My parcel got delayed by 7 days. And the status is showing on hold. After complaining several times the status changed to - out for delivery but I still haven't received anything.

And this is not for the first time. 3 td time I am facing this fir Delivery.
This is the worst courier service ever.

Is there anyway I can get my parcel for the last time.

I will not use your service ever again in future.

I have place the shipment from Delhivery[protected] the amount of package is Rs.522 in evening 8PM your delivery guy pickup the courier and after 20min he’s calling me and saying your courier couldn’t proceed to your destination because of you didn’t choose Large Box Option, But I’m try to convincing him and saying I have proof sir I’m select large box option but they continuously refusing and saying please cancel the courier.
They continuously making excuse and trying to convince me, at the end of they return the product to me. Currently I’m clueless What suppose to do this is wrong behaviour by your ground staff team I’m facing the problem and also my money is not yet refunded.
I have few words with his senior Anurag from other branch karkarduma they said ask him for his senior email id for further process but they denied. when I will get my refund it’s been 48hr still I’m not yet get my refund, continuously I’m mailing you and raising ticket but did not received any revert from you.

A friend of mine send me my firestick from Delhi which was worth ₹5000. But delhivery delivered a wrong parcel to me. The address mentioned on the package is something else and my address is something else. When I raised a issue regarding this they didn't respond, its been 10 days since I'm trying to solve this

I sent a package to my friend few days ago however because of wrong phone number, the package delivery kept rescheduling. I have been requesting for a phone number updation since 11th September but no action has been taken.

Today the status suddenly changed to delivered but my friend didn't receive any calls or messages. Also she did not receive her parcel.

This is very improper from your side as the package contained something really important .
But because of your late response and wrong delivery, now the package can't be located by me.

Kindly see to it urgently and get it delivered to the right person address as soon as possible.

I cannot request for pickup and when i go to office, i was asked to request the same thing and when i cannot do that i cannot send the parcel. I have asked the delivery boy he told me to go to office to send the parcel, i went twice but i was failed to send the parcel.

I had ordered boots, they are supposed to be delivered on 10th September it's 14 September already and all they are doing is rescheduling the shipment. No one called me for delivering or tried to reached out to me I'm at home waibting stupidly flr my order to arrive. I had complained so many times on their official site. But all they had to reply is our executive is out for delivery but no one comes. Please help me out of it...

My package bass booked on 23rd july. reached Guwahati on 17th Aug. it hasnt moved from there till now. Sent a friend to sort it out but staff not cooperating. tried reaching out to delhivery through every possible way, like twitter, facebook, their website, their app, through email. but always getting saved auto replies. my goods are most likely damaged and they are not even allowing me to pick it up myself. The above was booked from bhadreswar west bengal to Ahemdabad on 02/09/2022 and today it's 13/09/2022 but it's not delivered it was booked in express mode... The company just fools around saying it's out for delivery and then the delivery agent calls says i am coming for delivery and doesn't turn up when we complain to the company they don't take any action and just delay the delivery totally fed up with this and planning to launch a consumer complaint and report to media if not delivered in next 24 hours

I have received a CoD parcel on 12th Sept 2022 and I have paid cash Rs 890/- to the Delhivery agent. After opening the parcel I came to know that the items inside are not ordered by me. But the address is in my name with my mobile number. Probably the sender company has wrongly sent this parcel in my address. Kindly arrange for the return of the parcel and refund of my payment.

This package has not been delivered for many days now. Despite what the tracking says, no one has attempted to even call me. No calls whatsoever.
I also have Truecaller so even if they claim that i was unreachable, Truecaller would have notified me of any incoming calls or messages.
There is no contact number for Delhivery for me to contact and raise a complaint. There is no number whatsoever.

Delhivery should close. Appalling service. No idea how they are still functioning with this level of disregard towards their own service level agreements.

So many time delhivery agent of delhivery company courier agent not delievered my parcel at my home address where as amazon or flipcart says that you must get your parcel at your door step but always time delhivery agent call me at far 13 km away my phone no. Is [protected]

This package which is a red-colored suitcase was picked up by Delhivery courier person on the 31st of August

The package was last scanned at Bilaspur Warehouse of Delhivery in Haryana

Since then we have been following up with them and it has been 15 days almost

The total cost of goods inside the package was 35000

There is no contact number where we can communicate and even help them with any details they need to locate the package

It looks like nobody in the Delhivery team is even interested in finding a lost package

Hello, My parcel has not been delivered yet and they are claiming they have I have sent two parcels to Byju's Banglore from Surat and now one is lost which has assests of 14000
Kindly do the needful

Delhivery has promised to delivery the package from hyd to Nellore by 11th Sep 2022. The order id and AWB are Order ID: T1662Q3457F2JF2250
Waybill:[protected]. Till date no delivery and all the support requests are not addressed. Their reckless behavior is delaying the delivery. Could you please raise a complaint on this company
