My parcel from hidesign reached the wrong facility in vadodara, the executive said it would take 2days for it to reach my house, as they will have to send it to the nearest faculty. It has been 7 days to that conversation. I have been calling various numbers for the same, and everyday I get the same reply, that it shall yo me by evening. The portal keeps changing the date of delivery. One of the worst facilities of courier.

    I ordered a saree from Instagram and serum from Nykaa. Delivery.com has changing the delivery date everytime and not even they contacting and without my concern their returning the package. I raised the complaint but their not responding.

            This fraud courier company has not returned the package back to seller. Everyday they are giving new estimated delivery time. Because of this seller has not initiated any refund for this product. Tracking Id No-[protected]. Delhivery is a big fraud company. Specially the Guwahati team. The distance between the product lying and Seller warehouse is only 1 km but I am suffering from last 4 days.

              Sent a parcel via AWB[protected] on 16th sept via express service. Paid extra for express service and today is 26th, parcel was supposed to be delivered on 19th sept and they havent delivered it till now. They said outage issue and havent responded after that to any complaints. The sad part is there is no customer support number or email id. They are cheating customers and withholding parcels for no reason. A courier company like this should be blocked from operations due to their operational issues. I have no clue on how to track my parcel or whom to reach out.

                I returned the product on the 6th of August but the delhivery guy probably didn’t update it anywhere and the status still shows cancelled/yet to be returned for which I haven’t received my refund till date.

                  MY DELIHIVERY tracking id is[protected]. As i went through gall bladder removal surgery couple of weeks back, i requested him to make a doorstep delivery. almost every delivery through courier services are doorstep delivery. he denied to do that with extreme verbal slur and threatened to cancel the product if i dont go to his location to pick up the product. I had to travel to his location to collect my product. even that time he misbehaved with rough manners and told me that "delhivery" doesn't provide doorstep delivery. please do take neccesary actions!

                        I had placed order through flipkart via Cash on delivery on 11 Sep 2022 and got delivery on 17 Sep2022 from shipment no[protected]. I had made payment through credit card by scanning the QR code and paid Rs.177 to delhivery merchant, transaction was successful from my side but merchant didn't receive the amount. then Delivery body asked me to do re-payment and he gave me surety that i will get the refund of 1st made payment within 3 days thats why i made 2nd payment of Rs. 177 through paytm account. 2nd payment was received to him on the spot and he gave me the product delivery. But now my 1st payment of Rs. 177 has not credited in my account till yet. i put a mail 3 times to delhivery customer support team ([protected]@delhivery.freshdesk.com)but they are not responding to me.
                        I have attached the screenshot of payment, please do the needful to refund my money.

                          I have ordered clothes from h&m, order number is [protected], from more than 20 days Delhivery is bluffing with the status. They don’t have any customer care number neither respond to the tickets raised. I don’t know what they have done with package, though the package has reached Hyderabad they are not delivering it.

                            Hello there i sent a parcel worth rupees 6000 shipped from delhivery on date 7 september 2022 and where i sent it, is not recieved yet and the site said your package has been lost i also raise concern through email but they only return my shipping charge only and responded it is lost . how will i get my parcel back either delhivery give my parcel or pay money.

                              I had received the AWB [protected]
                              The awb was damaged by the dog when it was in custody of delhivery the reson for the same was provided as due to load and unavailibilty of space the shipment was remained outside and then dog had damaged it, i had proofs for the same, i instructed the manager to remove the damaged part and deliver shipment by taping in the case claim is not approved saying that the delivery was consented delivery please look into the matter at earliest

                                I have been facing the issue from Delhivery team. One of my product has to picked up for returns, but delhivery people are not even attempting and not reachable. On top of these things they were updating false updates in the tracking of order. Please take a immediate action on them.

                                  I have booked 2 shipments from Delhivery as on 6th Aug 2022 on LR no.[protected]. They are showing one parcel at Agartala hub whereas one at Guwahati hub only from last one month. And they are not able to trace the Guwahati parcel yet. Its been more then a month now, our parcels are not delivered by Delhivery and no updates as well.

                                    The company is reluctant in delivery my package .

                                    Amount was paid to them in advance.

                                    The parcel was picked by them in time from Jaipur but now they are just delaying it and are updating wrongly as in “delivery was attempted”

                                    Highly disappointed!!

                                    Request strong action to be initiated against the company .

                                      On September 5th I orderd bluetooth speaker from a company website and they are shipping it via Delhivery.

                                      Till date I haven't received the product. They keep extending the delivery date. This company is fraud and should be shut down. There are lot of complaints on their name.
