My order is reached final delivery center on 12th october 2022 and next day they changed status that it reached them on 13th october. Raised multiple tickets for prioritizing delivery but not even got a single response but they do mentioned they will respond back within 24hrs but didn't responded even after 3days. They don't provide mobile numbers for queries also. As it's delayed I asked them for warehouse address so that I can collect myself. When I went there, they asked to come next day and when I went there again. They carelessly respond and we can't find your item now, we will deliver it when we becomes free. It cost me around 60-70rs and 4hours of effect to go to their warehouse and listen all these nonsense. And the worst thing is they are asking us to not waste their time.

They should be responsible to the orders if they can't provide proper customer service then they should shutdown their service.

      I had my package arriving from bank on 13/10/22, it had my debit card.The status is showing that it's delivered on the said date at 4:34 p.m., yet I have not received it.

        I placed a order to deliver my product from Jaipur to Jodhpur(same state), I received completely damaged product. I raised so many complaints on delivery customer care portal, tried e-mailing them several times but they are not replying to any of them. My package was fully insured by delhivery but now are they are not taking any action. I want refund of my product as soon as possible.

          I ordered two products from Adidas India which was a prepaid order. Delhivery is the courier partner for it and supposed to be delivered on October 4. The package has been received by final hub on October 4 but they aren’t attempting delivery since 2 weeks. I have contacted Adidas and escalated this issue multiple times. Sent email to Delhivery team. All they are saying is to wait. Both the parties are saying that it is do to delivery vehicle issue and Delhivery has been pushing it’s delivery date to next day everyday. This is so frustrating and with no real update and help from both parties, I am at loss and came hear to raise a complaint.
          Please help!

          Update: Delhivery has now returned my package back to the origin(Adidas, Gurgaon) without intimation. What’s absurd here is that they updated their tracking as “returned to origin based on client’s instructions”. I don’t even understand What is happening with them anymore. I contacted Adidas about this situation and all they are saying is I should re-order and wait for refund. After almost 2 weeks of delay, this the answer I am getting for a prepaid order. My money is held by Adidas this entire time and because of pathetic service from Delhivery, I have wasted my time on so many phone calls and emails and escalations only to be treated like this. Utterly dissatisfied and disappointed.
          Pathetic service by Delhivery and Adidas(for lack of responsibility and fail to serve as promised to customer)

            I did parcel my earphone to Boult service center Delhi through delhivery courier service but it hasn't been delivered there and on delhivery website it says that it has been delivered and the Boult service team asked for proof of delivery so i checked for proof of delivery but in delhivery website it says that package information is not visible after one week and tere is no contact information on their website not they are registering my complain regarding this

              I recently sent my original college documents from Delhi to Guwahati via Delhivery thinking it would be fast and secure since it’s private. Tracking : [protected]. Status showed “delivered on 7 Oct, 2022” but my college has not received my documents nor have they even received a call from the delivery service. It’s been more than a week now and despite placing complaints they have said they will let me know the status and no further follow up on that. I am extremely upset as those were my ORIGINAL college degree documents. Moreover, Delhivery has given no direct customer care number to resolve this issue and their ticket system is as good as useless since response is pathetic. I want this to be escalated further or know the procedure for placing a formal police complaint against this as my whole career is at stake here.

                Hi,
                This is bring to your attention, that my orders from bewakoof has not been delivered yet.

                Ideally it should have arrived by 10th October but today 14th October, not a single communication about my order.

                The delivery service (DELHIVERY) has the worst employees, rude to talk when asked about the package. Biggest mistake was that the package was moved ahead of the delivery location, despite of address mentioned!!

                DO THEY NOT SEE THE ADDRESS??

                And despite of the address mentioned in the package, they tried to deliver it to another location. And then sent me the message ''DELIVERY ATTEMPT FAILED".

                The package which is still in transit from 10 days!!
                AND IS ALSO NOT IN THE CORRECT LOCATION!

                WHAT IF THIS WAS NOT THE PRE-PAID DELIVERY!!

                  Mene ek product courier krwaya tha jo 30 septemner ko courier delievered dikha rha h.par mene jisko courier krwaya tha usseh courier nhi mila h, mujhe iska proof of delievery chahiye, mene company se contact karna chaha par mujhe nhi milla.

                      Hi,

                      I have ordered product from Samsung store and delhivery partner was Delhivery. The original date promised was 6th October but I am still waiting for the product. The response I got from company is "due to unforseen circumstances delivery is getting delayed". My AwB no is [protected]. The worst part is the location where the product is very near to my location still it is taking more than 2 days.

                      I would request all the companies not to choose delhivery as their courier partner. Some nonsense guys pitched good, got money from investors and opened up a ### company.

                        Please be informed that my package was booked through Delhivery courier services (AWB:[protected] on 05 Oct 2022 and was supposed to be delivered by 11 Oct. The package reached the nearest hub (Noida) on 11 Oct and since then it is showing at the same location.

                        Please note that the package contains books of my son and he is unable to join the school without the same. His education is getting affected. Request you to pls help

                          Am getting delay my shipment day hy day continuosly 5 days still my order not delivwred and I don't know when it will deliver also.. I want customer care number of delhivery logistics... I want to talk with them they are not at all responding to queries also

                            Dehlivery santir bazar division 799142 intentionally doesn't deliver courier and returns them without customer approval. Happened to me 3rd time in a row.

                              I have placed an order from boodmo. They used delhivery courier. Expected delivery date was 06/10/22.. on 5th oct my package was at ambikapur. 7days got over till now my package is at ambikapur.. and also my package is missing in audit at ambikapur.. i have also contacted delhivery.. no response from them.. im really disappointed.. what's going on.. 7 days already got over.. it was an expensive prepaid parcel..
                              I need urgent delivery..

                                I ordered a package from firebolt I was supposed to get my package by 02th October but it's been 7th October and I haven't got in my package. On 12nd October my package was it in my nearest hub but suddenly it's showed unexpected scan and my package was in Nalgonda they send it from there and it's been in my nearest hub since then and I haven't got my package I raised queries so many time but they didn't respond I want my package urgently but they didn't respond either.

                                  I have ordered Boat Wave Lite Smartwatch (Order ID 2992657) from the company's website itself on 6th October, 2022. The company has escalated the delivery procedure to Delhivery through Shiprocket.
                                  The AWB for Delhivery order is [protected] and the initial delivery date was 9th October 2022.
                                  Each day, since that day, the order status page on the Delhivery app shows the next day's date to be the estimated date of arrival. I have also raised a ticket against the delay. There's no reply from their end. I have also emailed on the Boat's email ID — No Reply from their end as well.
                                  Tried reaching th Delhivery customer care no. but couldn't.
                                  Feeling completely stuck! Please resolve this issue at the earliest
                                  Have enclosed the screenshot of the order status pages.

                                    I ordered some electronic items from https://pixelledlights.com/ on 07/10/2022. The shipment was picked up by delhivery on the same day from Jhalawar Rajasthan as per Delhivery tracking. The estimated delivery date to Pune was 12/10/2022, which is today. Still the shipment is not moving. It’s still at Jhalawar the origin city with Delhivery people. I need the goods at the earliest, as the goods won’t be of any use after this time. I have even raised the query with delhivery so many times but no body seems to be bothered. Please help.
