I have got my TV in broken condition. The above ticket was raised and i got a reply from Md.Arshad to send images and video.
Thereafter i have sent multiple reminder to Md.Arshad regarding the response for the ticket and i have even mail to retail.[protected]@delhivery.com and "customer.[protected]@delhivery.com.

Till now there is no response...

I have placed an Order in Apollo 247 and it dispatched via Delhivery Company Courier Service. But it's been almost 10 days and still my order is showing in Transit. These are medicines and i am in urgent need of it but these people keep on delaying and not delivering at all. Please take a legal action on this....

Package booked more than 10 day back. Still not delivered...

My tracking ID is[protected]. My package is sent from gurgaon to chennai and it has been 14 days, the package is not getting delivered. It is showing out for delivery and then gone to in transit status again at the end of the day. I want to know the package status and the location so that i can atleast myself get it from there....

I have ordered a product from Amazon with tracking id:[protected], is at its courier facility but not delivered till now. there is proper support of customer care service of this company. i called on [protected] which i got from google, there people were asking to pay some amount which i refused, after that they said they can't help.
kindly take proper action against them and please make deliver my product as soon as possible....

The original package was intentionally exchanged with a different old package containing only a single tshirt (of a girl, 7 to 8 yrs) worth rs. 329 ; by your fraudster courier partner.

I ordered 7 trousers worth rs. 5319 but I received only a single tshirt (of a girl, 7 to 8 yrs) worth rs. 329 instead, on 2nd September, 2022 .
The item received inside the package is very old. The package bag also...

I had booked a consignment where I had mentioned my wrong pincode. Its been 2 weeks, I've not yet received my parcel. Please look into the matter & solve it as soon as possible.
Also please rectify my adress especially pincode....

The person holding the number [protected] was there to delivery the same package which was a ajio exchange. I shared the sare code during the delivery and the exchange was done smoothly but he called at 11:49pm saying that the previous share code was not working hence he has send a new code which i need to say him and we did that too after he again called at 11:59pm which i dint recive and blocked his numb. I dont know what kind of professionalism...

This happens every time with me whenever my order comes through Delhivery Couriers. I stay in village Morambi which is 18 kms from the town called Bhalki (Pin code is 585328) in Karnataka. If I order something from Amazon or Flipkart I won’t have any problems because its get delivered to my doorstep but If I ordered from any other sites and the courier partner is Delhivery then it’s never get delivered, if the item is important to me...

There is no response from the customer service side no matter how many complaints we raise . And the worse part is there is no way to contact them . They don’t want to reply or they are being given very high salaries so they eat and sleep at stores . On the time of delivery, we are not at home. So we asked him to deliver the package to our tenant in ground floor. Agent knocked the door and waited only for a min and told me how much time I had to wait harshly. And he said, he kept the package outside the door. Is it a right way to deliver. No one from the courier company was least bothered to inform us about the status....

Hello...This is Anhat Shaikh...My package with tracking was supposed to deliver today on 05 September 2022. But the tracking history is showing that the package has not even reached my nearest Delhivery centre. I sent a mail twice still not getting any response.I need it today urgently. Plz do something ...It's much needed today .😔😔😔😔...

My AWB number is[protected], they have picked the product from Hyderabad at my residence and to deliver the same product with in the city to Amazon, they took 5 days and from 29th onwards I am asking them to return the product if its not picked up by Amazon and til date they have not returned the product.

1) There is no customer service to speak and they capture on their website that they don't want to share the numbers...

It has been more than 20 days since I shipped my package.
But it is not getting delivered.
Very worst service. No proper reply from support team.
I wish no one to use this website.
I don't know if my package is safe or not.....

The delivery guy with phone numb [protected] lodged a complaint that i demanded an open package delivery which i dint as he never reached my location i demand an apology from the person or you take action against against him....
