I had ordered a EXERCISE BIKE FROM AMAZON on 25th august and the delivery agent is DELHIVERY WITH TRACKING ID[protected] .
As per delhivery website, the package estimated delivery is daily changing and there is no revert from there web portal nor they are returning a calll as per call back request, However, the tracking status shows it is currently at bilaspur-hr (I. E. It has not been shipped to my location). Please ensure that my package is shipped right now, or if its has already been shipped from bilaspur-hr to my delivery address, please update the tracking status on your website. Please ensure that the package is deliveredAlso, please provide me a fixed date by which i will receive my order.

    This happens every time with me whenever my order comes through Delhivery Couriers. I stay in village Morambi which is 18 kms from the town called Bhalki (Pin code is 585328) in Karnataka. If I order something from Amazon or Flipkart I won’t have any problems because its get delivered to my doorstep but If I ordered from any other sites and the courier partner is Delhivery then it’s never get delivered, if the item is important to me then I have to go to the town to collect it. I always pay more then 80RS as a delivery charges even if it is a 50rs product but don’t understand what problem is with Delhivery Courier.

    If you can’t deliver the product then why do you take it from the sender.

      There is no response from the customer service side no matter how many complaints we raise . And the worse part is there is no way to contact them . They don’t want to reply or they are being given very high salaries so they eat and sleep at stores . Product reached the delivery location a week earlier and from then each day the in transit is changing to the next date day by day . It has been a week . Such unprofessional platform . Highly not recommended.

        On the time of delivery, we are not at home. So we asked him to deliver the package to our tenant in ground floor. Agent knocked the door and waited only for a min and told me how much time I had to wait harshly. And he said, he kept the package outside the door. Is it a right way to deliver. Very worst customer service and they are very rude. Such a worst company. His name is prabha from chennai

          I had my items couriered on 6th June from Banaras to Portblair. Tracking no. #[protected]
          It showed the items are in chennai for about 2 months and now the status is LOST.

          No way to contact the courier company !

          No one from the courier company was least bothered to inform us about the status.

            Delivery boy cancelled my Pick-up Order without contacting me and wrote that order was cancelled by customer end he never contacted me he didnt even tried he just generated cancellation OTP the cancelled order without OTP this is pathetic behavior i tried contacting Delhivery consumer care but they are also not helping i want action on that delivery boy for his rude behavior Parcel Tracking ID:[protected] i will take legal action against him and the company if company dont do anything on this my mobile number [protected]

                My AWB number is[protected], they have picked the product from Hyderabad at my residence and to deliver the same product with in the city to Amazon, they took 5 days and from 29th onwards I am asking them to return the product if its not picked up by Amazon and til date they have not returned the product.

                1) There is no customer service to speak and they capture on their website that they don't want to share the numbers of the Delivery Agents to have a smooth delivery.

                2) No toll free & False Status Updates.

                Kindly do the needful.

                1. No one has called me after raising the complaint. 2.As a part of their delayed process, product was returned back. 3. After my complaint in this portal, I observed even my product was removed from return tracking, unsure whether this is an impact of raising a concern over here. 4.Customer care told that there is no way to send an email or call them.

                      Shipment rescheduled without notice

                      The person delivering today was delivering a ajio exchange product holding phone numb [protected]. He was extremely rude with his behaviour, and inspite of me recieving his call and being at the location he dint delivered the product threatening me not to deliver if i complain aginst his rude behaviour. I want him to apologise me for this kind of behaviour and delhivery to take action against his behaviour.

                        We have given my 8 boxed of household item which includes tv as well given to one local partner which later handed over to delhivery, after so many calls and follow up they sent me 7 boxed where one box of tv they have mis placed, and asked for receiving, we have given receiving for 7 boxd stated that 1 box is missing they said on they ll deliver next day its been a week we are calling them and they have no idea where my box is; it a delay of now 25 days that they have taken still doesn't deliver all the boxes, and they are showing delivered all boxes ; I have video o[censored]s counting in front of them but that 32 mb how can I send
                        I need this to resolve ASAP

                          Shipment delay and giving false tracking details.

                          My shipment tracking ID[protected].
                          LR Number[protected].

                          My shipment has been reached at Siliguri Delhivery facility on 01 Sept 2022 which is just 13 Km from delivery address but still not delivered.

                          Daily they increase the estimated date of delivery. I raised multiple queries through Delhivery support link but no response received from 01 Sept 2022. (Today is 05 Sept 2022)

                          For my AWB [protected], the shipment was supposed to be delivered on 31st August. The shipment is already in Bangalore since 31st August. Today is the 05th of September and my parcel is still not delivered. I have tried reaching to the delivery customer support but their numbers are not reachable. Their website clearly calls out to reach over Web. So I raised a complaint and received the below response from them (Refer Delhivery Screenshot 1).
                          For the last 5 days Delhivery team is conveniently updating the status to "Delivery rescheduled" but not delivering my parcel (Refer Screenshots 2 and 3)

                          This parcel was supposed to be a gift for my daughter on her birthday. The surprise is spoiled but these shameless idiots do not bother at all. Delhivery sucks !!!

                          Request The Consumer complaints team to kindly help me in this regard and if my parcel is damaged to help me with the remuneration of the same.

                              Tracking shows order is at nearest facility.

                              Current status on the order from their tracking website is : Order pending as consignee did not respond to verification call

                              Not sure why the order is getting delayed even after reaching the nearest delhivery facility.

                              Raised multiple concerns through delhivery support links and no reply. Hope this will make an impact to resolve my issue as orders worth huge amount is at stake here.
                              And I have option of letting this delay any further.

                                Is in transit from 17th August today it’s 4 September and there promise delivery date is 20th August and after 18 day’s of shipment in transit they just say replied you have to one week I created ticket two times first on 25th August and on 1 September but they only replied the same you have to wait for another one week.They are not much serious about there clients problems they have scripted replies which they do and don’t revert further

                                  One again, I am writing the complain against the worse courior service in india. Delhivery, also widely known as Delayvery.

                                  My internationation package with tracking ID - 1221589644641050618700277361874618, is stuck at "Ahemdabad" facility for two days and there have been no updates since.

                                  The other packages shipped after that hav been updated and some were even delivered, but the above mention product is stuck at their facility for no apprant reason.

                                  Raising a query does nothing, as always. I have no idea why a shipping company such as Fed Ex would use "Delhivery" as their partner for domestic deliveries in india.

                                  I request you, and anyone reading this to not use delhivery in future. They don't know how to do their jobs and always misplacing and delyaing the deliveries.

                                  It's like they have a punch of illeterate sitting on the sorting facilities who can't even read properly and thus misplacing the packages and sending them to the wrong destination.

                                    I had ordered three tops from urbanic on 3rd August, the order number being[protected]. First they tried delivering but because of the OTP issue they could not but after that they never tried delivering the product and just kept it there. They didn't even call me to come and get it but I had to go to their office to collect it myself.

                                    After I got the product I saw that one of the product was so loose that I couldn't wear so I requested for a return and scheduled the date to 22.08.2022 but this delivery agent came on 20.08.2022 when I was out of station for work, called me up in a busy hour and asked me to give him OTP, which I just gave without checking but when I see today it says that this is the OTP for cancelling reversal.

                                    I don't know how dishonest can that person be to this customer. The number of the delivery agy is +[protected]
