On 24th September I had couriered a parcel from Chennai to Surat. The parcel contained a pair of brand new expensive shoes to a relative of mine( the amount of parcel was noted by logistics agency at time of order generation).

Tracking/AWB number:[protected]

On 28th it shows that the shipment got delivered to receiver on their official tracking page. The delivery agent didn’t show up nor did he call and just marked it as delivered. As proof of delivery(POD) he has done a fake signature (a strike) and marked delivered.

As the parcel was expensive I reported to the courier office where I posted and they tell me raise a complaint to Delhivery website.

As a matter of fact Delhivery has no valid customer care or ticket raising mechanism and everything is just for show on their site.

Their has been no action taken by them even when I have been regularly following up with them via the courier office where I dispatched the parcel from.

I urgently need a refund and compensation for the time I have spent on following up on this.

    I have ordered plants worth 4000 from West Bengal on 25 th September and courier delhivery picked up on 30 th September. Due to heavy load they still not deliveries my product and showing product near by dankuni since October 3rd .their negiligence will killed my plants and i am sure I will recieved plant in dead condition so I need justice

        This is regarding the return of the item to seller.

        AWB[protected]

        The pickup is attempted 3 times but not successful, reasons are unknown.
        Every day I will get a message that pickup will be attempted today and by evening I will get a message stating that it is not possible to do so. Finally, when I have received such 3rd message, I called the delivery execute and requested him to collect the package.

        This is done, and now the main issue my package is sitting in their return center from past 12 days. From 1st Oct I am receiving the return date as next working day and that will be automatically changed by 1 day.

        I am contacting the customer support who says it will be returned, but there is not specific date or any assurance. There is no call or chat support from the company. This is way too much and unrealistic delay.

        Never ever I am going to relay on delhivery going forward.

              Delaying the order

              They are just delaying my order one day they are showing delivery by 8 th October than again 9th and 11th and now again 12th October. my order has been stuck in guwahati from 9th they are just delaying it.they have not sent it to Kaliabor and there customer care service is worst I'm getting no response at all.its an important parcel and i urgently need it...

                    I ordered a product amounted to be around 33, 000. Its estimated delivery date is 3rd october 2022 but i didn't recieved that product yet(today is 11th oct 2022). Every day estimated delivery date is postponed to next date, there's no reply to mail i sent to them. There's no contact number or any customer support. I checked on crunchbase and various websites that delhivery raised around Rs.12000 crore, How? There app rating is 2.8 stars even there are so many facebook groups named Victims of Delhivery with this same kind of problems. My AWB number is[protected], My LTL Shipment number is[protected]. I need my product as soon as possible.

                      My urgently needed parcel was shipped on 30th September from Bilaspur to Fatehabad having the tracking ID [protected]. It was unnecessarily sent to Ranchi from Bilaspur and then it returned from Bilaspur to Ranchi. This process took more than 5 days. After so many days it was sent to desired route. Still it is not delivered to the destination. I am waiting for the parcel from last 10 days as it was extremely urgent to me and on 10th October i have pre scheduled international flight. Now I will not be able to accept the parcel. Please take a legal action against them.

                        Hello, I've placed an order from wakefit and they have shipped the product using delhivery logistics, the product is being delayed for the delivery, tried raising many complaints on the delhivery portal but they aren't responding. The expected delivery date is being postponed every day, it's been sitting idle on each warehouse for 2 or more days and then now it's traveling back and forth instead of delivering.

                          I ordered a lenovo laptop, a backpack and a mouse with it, from its official website on 2nd of october 2022, it was shipped on 6 october, and reached noida on 7 october at 7:14 pm. Since then it is not being updated on delhivery website, today is 9 October, it was to be delivered by today, but it is still showing in noida. The expected delivery date given by lenovo was 7 october but on delhivery website it was showing 9 october, so I did wait till 9th october but still did not got any response. Please help me out as i already paid for that parcel.

                            Ordered an item on 30th September and the courier company happened to be Delhivery, expected date of delivery was 7th Oct. I live in Mumbai and the item was picked up from Kolkata. It took 5 days for item to reach Mumbai, that is, it arrived at Thane on 5th Oct. For some reason for 2 days item was at Thane hub doing nothing. Eventually on the day of delivery instead of getting out for delivery item was shipped to another location in Mumbai, that is Bhiwandi, since the item is there, idle, no update and delivery date just gets postponing.

                              It has been more than 10 days since the package has been shipped from New Delhi. I need the book very urgently. The delivery date is being shifted to the next day by the end of that day.
                              I also filed a complaint on their portal regarding this delivery but there has been no action till now.
                              I cannot understand if it has already reached Hoskote, Bangalore then what is causing such a large delay.

                              And to hide their incompetence, they have not provided any customer care helpline on their website. Any numbers I found on the internet didn't work.
                              Extremely pathetic service.

                              Please help to get the courier delivered as soon as possible.

                                Ordered from a website on 30th September and Delhivery was the courier company. Shipment was picked up from Dankuni, Kolkata to Mumbai.
                                Shipment arrived at Thane on 5th Oct, was kept on hold there for 2 days then moved to Chandivli for some reason. Since then it is in Chandivli, everyday they keep postponing delivery date, which was 7th Oct initially. No reason is given. Unfortunate, unforseen circumstances, very wide and vague statement for everyday delay

                                  This is with reference to AWB [[protected]] that on 26th Sep 22, your delivery person Mr. Bharat singh came to deliver my order. I tried making payment through delhivery link and amount of 799/-got debited from my account [protected] but your delivery person told me that payment is unsuccessful and told me you will get refund in 4-7days.so i had to make other payment of the same amount to receive my order. I got no refund so I contacted my bank. My bank told me that the payment was successful. It means that I made double payment for a single product to you. Kindly refund my amount 799/-to my source account.

                                      Top cheater is Delhivery Company. Don’t know how such a worst service providing company get listed in stock exchange. SEBI has not take care in this regard.

                                      Worst service by Delhivery company. They picked up package on 30/09/22 and on web side tracking shown delivery date 05/10/21 and since then till now they are extending delivery date day by day now showing 09/10/22.
                                      I think there is possibility of theft of material from the package also in spite of abnormal delay in delivery. Further customer care No also not able to contact. Toll free No[protected] is also showing switched off when tied to contact.
