    I've ordered Motorola mobile phone from its official website and unfortunately Delhivery is the delivery partner of Motorola.Facing delivery issue
    I've ordered moto g52. It is supposed to be delivered by the 2nd of October but from the very day Motorola's delivery partner "DELHIVERY" is continuously delaying it.
    I've younger brother who JEE aspirant and preparing his studies online it need it the device very first day to I ordered it from motorola because they are showing very less delivery time comparing to other flipkart and Amazon. But they making us fool by this falsely stipulated delivery time
    I become sick tired now they are continuously delaying it from day to day by just making excuses and there is no way to contact delhivery as well motorola. after paying in advance they make us feel helpless. And this why these company like Flipkart, Amazon gain market share
    I am attaching day to day updated record of delhivery and also conversation with motorola so called help service. It was my biggest mistake to order from motorola

      I sent my 2 parcel from delivery 9 days I.e 27 th sept 2022 & it got picked up but they are stuck and not even in transit since 9 days they just change the delivery date on daily basis.

      We tried complaining on multiple platform still no update.

        I have send courier through DELHIVERY on awb no[protected]. invoice no. I166S3M6993GB1110 on 19.09.2022, I receive a massage that courier delivered 24.9.2022, But receiver didn't receive my courier. I have send massage through delhivery website ( because there is no such another way to league complaint. I send massage to company on 27-9-22, they noted and mail reference number 48143802. and ask 48 hrs to resolve issue. but still today 4-10-22. there's no Reply or response from company .

          No OTP received for delivery

          I was about to receive the delivery of my Samsung TV through delhivery. The delhivery agent tried to send me the OTP to confirm the delivery. However, I didn't receive any OTP. Hence, the order was taken back by the agent....

          I send medicines on 26 September 2022 from delhivery services, its more than 10 days my order is still not delivered.
          First delivery date was on 1 oct then they changed to 2 oct and again go on changing it again and again and now they changed it to 5 oct.
          Those were homeopathy medicine for my father but these fraud DELHIVERY COURIER SERVICE has not showing correct details where my order is.they don't have any customer support number .
          Please help me .
          They are doing thai with lot of people. please do something against them.
          I sent order from jammu to Srinagar but still order was no where and no one is responsing through there support centre which is i think fake. I attached photos see how dates are changed and no order update

            18th sept : Reverse Pickup was arranged by Nilkamal Limited
            19th Sept : Reverse Pickup is done at afternoon.
            20th Sept : Material Reached to Delhivery Thane Facility.
            Eversince no update on the status of my package on Delhivery portal
            every day when I check the tracking, the site by default changes estimated return date to the next date.

            There is no call center number or email provided on site where we can register our complaint and take followup of our complaint.

            Registering complaint on Delhivery portal is useless as no update is provided by delhivery.
            Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

              I send 3 cartoon to delivery and I got the bilty /docket but it's almost 20 days the no one can give a proper clarity, one of the agent tell me that the parcel is still in indore itself but they are able to find the parcel and no one is responsible nor take any action about it,

                  I booked a courier via Delhivery pick-up courier service on 20th September, 2022 and the parcel picked up by your executive on 21st September.

                  It was updated on your website and conveyed by your executive/associate that it will be delivered by 27th sept. However, it was not delivered without giving any reasons better known to yourselves. It was expected that it will be delivered by 28-29th but unfortunately I haven't got my parcel nor any valid response from your end. Though I have escalated the situation as this parcel was very important for me and I needed it ASAP, same I have written multiple times to your help desk. I was expecting a better service as it's a good Company but this time I got very disappointed with your service.

                  Due to your negligence I had to bear a loss of Rs. 500 as I have to return that parcel to someone and because of the delay I had to pay from my pocket. I booked this parcel for about Rs. 230 and a loss of Rs. 500 cost me a total loss of about Rs. 730. I am seeking a compensation for same from your company.

                  Please note that just because of your negligence and deficiency in service I had to bear this loss therefore, you are responsible to pay for this loss. I will pick this parcel from your Badshapur, Darbaripur office but I need compensation on my source Account.

                  Further, I have a loss tried to reach your grievance contact number. However the same was unreachable (all three).

                  Hoping for a fair response from your end.

                    I placed an order through amazon the delivery date mentioned by on tracking page was 30 September .
                    But after each day they extended the delivery date one day by one.
                    Still my packaged hasn't been delivered yet. No customer support No replies to mail. Somehow I managed to get the contact number of their hub where my package was but that guy also not picking up the call.
                    Also my package was prepaid.

                        My shipment is stuck at Dankuni for the past 3 days for no good reason. Everyday the delivery date is updated for the current day without any progress. This is pathetic. Please look into this and get the shipment delivered.

                        I will be taking further legal actions on this company.

                            I entered wrong pincode by mistake during the time of order placing, And there was no order canceling option on website, and Now a Delivery person call Me and I told him to cancel my order, he asks me OTP for canceling my order, I gave and suddenly I got a massage that your order has been Delivered, and delivery person scamed me, please take an action against them,

                              My order was supposed to be delivered
                              between 29-30/09/2022 but not delivered
                              yet. Tried to contact them via mail or call but
                              no response received. When I mailed my
                              issue they sent an autogenerated mail
                              which asked me to share the query on their
                              website, I am trying to raise a complain from
                              past 3 days but they are not responding
                              anything in back.

                                I ordered a product on 22sep on Flipkart it shipped next day and come to delhivery wharehouse in Noida it's promise date was 26sep after that it's extended by 2oct . Today is the date when I was writing my complaint is 2oct my package is hold in delhivery wharehouse in Noida i don't know why ther they hold it .

                                  I was supposed to receive a package on 29th Sept. At noon, it updated the extended delivery date to the 30th, and on the 30th, it extended it to the 1st of October. Right now, it says I’ll get my package by the 3rd of October. Instead o[censored]pdating my package status these guys are just updating the expected delivery date again and again. But the worst part about this, is the fact that they’re NOT REACHABLE AT ALL. I raised a ticket and it said their agent would reach to me but instead I get responded to by a BOT. Seriously, the worst customer service ever. Get it fixed ASAP and oh, please deliver my project DELHIVERY!

                                    I placed an order on vedantcomputers.com on Sep 24. ( Order ID #221321 ) The order was shipped with Delhivery ( AWB #[protected] ) on Sep 26 from Kolkata.

                                    It subsequently left from Dankuni, WB to Bilaspur, HR on Sep 27 morning. Since then, there has been no update on my package.

                                    Upon raising an issue (Ticket ID #[protected], I'm given an automated token response assuring me of their concern. This is pathetic service, to be honest.
