Delhivery isn’t responding to multiple queries. Our package was supposed to be delivered on 14th august. There’s no response from their team, no update on tracking.

I booked a courier online with delhivery. The courier was picked up on 14th aug however till that date the status of the courier is not changing. From 14th evening till now it ahows your package has reached the courier facility. Its bot moving ahead. Booked a express delivery by Delhivery which was supposed to be picked up by 12th August. They directly said shipper unavailable and didnt make an attempt to pick up.

But the packet is not received at the destination. No one is replying to me. Hi on 4 th august shipment arrived for which i paid via upi ₹ 599.99 but delivery agents told payment not updated so you pay cash deduct amount will get refund
