, 2022. It has to be delivered by oct 10, 2022.But till now no update from your side.its has been delayed by already 6 days and till no update.                                   My order is reached final delivery center on 12th october 2022 and next day they changed status that it reached them on 13th october. Raised multiple tickets for prioritizing delivery but not even got a single response but they do mentioned they will respond back within 24hrs but didn't responded even after 3days. They don't provide mobile numbers for queries also. As it's delayed I asked them for warehouse address so that I can collect myself. When I went there, they asked to come next day and when I went there again. They carelessly respond and we can't find your item now, we will deliver it when we becomes free. It cost me around 60-70rs and 4hours of effect to go to their warehouse and listen all these nonsense. And the worst thing is they are asking us to not waste their time.

                                  They should be responsible to the orders if they can't provide proper customer service then they should shutdown their service.
