A reverse pick up was issued by byjus and i have sent the two boxes on 2 July 2022 in one there was laptop and in another was assets and I'd card and only laptop and I'd card reached over there while assests are missing.
It has been picked up from Vav, Surat and was to deliver to banglore Byju's office .
Kindly do help regarding the matter

    My order has been stuck at the Hyderabad facility for a week now. Daily they increase the estimated date of delivery. I tried writing queries but they don't respond back. I need my product to be delivered asap.

        Hi there,

        I just can't explain the level of bad services you people provide. I literally have to beg to get the package delivered and ask companies to not send any packages via delhivery because it's not just bad, but the WORST DELIVERY SERVICE.

        My package from Ikea Tracking number:[protected] which had to get delivered on Sunday was routed to the wrong pincode 560032 instead of 560054. I've ordered from Ikea for three times already and this is something new. You guys have done a big blunder of sending the package to the wrong location and it's not moving from there. I've made 15+ calls to various Delhivery personell and no one is responding correctly and no update on my delivery yet. Please mind it's a high value package and if its doesnt get delivered or is tampered, I'll make sure to file a complaint against you guys. Get my order delivered soon!!!

          Hello, I am sending you this because of the delay in delivery by delhivery.

          Tracking ID[protected]

          The above mentioned shipment has been stuck at "Ahemdabad" facility since the morning of 28th August, which was later moved to the Facility the day later.

          It wouldn't be a big deal, but the packages that were shipped with that package and the ones shipped a day later have been already delivered to me on 30th August.

          The delivery date of[protected] keep increasing to the following date as the day pass. I would request you to consult delhivery about it and make sure the package is safe.

            Such a pathetic experience i had in my entire life.

            So my packet was getting delayed from past 3 days i was already frustrated, and then the delivery agent finally called me and daid that he can't deliver the packet today as he don't a vehicle and he forced mr to give him the otp code to reschedule the delivery.

            When i denied him, he threatened me and said "OTP dera h ya nai dera" i said Nai dunga... And then he said "Chal ab tu nikal tera packet kabhi nai ayega" and then he cancelled my shipment without my permission.

              Hi,

              Three of my parcels from the different platforms are stuck at the Hyderabad warehouse. The status is always showing as On Hold.
              There is no customer care service number too on which we can contact with them. There is just an email on which I submitted complaint multiple times but no luck.
              This is really very pathetic and stressful.

                Dear Team,
                Today I got the delivery of my courrier, but I would like to bring into your consideration that the delivery executive's behavior was very bad, rude. He refused for doorstep delivery, and straight away cut the call saying i wont come up ill keep the parcel on road or throw it away. This wasn't expected from the executive and I want to get some strict action against the executive.

                  We have booked (AWB number(s): [protected]) with Delhivery for a local return order through the client panel assigned to us on 6th August 2022. They manifested the booking and never turned up for 4 days, then we complained to their customer support, and finally the next day they arranged for the pick-up (11th August 2022). After the pick up until now, we have not received the product/shipment. We raised the complaint again to their customer support on 23rd August 2022, and we received an email stating "We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please wait we will arrange the delivery on priority." but until today we have not received the product, but the payment for the shipment they have already deducted from the wallet on the date of booking itself. Even after repeated complaints, they are not ready to deliver the product to us. Such pathetic service providers.

                    My order has been reached by destination city on 27th August 2022, but they have not yet delivered it to me. Why? I raised a complaint regarding this issue with them but still no delivered. It is showing delivery rescheduled which i never did.

                      I had ordered one product which is yet to be delivered by Delhivery Courier company having order I'd No.[protected] for which Courier Boy named Mr. JP (Deepak Gohel) having Mobile No.[protected] called for delivery of product on 25th August, 2022 at 6.23 p.m. due to emergency I was unable to pick his call for which I had call back him at 6.54 p.m. due to which he agreed to deliver the product on next day, However he failed to deliver from next day onwards.

                      Today i.e. 29th August, 2022 he again called for delivery at 5.48 p.m. as I was busy somewhere for which I call back him at 6.43 p.m. he rudely n bluntly said that when I called u why u didn't picked up my call as if he is doing very big favour by delivery of this product to me which is already delayed 3-4 days The way of his talking is very harsh, rude n unapologetic in every sense of business communication

                        AWB[protected], The parcel is in my nearest hub but undelivered since last 6+days. No response from the company, neither thru email nor in Twitter. I want my parcel max by tomorrow before Ganpati else ask the company to pay me back. Such worst freight company & experience in terms of cust service.

                          I am Purvisha from Thoothukudi, Tamilnadu. I received a product (Rs.2015) through Dehlivery on 27.08.2022 a.n. around 12.45 pm. As I was not in my house, I asked him to deliver to my neighbour and told him that I will pay in Google pay. Due to network problem, it got delayed by 10 minutes.                             A replacement product from boat was sent to my address on 20th august. Today (27/8/22) delivery person came to deliver the product but did not deliver and make excuse of an otp.
                            I did not get any otp from delivery.Com to show to the delivery person.
                            There is no customer care available to contact with.

                                  My payment of Rs. 655 has been deducted 4 times to delhivery account in respect of my Flipkart order, tracking I'd[protected] and order id OD[protected]. 2 times on 18/08/2022 and 2 times on 25/08/2022 automatically in delhivery account itself. I tried contacting the delhivery executive via mail and call both but they are not responding on any means, this behaviour towards their customer is very bad. I have the bank statement. Kindly look into the matter and return my amount of Rs. 2620 back into my Kotak Mahindra Bank account.
                                  Else I have to take legal action against delhivery.

                                    My package[protected], which i shipped through your delhivery direct is stucked inside a guwahati hub for around 12 days and i’m getting ignored from all delhivery support socials, Idk why i feel like i have been scammed ! no calls no updates no emails nothing.. Also please atleast call on my number
                                    if possible or else i have to include police as my package were not a small amounts stuffs those were worth 10, 000 rs so i’m worried as hell and have to do something quick if delhivery don’t want to !! Your agents name were @Sahil Ahlawat and shashank tiwari !! I’ have noted there names as they were the ones who tooked my query and didn’t checked my order as priority i’ll see this guy first on court

                                      I have been raising complaints regarding my order with tracking no.[protected].. i have opt to cancel my order as customer wanted some change so i cancelled the order and initiated the rto on 18 august and my parcel reached the origin center on 20th august.. and its been 5 days there was no update.. they were not even delivering my parcel so i raised complaint and they reverted me that parcel is lost, how can they be so issresponsible... they have lost my parcel... now give me solution for the same... either search my parcel and get it delivered in 2 days or refund the order amount that was 1400rs
