The package which I raised request to ship to hyderbad was returned after so much delay and no refund was given.

No one responds to emails and the customer care numbers does not exist..

      I ordered the pickup for the shipment from madhira( my city) to hyderabad on 4th august. Distance between both cities is 240kms. They picked it up on 7th august @8.30PM. From then shipping kept being delayed until 11th august by saying weather conditions. There were no weather conditions in the vicinity. They were falsely stating them to company. On 11th august it got shipped to vijayawada. A city which is 75kms. Today its12th. Its still in vijayawada. At first they said it will deliver by 10th. They kept on increasing it day by day. This is very negligent behaviour and unwanted for a reputed courier company.

        My order number is [protected].
        It has been delayed from over 2 days.
        The delivery called me today and told me he is coming but after 1 hour he didn't arrive.
        I tried to call him but he didn't receive my calls.
        After many tries, he picked up my phone and told me he couldn't find my house.
        Even though I explicitly told him how to find my house.

        He said he will arrive at my house after delived a package.

        He never arrived and started ignoring my calls.

        The company customer care number do not work at all.

            I have an item from Zivame to my residence at Trivandrum, Kerala. Since Monday, 8th August, it is being shown as delivered at Zivame site, and already three days I am receiving sms from delhivery with different otp but the item is not yet delivered. Zivame has not provided me with AWB number, I have only their order number. Following is the message I received from Zivame on Monday 3.46 pm
            Dear Customer, Your order no.[protected] with Zivame has been successfully delivered to you. We hope you like it and keep shopping with us for exciting deals.
            Please do the needful as early as possible

              I have added a order for pickup from delhivery using shiprocket. Awb no[protected]. It was scheduled to pick up on 9/8/2022 but today is 10/08/2022 and no one from delivery contact me for pickup and even still the order is not picked up. I run a small online business and i have to depend on a shipping company for my order delivery. Such a irresponsibility degrade my business and harass my customer.

                I order an Laptop Delivery Via Delhivery Courier Service. For this i paid extra amount for safe keeping the package and Express Delivery as i needed to move it urgent . While pickup i told the pickup person, its a Laptop and they did not raise any concern and picked it up, but they cancelled it after it reaches their center raising concern its an Screen object . The Package was there for 3 days with no not notice of when it will be returned. I called the Delivery Center in my city and they recommend to cancel it for early return. I cancel it so it reaches me ASAP and i can arrange another courier and it came to me on 4th day . Delhivery team did not refund my money, i sent around 3-4 complaint emails but all absconded. Please help .

                  Please let me know why my package is not delivered yet ? Also please advice why incorrect status updates updated in website?

                  As of 7th Aug 9:44 PM status "THE DELIVERY WILL BE REATTEMPTED AS THE ADDRESS WAS CLOSED".

                  But the address is actually not closed and i was there for whole day and no one contacted me. Why you peoples updating such FAKE status. ?

                  On 8th Aug 11:23 AM status OUT FOR DELIVERY i just postponed all my personal works and waited for the parcel but no one came and i didn't receive any call till 10 PM.

                  Then today 9th Aug 2:37 PM the status is DELIVERY SCHEDULED not sure why it is rescheduled and why it was not delivered yesterday when it was out for delivery.

                  Very Bad experience.

                  Now the status is THERE MIGHT BE SOME DELAY and the expected delivery date changed to 11th Aug 2022.

                  How do i believe it?

                  Be in my place and think for a second so you my feel the frustration.

                  Its really really urgent, i have also raised Support Ticket ID 44496971 so please help me to get my package by today or tomorrow

                    My shipment is getting delayed and delayed and no communication is being done by delhivery side. No reason or reply to support tickets is there and it has already reached my city but not being delivered to my home. This is such a bad experience from delhivery side and I am really disappointed

                        Shipped to wrong address and showing wrong excuses.

                        My package from 'Bookswagon' has been shipped to the wrong address. Usually, it goes from 'New Delhi airport' to 'Haryana' to Ahmedabad.

                        However, my package was first delayed, and I didn't receive any updates about it for three days.

                        And now, when I checked, it's showing that it has been shipped to Ludhiana, which is in the opposite direction.

                        Please look into this matter and deliver my package...

                        I have complaint against Delhivery Delivery boy yesterday.
                        And plz check when package have reached at my destination at 09/08/2022 03:34 PM to deliver
                        But due to Delivery boy try to gate OTP without Deliver my package to known person/home
                        I refused to give OTP without delivery
                        And so on... complaint have registered yesterday
                        Than today 10/08/2022 It be delivered
                        But now why showing 12/08/2022 delivery date
                        Why it is delaying???
                        And why also Shown *Delay in delivery due to costumer cancelled/refusal* ??

                          Product was not delivered to Home and Delivery boy was Arrogant

                          We've ordered "UPSCALIO SURFACE package" through Flipkart, and I think that Flipkart has routed the delivery service to Delihvery.com. As per the schedule, they should deliver the product to my home yesterday, i.e. on 09-AUG-2022. But, they were telling that they could not reach my home as road is dirty, and truck cannot go. But, in fact, the road is very clear in front of our street. We have one car, and one two-wheeler where we use everyday...

                            I received a product which was not order by anyone in my house. They delivered product on the holiday at cash on delivery of 800/- This is fraud attempt by delhivery and no action is taken against them... They delivered product which is not order by me

                                Hi Team,

                                I had booked 10 shipments via Delhivery and all of them were delivered to incorrect addresses.

                                Order ID for those 10 shipments[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]...
                                [protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected]

                                Delhivery team on 27/07 said that they have already initiated a refund and that I will be receiving the refund within 5-7 business working days. It's been over 10 business working days now and I have still not received the refund back.

                                If this is the kind of service provided by Delhivery, I will surely recommend my network and colleagues to not use their service in India.

                                  My package was out for delivery on 6th and 7th August, but it did not get delivered on either date. The delivery executive marked the reason as him being unable to reach me although I did not receive any calls and was available the entire time at the provided address. I raised a complaint with Delhivery and talked to a support representative who assured me that they would take the matter up at the earliest and get it delivered the next day. The delivery wasn't done on the next day as well (8th Aug) and no updates were provided to me either. There is no way to reach out to them apart from logging complaints which get added as comments to your ticket, but there doesn't seem to be anyone working on resolving the tickets. Absolutely atrocious service from the company.
                                  I would again like to ask the company to reach out to me and get it delivered asap.
