Ordered from a website on 30th September and Delhivery was the courier company. Shipment was picked up from Dankuni, Kolkata to Mumbai.
Shipment arrived at Thane on 5th Oct, was kept on hold there for 2 days then moved to Chandivli for some reason. Since then it is in Chandivli, everyday they keep postponing delivery date, which was 7th Oct initially. No reason is given. Unfortunate, unforseen circumstances, very wide and vague statement for everyday delay

This is with reference to AWB [[protected]] that on 26th Sep 22, your delivery person Mr. Bharat singh came to deliver my order. I tried making payment through delhivery link and amount of 799/-got debited from my account [protected] but your delivery person told me that payment is unsuccessful and told me you will get refund in 4-7days.so i had to make other payment of the same amount to receive my order. I got no refund so I contacted my bank. My bank told me that the payment was successful. It means that I made double payment for a single product to you. Kindly refund my amount 799/-to my source account.

I sent a packet to kota rajasthan and its showing missing in audit and they ont have any email or phone support number its expensive parcel of 20000 rupees please help

Top cheater is Delhivery Company. Don’t know how such a worst service providing company get listed in stock exchange. SEBI has not take care in this regard.

Worst service by Delhivery company. They picked up package on 30/09/22 and on web side tracking shown delivery date 05/10/21 and since then till now they are extending delivery date day by day now showing 09/10/22.
I think there is possibility of theft of material from the package also in spite of abnormal delay in delivery. Further customer care No also not able to contact. Toll free No[protected] is also showing switched off when tied to contact.

Since 8 days my parcel is stucked at Bilaspur, it’s been 8days but there is no update.Kindly please look into the issue, why it’s getting delayed and you guys are just extending the delivery dates which is inappropriate.please look into the matter.Thanks

This awb reached destination on 4th after a delay and it went missing as per delhivery staff after few hours and they later updated it’s not missing in the tracking and on next day it again went missing.Are you serious delhivery staff it’s clearly stolen and used by your staff in kohima Nagaland and you guys doesn’t clarify it although after delay of one week you want that I should wait for 3 more days for your so called investigation.Let me know what type of investigation you will do when your staff members are thieves

I ordered one mobile phone from mobilephone site whose delivery partner is Delhivery. I ordered on 1st Oct 2022. Its expected delivery date was 06th Oct 2022. Till 06th Oct, product was not delivered. Product was in Noida and I am residing in Shahdara so it won't take too much time to get it delivered. But still its not delivered. Moreover, My package is roaming all over in delhi. Currently its in IGI Airport. I am not sure why its been there as its totally a different location from my space. Also delhivery now become a god as they provide future update as they know what will going to happen in future. I am writing this complaint at 11:50 AM on 08th Oct 2022. But on merchant site they already provided an update which has a time stamp of 13:39 PM of 08th Oct. Ss attached. I already raised complaint with merchant and delhivery but no body is interested in resolving my issue. Also day by day delivery date is increasing. It was scheduled to be deliver today now its showing tomorrow's date and I am pretty sure this will once again change to some other date. So its a request to kindly look into this to resolve the issue asap or forward it to Concern department.

I ordered my laptop from flipkart on 23rd sept. Itwas shipped on 26th sept and was supposed to be delivered to me on 29th sept. The shipment was not delivered to me on 29th sept and then a new date was given to me which was 5th oct. I waited till 5th october but shipment was again not delivered to me. On delhivery site location of my package is stated Agra. It says that my package arrived agra on 6th october. This is my tracking id[protected]

AWB no[protected], shipment arrived nearest hub @ 01.10.2022, but till now they arrange for delivery, unnecessary hold this PPD, if they don't have infrastructure why they book load. Disgusting

Mukesh Sharma whose number is [protected] representive of delhivery booked my goods on 24/09/2022 and took Rs 4000 through UPI...
And gave me a fake receipt on my whatsapp number [protected]. Of my goods which was booked by him on behalf of Delhi Delhivery office...but till this time and date 07/10/2022 time 9:08 pm i haven't received my goods..

My parcel which was picked uo at 28.09.22. And the delhivery date was 4.10

I reside in Kolkata and I ordered a package from urbanic I was supposed to get my package by 30th September but it's been 7th October and I haven't got in my package. On 2nd October my package was it in my nearest hub but suddenly it's showed unexpected scan and my package was in Kerala they send it from there and it's been in my nearest hub since then and I haven't got my package I raised queries so many time but they didn't respond I want my package urgently but they didn't respond either.

- The return item was picked up as per SMS .
- OTP was used to activated the Return pick up
- The Flipkart team is telling that the Seller has not received the item.
- So they have asked me to complaint against the Delhivery courier service
- I contacted Delhivery for confirmation but they are not reachable
- I want to Know where is My product, is it still in transit or reached WESTBURY EXPRESS

Westbury Express package AwB[protected] picked up on 7th September by Delhivery is still not received by flipkart. Flipkart is saying they don't know the whereabouts about the item as they have not received it yet. The item was picked by mahendra from delhivery courier. Kindly track where is the parcel.

The driver picked up the shipment but didn't scan the AWB, so now the shipment is missing from the dashboard and the helpdesk pretends they don't understand the issue.

Delhivery is the worst courier service I have ever seen
Pathetic customer service
My courier was picked on 29 September
And in the beginning I was told that my courier will be delivered by 2 October
I waited till 2 oct but the courier was not delivered and delivery date was shifted in application
I waited for one more day but the company shifted the delivery date again. This time I registered complaint...

My package is not getting delivered. It is in bangalore past 6 days and every day the delivery date is getting updated.
