I ordered a product on 22sep on Flipkart it shipped next day and come to delhivery wharehouse in Noida it's promise date was 26sep after that it's extended by 2oct . Today is the date when I was writing my complaint is 2oct my package is hold in delhivery wharehouse in Noida i don't know why ther they hold it .

I was supposed to receive a package on 29th Sept. At noon, it updated the extended delivery date to the 30th, and on the 30th, it extended it to the 1st of October. Right now, it says I’ll get my package by the 3rd of October. Instead o[censored]pdating my package status these guys are just updating the expected delivery date again and again. But the worst part about this, is the fact that they’re NOT REACHABLE AT ALL. I raised a ticket and it said their agent would reach to me but instead I get responded to by a BOT. Seriously, the worst customer service ever. Get it fixed ASAP and oh, please deliver my project DELHIVERY!

I placed an order on vedantcomputers.com on Sep 24. ( Order ID #221321 ) The order was shipped with Delhivery ( AWB #[protected] ) on Sep 26 from Kolkata.

It subsequently left from Dankuni, WB to Bilaspur, HR on Sep 27 morning. Since then, there has been no update on my package.

Upon raising an issue (Ticket ID #[protected], I'm given an automated token response assuring me of their concern. This is pathetic service, to be honest.

I am out of India and my phone was unreachable at the time of delivery. 3 attempts were made by the courier company DELHIVERY on 22, 24, 26 of September 2022. I haven't received the parcel. Currently the parcel is relocated to Gurgaon Delhi. I request you to re shedule my parcel back to Pune from DELHIVERY head office.

My courier with AWB[protected] and a returned courier with AWB[protected] is getting delayed by Delhivery without a proper justification. There is no contact number where we can reach them and check for the status. The online portal have not been updated from last 3 days.
The reason company is giving is they have booked a huge courier and they are not able to handle the load now and the shipments will be delayed without a proper deadlines date.
It is getting frustrating because after raising lots of queries also not getting reply from the company. It company is not capable of handling the loads then they should not have booked so many couriers.

On 23rd I parceled a blank and signed cheaque to my home from Gurgaon its been more than 8 days it has not even moved to out for delivery. everyday the delivery date is changing to next date, if anything happened with the cheaque and account of mine. you will be responsible, I will file a legal case.

Dear sir mene amazon se parsal mangvaya tha jo ki home delevery ka kha gya tha, lekin courier vale delevry dene se mna kar rahe hai keh rhe hai ki aap lene aao to denge nahi to hum vapas bhej denge .
Or iske sath hme ye bhi kha gya ki aap lene aao to thik hai nahi to hame kisi ki nahi padi hai or kha gya ki hme dene aane me koe intrest nahi hai,
hum hamesha se is delhivery transport par visvas karte aa rhe hai lekin hme kishi bhi prkar ki koi aapti nahi hui hai or baki transporter courier ki tarah aagar aapka transport bhi isi tarah hogya to hme khed hai ki aapka saath bhi hum sod denge.
So please iske bare me kuch visar kariye or me anugrhit kijiye

Ap ke boy home dilevery nahi karte apni jaga bulate he kabhi kabhi hose se 1 kilomitar dur hota he. KAMPLENT kar ke bhi thak gaee koi Naya rasta nikalo

I ordered a courier with express delivery option which was 3 to 5 max days it has been a week no delivery done yet.Also on the app everyday they just update the delivery day by next day.Then why we paid for express delivery . We need to teach these cheaters a customer value lesson by penalising them.

That i have ordered a product from flipkart as well as amazon and both the order is going to be delivered by DELHIVERY COURIER (CNF N at kishanganj, bihar pin- 855107 (flipkart Tracking id=[protected]amazon tracking id - [protected]) by the same delivery boy named Md. Heera whose mobile no. is [protected]
That this delhivery boy is harassing and extorting me by cancelling my order by fraudly asking otp through phone call for delivering the product and after some time my product got cancelled and while asking him that why my both product got cancelled, he is misbehaving and using slang languages that " jo karna hai kar lo... saman lene office aao ghar me pohchane ka kam mera nahi hai ...tera nokar hai kiya...
That i am obssesed and harrased that in this durga puja festive ocassion i couldnt get my product as this delivery boy is doing this type of incident from a long time with many persons also...i want that a strict action should be taken with this type of delivery boy as he is dishonouring the reputated companys name

I used the Delhivery app to schedule a pick-up of a parcel on 28th September.
The payment was done using gpay and the amount was debited from my account.

However, the waybill was not generated due to an error and the app closed down when I asked for a refund.
When I go to track the status using order ID on the Delhivery website it says that 'the order can't be found' and the parcel was not picked up from my place either.
There is no way of reaching them via call and i have already tried through email, Instagram DMs and all possible ways but i haven't gotten any response.
I can not register a complain on their account because the waybill wasn't generated.

Sent 2 courier box through delhivery at my home, one box has not been delivered.

I need immediate response or I ll raise police complaint

I ordered a laptop from Flipkart AWB[protected] and the order was shipped with Delhivery. On 27th September it arrived at final delivery station. Now I got an sms (screenshot attached) from Delhivery that the parcel is available for self pickup at a location that is 40km away from my delivery address. I ordered the product at 185211 Mendhar pincode but the self pickup pincode is 185121 Lassana and that is in another area.
And this isn't the first time Delhivery in my area is doing such things. Another parcel AWB[protected] ordered from Flipkart was reschduled for delivery everyday for 10 days and then it was returned mentioning that it was cancelled by customer, while I didn't receive any call from Delhivery just an sms saying your item is available for self pickup at 185121 which is 40km away.
Please direct Delhivery to deliver products at door step or just don't accept any parcels if they can't deliver them.

I placed a courier order on 23rd september from unnao to dehradun it was supposed to get delivered on 26th september today is 28th september i still have no update where my order is it is an important shipment please help awb no.[protected]...
