So many time delhivery agent of delhivery company courier agent not delievered my parcel at my home address where as amazon or flipcart says that you must get your parcel at your door step but always time delhivery agent call me at far 13 km away my phone no. Is [protected]

This package which is a red-colored suitcase was picked up by Delhivery courier person on the 31st of August

The package was last scanned at Bilaspur Warehouse of Delhivery in Haryana

Since then we have been following up with them and it has been 15 days almost

The total cost of goods inside the package was 35000

There is no contact number where we can communicate and even help them with any details they need to locate the package

It looks like nobody in the Delhivery team is even interested in finding a lost package

Hello, My parcel has not been delivered yet and they are claiming they have I have sent two parcels to Byju's Banglore from Surat and now one is lost which has assests of 14000

Delhivery has promised to delivery the package from hyd to Nellore by 11th Sep 2022. The order id and AWB are Order ID: T1662Q3457F2JF2250
Waybill:[protected]. Till date no delivery and all the support requests are not addressed. Their reckless behavior is delaying the delivery. Could you please raise a complaint on this company

I have received a COD parcel through Delhivery and paid Rs 899/- . But after opening the parcel I came to know that I haven't ordered that. Please pick up the pparcel n refund the amont

Delivery person called us few times to ask for OTP. As we got held up in a important function we didn’t see his calls. And when we attended his call he spoke in a very rude manner and denied to deliver the product on that day. Next day another person came to deliver the product.

I have got my TV in broken condition. The above ticket was raised and i got a reply from Md.Arshad to send images and video.
Thereafter i have sent multiple reminder to Md.Arshad regarding the response for the ticket and i have even mail to retail.[protected]@delhivery.com and "customer.[protected]@delhivery.com.

Till now there is no response from delhivery for the status of ticket id raised against damaged product.

I have placed an Order in Apollo 247 and it dispatched via Delhivery Company Courier Service. But it's been almost 10 days and still my order is showing in Transit. These are medicines and i am in urgent need of it but these people keep on delaying and not delivering at all. Please take a legal action on this.

Package booked more than 10 day back. Still not delivered

My tracking ID is[protected]. My package is sent from gurgaon to chennai and it has been 14 days, the package is not getting delivered. It is showing out for delivery and then gone to in transit status again at the end of the day. I want to know the package status and the location so that i can atleast myself get it from there.

I have ordered a product from Amazon with tracking id:[protected], is at its courier facility but not delivered till now. there is proper support of customer care service of this company. i called on [protected] which i got from google, there people were asking to pay some amount which i refused, after that they said they can't help.
kindly take proper action against them and please make deliver my product as soon as possible.

The original package was intentionally exchanged with a different old package containing only a single tshirt (of a girl, 7 to 8 yrs) worth rs. 329 ; by your fraudster courier partner.

I ordered 7 trousers worth rs. 5319 but I received only a single tshirt (of a girl, 7 to 8 yrs) worth rs. 329 instead, on 2nd September, 2022 .
The item received inside the package is very old. The package bag also is very old, might be of 1 year back.

The original package was exchanged intentionally with a different package containing a tshirt of a child. The delivery slip which is attached on the shipment, was tampered and it was printed in normal paper, attached by a pin and it was not a sticker-slip.

The delivery slip attached on the package, is given inside a transparent plastic envelop closed with just a single stapler pin which anyone can easily tamper and it wasn't sealed. The package bag also is very old, might be of previous year.
Delhivery courier is conducting the biggest scam in India by looting laymen's money and all their officials are corrupted from top to bottom. And even after such occurings, there is no FIR launched against the fraudsters, which means the company is entertaining the fraudsters to conduct such fraudulent activities. This is the only courier company which is doing such nasty kind of things. The courier should be banned immediately for the sake o[censored]s.
There is a group in Facebook also, inthe name of Victims of Delhivery courier and most importantly there are 33700 members who are the victims and there are a lot of such example of fraudulent incidents conducted by the courier company.
I would like to urge to ban Delhivery courier from India with immediate effect.

and Deliver it to me As Faster As Possible Due To Urgency, So Kindly Deliver the Package To Me As Fast As Possible and Update the Status of Shipment.

I had booked a consignment where I had mentioned my wrong pincode. Its been 2 weeks, I've not yet received my parcel. Please look into the matter & solve it as soon as possible.
Also please rectify my adress especially pincode.

The person holding the number [protected] was there to delivery the same package which was a ajio exchange. I shared the sare code during the delivery and the exchange was done smoothly but he called at 11:49pm saying that the previous share code was not working hence he has send a new code which i need to say him and we did that too after he again called at 11:59pm which i dint recive and blocked his numb. I dont know what kind of professionalism s this because im highly offended with this kind of behaviour.

I had ordered a EXERCISE BIKE FROM AMAZON on 25th august and the delivery agent is DELHIVERY WITH TRACKING ID[protected] .
As per delhivery website, the package estimated delivery is daily changing and there is no revert from there web portal nor they are returning a calll as per call back request, However, the tracking status shows it is currently at bilaspur-hr (I. E. It has not been shipped to my location). Please ensure that my package is shipped right now, or if its has already been shipped from bilaspur-hr to my delivery address, please update the tracking status on your website. Please ensure that the package is deliveredAlso, please provide me a fixed date by which i will receive my order.
