One of the two bags is missing for AWB[protected].

Two bags were picked up which are sealed and tightly tied with each other, each bag having 3 trackings AWB was written on it with marker, a total of 6 places where tracking number was written.

The delivery spokesperson is not picking up the call.

Maine Delhivery ke duwara diye huye payu link per payment kiya 1211/- ka but mere account se amount debit ho geya lekin delhivery ke duwara mera parsal delivered nhi. Next day mujhe delhivery se ek text messages mila ki apka debit amount 4-7 day me refund ho jayega but till date tak refund nhi huya. amount 20 July 22 ko debit huya tha....

Mera parcel 19-08-22 ko aa chuka tha par ab tak delivered nahi hua hai mere paas.

My package was picked up from my place on 9th August and till now not yet delivered. The status is delivery reattempted for 4 times but no one contacted me which seems a false tracking status is always updated in the website. It's quite harrassing that I have to wait for so long without any...

Three items of Marks and Spencer were returned by me to Delhivery staff. This was on 27 July 2022 at around 2:50 pm. The items were picked up from my house in Sonipat (the exact address can be provided on receiving a call from Customer care) by three people who came in a bike.
They were totally ignorant of the process of return pickup. The OTP was sent to my phone when they were there and I still have those messages (photo is attached)....

I ordered a package to delivered form Shamli to Delhi by delhivery limited courier service at 28 June. My package is picked up at 1 July and after 4 days company said me that your package is lost in our network we will pay for it. They offer me 2000 rs as compensation. Wrong product delivered and there is no customer support. No communication channel to raise your complaints and lack of accountability.
No imformation about previous deliveries after one week....

The order is shown reached nearest hub on 15th August but not delivered yet. I tried reaching them but not getting any response despite multiple attempts.
Delhivery is not a good service and I have faced issues previously as well.

Washing machine was sent from my native village (Baramati) to my current location(Kopar khairane, Navi Mumbai) via Delhivery courier service. MAchine is not received to me but delivery boy is claiming that machine is delivered to you. I asked him to show his call details, he is refusing to show. I have document proof of LRN number and drop off receipt photograph....
